We’ve had some League of Villains characters and a handful of of students from My Hero Academia, but it’s time to get some more pros and faculty members!
I don’t think we’ve had a pro and/or teacher since All Might and Mr. Aizawa!
And, speaking of All Might, we recently saw two of his mentors (last week) with our Gran Torino Workout and Nana Shimura Workout!
But if you’re really trying to look through our My Hero Academia inspired workouts then you can check out our Ten My Hero Academia workouts until we’re ready to give them their own page in our Workout Database like we have for Dragon Ball Z!
At the rate we’re going, it’s going to be coming sooner rather than later.
Miss Midnight Stats:
Real Name: Nemuri Kayama
Height: 5’9
Anime: My Hero Academia
Quirk: Somnambulist
Powers: Yes
Miss Midnight is pretty tall!
She stands in among the taller female characters and would definitely be considered above average height among female celebs as well.
Supergirl and Erza Scarlet were our shortest at 5’5 before Wasp came in at 5’4 and Kale, Anna and Nina Williams matching her there. BUT, now we have Caulifla at 4’8 and Sailor Moon at 4’11! Katana is just behind her at 5’2.
We had Wonder Woman come in standing 6’0 tall, Mockingbird and Hawkgirl at 5’9, Mystique, Miss Martian, and Sonya Blade at 5’10, and Storm 5’11.
But the average height for female celebrities on the site is generally more-so ranging from 5’4-5’6 – and our Black Widow is just above that at 5’7 with Spider-Gwen, Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy at 5’8.
And, the tallest we’d seen before She-Hulk was Starfire at 6’4!
But don’t worry, either way.
Not only are these routines for all shapes and sizes – they also work for both men and women – regardless of the gender of the hero.

Miss Midnight Diet and Nutrition
**Keep in mind: this section will be nearly identical for each hero, unless I mentioned differently (for example someone like Hulk may get something specifically different)**
Every hero needs to still have a good diet.
Unfortunately we can train like them, but I don’t think any of us are suddenly getting their powers, or the ability to magically stop caring about nutrition.
You can’t out train your diet, so I want to still give some pillars for nutrition.
You can start by checking out The Nutrition Pillars on the site, but I’ll break down some more information for you guys as well.
Guys like Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Tom Hopper, Benedict Cumberbatch and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting (something I use daily as well), Ariana Grande, Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
It’s all about sustainability.
AND, there are a thousand different ways to reach your goals, so finding the most sustainable way is what’s important.
Which is why our Academy utilizes multiple different Nutrition Classes (Greek Gods, Vikings, Spartans, Hunter Gatherers, Monks, Samurais, Minimalists, SuperHumans) to allow people to choose what is right for YOU!
Curious where over a hundred celebs fall in their dietary choices ranging from High Protein and Keto to Vegetarian, Vegan and Intermittent Fasting? Want exclusive celeb meal plans? Check this out.

Miss Midnight Workout Routine Research
We’ve made it to “the fun part”.
And, if you don’t know by now, I say that every single time we get to the workout routine research section for character workouts.
To start us off let’s talk about who Miss Midnight actually is.
Here’s what her Wiki Fandom tells us about her:
Nemuri Kayama, also known as the R-Rated Hero: Midnight, is a Pro Hero and faculty member at U.A. High School, who teaches Modern Hero Art History.
They also go right on to tell us all about her appearance, which is what we’re really going to be working with here (for the most part).
Here’s what they say about that:
Nemuri is a tall, curvaceous woman with sky blue eyes, which tilt downwards in the center; framed by a set of rather long eyelashes. She has abundant spiky dark purple hair which is made up of layers of varying lengths, the longest ones reaching down below her waist. Her chin-length bangs that are split into three sections; two swept to the sides and one over her face, going diagonally down to the left between her eyes. She also has a small mole under her left eye, as well as red-painted nails.
The reason I mention the fact that we’ll be working around her appearance more than anything else is because her Quirk (power) isn’t something we can really train around.
Her Quirk is:
Somnambulist: Nemuri’s Quirk allows her to put nearby people to sleep by exuding a sleep-inducing aroma from her body. Her Quirk works better on males than females.
Miss Midnight is also a pro so she is incredibly fit, which means we’ll not only be training to achieve her overall aesthetic, but also to become a pro hero!
That means strength training, endurance training, and more!
If you’ve watched My Hero Academia you know they don’t mess around; so get ready.
