After getting our Kesha Workout and Diet last week I thought Lana Del Rey’s workout and diet was a great follow up for this week.
I mentioned that I wanted to make it a point to get some more musicians, superstars, and athletes in 2021 and we’re definitely on the right track.
As one of the top female artists right now The SHJ Army asked that I make Lana Del Rey a priority, regardless of the amount of information that is actually out there to be utilize.
For that reason we’re going to scrape every last bit of the internet and piece it together!
Lana Del Rey Stats:
Weight: (approximate) 135 lbs.
Age: 35 years old
Lana Del Rey is about an inch above what we’d consider average height among female celebrities we’ve seen.
Although the 5’7-5’8 range is becoming more and more popular.
Normally the average height we see for women is around 5’4-5’6 with ladies such as Jennifer Aniston, Margot Robbie, Olivia Munn, Alicia Vikander, Sophia Bush, Tatiana Maslany, Evangeline Lilly, and a ton of others.
But then there is also that taller range, and among the tallest (even taller than the 5’7-5’8), are ladies like Gwendoline Christie, Gal Gadot, and a few others – with Phoebe Tonkin, Gabrielle Union, Brie Larson, Nina Dobrev, Daisy Ridley, and so many more coming in around that 5’7-5’8 range.
But, either way, don’t worry.

Lana Del Rey Diet and Nutrition
There was virtually no information of interviews where Lana Del Rey mentions utilizing a specific diet.
That being said, in an interview we’ll be using much more for her workout routine research that she had with Harper’s Bazaar she states:
“I am drinking so much wheat grass,”
This will make more sense later when we go through the interview in the next section, but for now all you need to know is that it was part of her New Year’s Resolution!
I found it a bit strange though that such a famous and popular celebrity didn’t have a drop of information on her nutrition, so I decided to simply search things like “Lana Del Rey eat” or “Lana Del Rey eating” and to my surprise it actually kind of worked…I was able to find some decent information.
Now, don’t get excited, I don’t have a meal plan for you, but I CAN tell you about the pictures and meals I found her eating. These also explain why part of her resolution was to eat/drink healthier things like wheat grass!
Here’s some of what I found Lana Del Rey snacking on/eating:
- Ice Cream (a lot of pictures of ice cream, actually)
- More Ice Cream (No, seriously, a lot of ice cream pictures)
We see a lot of celebs opt for a sustainable approach like this.

And, that’s just to name a few celebs from each, by the way.

Lana Del Rey Workout Routine Research
Jumping back to the interview with Lana Del Rey and Harper’s Bazaar, they start by telling us about some Tweets from Del Rey about her New Year’s Resolution.
She had tweeted:
This year my New Years resolution is to live more like an Instagram baddie/YouTube vlogger in my real life (sorry not planning on sharing) doing for own personal pleasure LOL.
And she followed that up with another Tweet that stated:
Things that vloggers swear by:
1. Air fryers?
2. Anastasia contour kit
3. Thousand dollar glow ups including eyelash extensions
4. Serata hot sauce and coffee
5. Gummybear hair care
6. Insta pot
7. Personal trainers
8. Girl weekend getaways
9. Pajamas during day
10. Spray tan
Now obviously a lot of that isn’t very helpful, but I suppose we can take something from the hot sauce, coffee, Insta pot (if we really want to stretch) and the Personal trainers!
To follow this up Harper’s Bazaar had a lot to say about it with some help from Lana Del Rey:
One thing Del Rey might actually be doing low-key is her upcoming album, Norman Fucking Rockwell, due this year. The follow-up to 2017’s Lust for Life is a “mood album” and “there aren’t any big bangers on it,” she tells BAZAAR.com, but perhaps we’ll leave the latter for her fans to decide. So far, she’s already teased the Jack Antonoff-assisted project with three singles reflecting her signature cool, dark imprint: “Venice Bitch,” “Mariners Apartment Complex,” and “hope is a dangerous thing for a woman like me to have – but I have it.”
For those wondering, Lana has been sticking to her resolution. “Mission accomplished,” she tells BAZAAR.com with a laugh. “I am drinking so much wheat grass, wearing so much neon, going to so many spin classes that it’s ridiculous. I’m just not posting any of it like I said I would. So, yes, I am living the secret life of an Instagram baddie quietly in L.A., so I’ve got the best of both worlds going on over here.”
On top of her spin classes I was really only able to find a hint of training.
Daily Mail shared some pictures of Lana Del Rey going out for a long hike/walk in Cali and getting her sweat on which likely means she tries to stay active even when she’s not hitting SPIN or other classes.
In my book Superhuman Secrets I mentioned that classes among women were some of the most popular training styles, which involves things like spin class, Pilates, yoga, and other group fitness classes.
It seems Lana Del Rey utilizes this style with a mix of outdoor activities as well!

Lana Del Rey Workout Routine
3-5+ days per week
Lana Del Rey’s training seems to mainly come from classes. She mentioned wanting to hire a personal trainer but it doesn’t seem she has done that just yet and seems to be opting for spin class and outdoor activity as the bulk of her training schedule right now. For that reason I wrote up a quick mock schedule for you guys to look at below but the gist is really 3+ days of spin per week and then random activity either outside or by tracking your steps to stay active like Lana!
