How can we have our Naruto Inspired Workouts Database without Hashirama!?
Trick question: we can’t. We need him.
We have been on a roll lately and we even added our Naruto Workout Placement Quiz to help members find their ideal plan.
Hashirama is one of the most powerful Naruto characters ever, which makes him quite ideal to be adding to our Anime Workouts Database.
And, spoiler alert, he’s also going to be one of the last Naruto characters we need to get our listicle highlighting the most powerful characters from the series!
Hashirama Stats:
Real Name: Hashirama Senju
Height: 6’1
Weight: 142 lbs.
Anime: Naruto
Powers: Yes
Hashirama is actually really tall compared to most Naruto characters.
He’s right there with Jiraiya as one of the tallest!
Wolverine was the shortest spot among comic characters we’ve seen at 5’3, prior to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles coming in at 5’2, (and Gimli even shorter) – but Damian Wayne (Robin) is only 5’4. Goku isn’t that tall either, though, standing only 5’7, with Miles Morales only an inch above him.
One Punch Man falls in at 5’9 right there with Ryu, Nightwing at 5’10, and then Spider-Man, Daredevil, and Green Arrow coming in around 5’11 and Beast joining them.
We’ve had Superman and Eddie Brock’s Venom at 6’3, and Captain America, Scorpion and Batman at 6’2, and Carnage at 6’1. Thor and Cyborg are towering over them at 6’6, Thanos and King right there with them at 6’7, Bane at 6’8, and Deathstroke right below at 6’5, and Black Manta at 6’4.
Ronan and Sagat are 7’5, and Doomsday came in at 8’10, and I doubt any characters are touching that anytime soon.
But, don’t worry if you’re not the same height or weight range.
We write these routines to be utilized by anyone and everyone.

Hashirama Senju Diet and Nutrition
**Keep in mind: this section will be nearly identical for each hero.**
Every hero needs to still have a good diet.
Unfortunately we can train like them, but I don’t think any of us are suddenly getting their powers, or the ability to magically stop caring about nutrition.
You can’t out train your diet, so I want to still give some pillars for nutrition.
You can start by checking out The Nutrition Pillars on the site, but I’ll break down some more information for you guys as well.
Guys like Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Tom Hopper, Benedict Cumberbatch and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting (something I use daily as well), Ariana Grande, Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
It’s all about sustainability.
AND, there are a thousand different ways to reach your goals, so finding the most sustainable way is what’s important.
Which is why our Academy utilizes multiple different Nutrition Classes (Greek Gods, Vikings, Spartans, Hunter Gatherers, Monks, Samurais, Minimalists, SuperHumans) to allow people to choose what is right for YOU!
Curious where over a hundred celebs fall in their dietary choices ranging from High Protein and Keto to Vegetarian, Vegan and Intermittent Fasting? Want exclusive celeb meal plans? Check this out.

Hashirama Senju Workout Routine Research
We’ve made it to “the fun part”.
And, if you don’t know by now, I say that every single time we get to the workout routine research section for character workouts.
To get us started with this one we’ll be pulling from Hashirama’s Wiki Fandom to get an overview of what we’re working with in order to build a routine around him.
They start off by saying:
Hashirama Senju was a member of the famed Senju clan. He himself was hailed as the “God of Shinobi” for his unmatched ninja prowess. Hashirama sought peace for the shinobi world, and to that end founded Konohagakure with his clan, his childhood friend and rival: Madara Uchiha and the Uchiha clan. He would later become the First Hokage of Konohagakure. Although he was not able to achieve peace during his lifetime, his legacy and vision for the world would continue to shape the village and the entire shinobi world even after his death.
Clearly we have our work cut out for us.
“God of Shinobi” because of his unmatched ninja prowess already puts him a bit on a pedestal.
They continue onto his powers and abilities section by saying:
Hashirama was famed as the strongest shinobi of his era and one of the strongest in history, reputed as a God of Shinobi. Madara, another legendary shinobi, openly admitted inferiority to Hashirama throughout their entire lifetime together, even with the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan and the Nine-Tails at his disposal. Through his unique powers, Hashirama had been able to subdue and capture eight of the nine free-roaming tailed beasts on his own. During the Fourth Shinobi World War, Kabuto proclaimed that the man’s might as a ninja was so vast that it was held in a fantasy light similar to the Sage of Six Paths, stating that no one, aside from Madara, had come close to matching him ever since his passing.
Madara and Hashirama were basically rivals – and both insanely powerful.
So basically we’re training like one of the most powerful characters in all of Naruto, if that wasn’t clear – and we’ll need to train to be fast, strong, and for a TON of endurance.
When they go on to talk about his chakra prowess they state:
Hashirama’s life-force also grants him enough stamina to fight nonstop for a twenty-four hour period while still left prime to battle, and a will strong enough to resist the control of the perfected Impure World Reincarnation with ease, even after his cells were used to strengthen the technique’s binding. His body was brimming with vitality, granting him considerable regenerative powers that could mend most injuries with no residual effects, an ability that only Tsunade’s technique or Naruto’s own healing when he accesses Kurama’s chakra have both came close to emulating.
I don’t know if we’ll have THAT kind of stamina, but we’ll do our best.
Get ready for intensity and volume for this one. We need to be fast and have an endurance level that’s out of this world.
