Are You Worried About Going To The Gym?
There are a ton of different reasons why people are cautious of the gym right now.
With the spread of germs and the virus I understand why people are avoiding it; I haven’t had a gym membership in over a year now actually!
But, even before the virus hit I know many members of The SHJ Army wanted to avoid the gym for their own personal reasons.
Some people avoid it because they feel judged or have anxiety, and others avoid it for other reasons; but either way the important thing to know is: it’s okay to avoid it and you still have options.
Since I moved SHJ’s home base to Florida a little over a year ago I’ve been building my own home gym a bit; but keeping it super simple, budget friendly and efficient.
If you want I have recommended gear and equipment in it’s own section of our resources, but I also have a handful of specific resources I recommend starting with.
Getting Started With Home Training and a Home Gym Setup:

On top of this you can also start as simple as calisthenics and/or running.
You don’t necessarily need a treadmill to run, and you don’t NEED a pull up bar to do calisthenics.
You can monitor your running and performance with one of the dedicated running apps available today and feel like Tony Stark using Jarvis to help him with work.
At the end of the day: if you hate exercise because you hate the idea of the gym it’s okay and you have plenty of alternatives.
Hating Exercise Doesn’t Matter If You Nail Nutrition
We estimate roughly 75-80+% of your transformation is going to take place with your nutrition.
Time and time again celebrities mention how much the nutrition was the ultimate factor in their “fast” transformations for a role.
When they talk about sacrifice of course they’re talking about hours lost in the gym for high volume, intense training, but they’re also mainly referring to the fact that they needed to pass up drinking with friends, going out to fancy dinners and living their “normal” life due to the changes they need to make with their nutrition.

Enhance Your Workout With Supplements
Last up on the list of ways you can improve your fitness even if you hate exercise is the proper supplementation.
I want to make one thing VERY clear going into this: there is no super-soldier-serum that is going to just make you fit.
That means you’ll want to double back to the nutrition system and start there if you skipped it hoping for some cure-all supplementation to solve all your fitness problems.
It ain’t here and it doesn’t exist! 😛
I suppose that’s what you get when you come to SHJ. We don’t feed you with BS promises, we tell you the truth.
It’s going to be hard work, but I promise you won’t have to sacrifice your life if you focus on the things that matter, like your Daily Quests for example.
