Who doesn’t love Uncharted?
Apparently no one, cause our game’s protagonist has been a popular request.
We’ve had our fair share of Video Game Inspired Workouts to date, but I have a good feeling about this one.
Recently we even had one of our Video Game Inspired Workouts end up showing up on the Top Character Workouts OF ALL TIME list.
We went through and examined the stats and effectiveness of all our character workouts on the site (hundreds and hundreds) and sure enough, even with the competition of anime characters and superheroes, Kratos still made the list!
Now I’m eager to see where Drake will land!
Nathan Drake Stats:
Height: 5’11 / 6’2
Weight:Â 190
Real Name: Nathan Morgan
Powers:Â No
Nathan Drake actually has two heights hidden in out-of-game lore.
The 6’2 range puts him right around average height we’ve seen among men (including celebrities) at SHJ.
Vegeta were tied Wolverine for the shortest spot among comic characters we’ve seen at 5’3, prior to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles coming in at 5’2, (and Gimli even shorter) – but Damian Wayne (Robin) is only 5’4.  Goku isn’t that tall either, though, standing only 5’7, with Miles Morales only an inch above him.
One Punch Man falls in at 5’9 right there with Ryu, Nightwing at 5’10, and then Spider-Man, Daredevil, and Green Arrow coming in around 5’11 and Beast joining them.
We’ve had Superman and Eddie Brock’s Venom at 6’3, and Captain America, Scorpion and Batman at 6’2, and Carnage at 6’1. Thor and Cyborg are towering over them at 6’6, Thanos and King right there with them at 6’7, Bane at 6’8, and Deathstroke right below at 6’5, and Black Manta at 6’4.
Ronan and Sagat are 7’5, and Doomsday came in at 8’10, and I doubt any characters are touching that anytime soon.
But, don’t worry if you’re not the same height or weight range.

Nathan Drake Diet and Nutrition
**Keep in mind: this section will be nearly identical for each hero, unless I mentioned differently (for example someone like The Hulk may get something specifically different**
Every hero needs to still have a good diet.
Unfortunately we can train like them, but I don’t think any of us are suddenly getting their powers, or the ability to magically stop caring about nutrition.
You can’t out train your diet, so I want to still give some pillars for nutrition.
You can start by checking out The Nutrition Pillars on the site, but I’ll break down some more information for you guys as well.
Guys like Hugh Jackman and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting daily, and I also use it myself in conjunction with cyclical ketosis.
That being said, I also recommend tracking and paying attention to protein intake.
BUT, there are a thousand different ways to reach your goals, so finding the most sustainable way is what’s important.
Which is why our Academy utilizes multiple different Nutrition Classes (Vikings, Spartans, Hunter Gatherers, Monks, Samurais, Minimalists, Superhumans) to allow people to choose what is right for YOU!
Oh, and if you’re down with calorie counting instead, that’s always an option as well. It’s just important to be aware of specific rules and precision while counting.

Nathan Drake Workout Routine Research
The Uncharted games give Nathan Drake a pretty deep back story?
A lot of it is sad, but thankfully we’re here to look at the physical activity side of his life.Â
Before we dive deeper into his physical abilities, let’s get a quick background on our character. Here’s what Uncharted Wiki tells us about Drake:
Nathan “Nate” Drake (born Nathan Morgan) is the main protagonist and playable character of the Uncharted series. A former professional treasure hunter, Nate is described as a “deep-sea salvage expert and action-pro”. Since childhood, Nate and his older brother Samuel Drake have held the belief that they are descended from the famous English explorer Sir Francis Drake.
Now that we’re more familiar with Nathan Drake, we can talk about how he exercises. (The fun part!) Here’s a quick list that I’ve summarized of the skills Nathan Drake has mastered:
Marksmanship, Fighting, Free-Running, Climbing, Swimming
I love characters that excel at everything. That means we’ll have to mix up our training and master as many of these skills as we possibly can.
But don’t be fooled by all this physical prowess. Nathan Drake isn’t just a jock, he’s also a history nerd.
Research and quick deductions are integral parts to all the Uncharted games. The Uncharted Wiki gives us this anecdote about Nathan Drakes’ intelligence:
He is also surprisingly intelligent, thinking up the theory with the help of his older brother that Sir Francis Drake faked his death when he was only a teenager. He is also bilingual, being able to speak fluently in Latin and Spanish.
If I had a chance to be like Nathan Drake, I’d probably take it. Â
Is that just me? No, I didn’t think so.
While we can’t go and explore treasure as recklessly as a video game, we can try and emulate our hero physically. Let’s get started!
