The list of Naruto inspired workouts is continuously growing.
We have enough DBZ Inspired Workouts to have our own category page devoted to them, and Naruto and My Hero Academia aren’t far behind.
Obviously we started with a Naruto workout, but I’m glad we’ve made our way through a handful that also included the female characters as well.
This week we’re actually seeing strictly Hinata from Naruto being that our male character workout is actually Yusuke Urameshi from Yu Yu Hakusho!
It’s safe to say that by now we should know the women kick just as much ass, if not more, than the men!
Hinata Hyūga Stats:
Height:
Part One: 4’8
Part Two: 5’2
Weight:
Part One: 84 lbs.
Part Two: 99 lbs.
Real Name: Hinata Uzumaki Hyuga
Powers: Yes
Hinata Hyuga is quite short.
But that makes sense considering her age range among these two parts we’re covering is 12-16 years old!
Supergirl and Erza Scarlet were our shortest at 5’5 before Wasp came in at 5’4 and Kale, Anna and Nina Williams matching her there. BUT, now we have Caulifla at 4’8 and Sailor Moon at 4’11! Katana is just behind her at 5’2.
We had Wonder Woman come in standing 6’0 tall, Mockingbird and Hawkgirl at 5’9, Mystique, Miss Martian, and Sonya Blade at 5’10, and Storm 5’11.
But the average height for female celebrities on the site is generally more-so ranging from 5’4-5’6 – and our Black Widow is just above that at 5’7 with Spider-Gwen, Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy at 5’8.
And, the tallest we’d seen before She-Hulk was Starfire at 6’4!
But don’t worry, either way.
Not only are these routines for all shapes and sizes – they also work for both men and women – regardless of the gender of the hero!

Hinata Hyūga Diet and Nutrition
**Keep in mind: this section will be nearly identical for each hero, unless I mentioned differently (for example someone like Hellboy may get something specifically different)**
Every hero needs to still have a good diet.
Unfortunately we can train like them, but I don’t think any of us are suddenly getting their powers, or the ability to magically stop caring about nutrition.
You can’t out train your diet, so I want to still give some pillars for nutrition.
You can start by checking out The Nutrition Pillars on the site, but I’ll break down some more information for you guys as well.
Guys like Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Tom Hopper, Benedict Cumberbatch and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting (something I use daily as well), Ariana Grande, Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
It’s all about sustainability.
AND, there are a thousand different ways to reach your goals, so finding the most sustainable way is what’s important.
Which is why our Academy utilizes multiple different Nutrition Classes (Greek Gods, Vikings, Spartans, Hunter Gatherers, Monks, Samurais, Minimalists, SuperHumans) to allow people to choose what is right for YOU!
Curious where over a hundred celebs fall in their dietary choices ranging from High Protein and Keto to Vegetarian, Vegan and Intermittent Fasting? Want exclusive celeb meal plans? Check this out.

Hinata Hyūga Workout Routine Research
We’ve made it to “the fun part”.
And, if you don’t know by now, I say that every single time we get to the workout routine research section for character workouts.
We’ll start off with a short bio snippet on Hinata Hyūga from her Wiki Fandom for those of you who don’t know much about her:
Hinata Uzumaki is a kunoichi of Konohagakure. She lost her position as heiress of the Hyūga clan due to her meek disposition making her unsuited for the responsibilities of leading the clan. Nonetheless, Hinata persevered and from observation of Naruto Uzumaki especially, Hinata found an example to follow. Through her membership with Team 8, she sought to become strong enough to change herself, if even a little at a time. A few years after the Fourth Shinobi World War, Hinata joined the Uzumaki clan after marrying Naruto.
They continue by going on to tell us a lot about her powers and abilities as well.
I’ll break them down into different sections like they do for us to better utilize in making her routine.
Here’s what they say about her abilities:
Originally, Hinata’s gentle personality hindered her performance, which caused her father to deem her as too weak and unworthy for the role of heir. After graduating from the Academy, she committed herself getting stronger in her training, receiving consistent praise from her team for her improving skills and strengthening character. This improvement even received acknowledgement by the Deva Path during her attempt to protect Naruto. By the time of the Fourth Shinobi World War, Hinata’s abilities where comparable to Neji Hyūga, able to protect him as well as he protected her. Two years after the war, Hinata, having been recognised by Hamura Ōtsutsuki as the Byakugan Princess, proves to be crucial in the destruction of the Tenseigan. Despite spending at least a decade as a housewife, she could survive an attempt to get Naruto back from Momoshiki Ōtsutsuki, and even defeat Hanabi, who continues training to become the next clan leader, in a sparring match.
And they also talk a lot about her chakra power and a bit about nin-jitsu, but I’m going to skip ahead to her physical prowess instead:
Going beyond her clan’s natural fighting style, Hinata naturally has superb agility. Using refined coordination and flexibility, she is able to nimbly avoid most danger with fluid motion. As is traditional in her clan, Hinata has been extensively trained in the Gentle Fist fighting style. In unison with her Byakugan, Hinata can attack accurately target an individuals’ chakra pathway systems and the 361 tenketsu that run along it, constricting or cutting off their chakra flow from only minimal contact. Although this enables Hinata to attack an opponent’s internal organs, she can also use it in a supplementary function, such as by setting dislocated shoulders back in place.
While Hinata hadn’t yet mastered her clan’s most advanced techniques in Part I, in the anime, she created the Protecting Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms as an alternative, which effectively protects her and attacks anything within range with sharp streams of chakra emitted from her palms. By Part II, she had grown accustomed to more of her clan’s techniques. During Pain’s Assault, Hinata could use the Gentle Step Twin Lion Fists, a technique that drains the target of their chakra where struck. During the Fourth Shinobi World War, Hinata could use the Eight Trigrams Vacuum Palm to attack targets outside her physical range or deflect incoming attacks, which increases in power if used in conjunction with others. She also masters the Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms in the war. By the time she reaches adulthood, she became well-known for her mastery of the Gentle Fist. As an adult, she could even knock out a target with a single strike to their tenketsu.
So here’s a couple things we want to focus in on:
- Superb Agility
- Coordination and Flexibility
- Mixed Martial Arts Ability
- Nimble and Charismatic
Which means what to us?
That means we’re training for speed using sprints and weight training (moderately), coordination and flexibility using yoga, mixed martial arts using…well..mixed martial arts, and nimbleness using a mixture of calisthenics to go hand-in-hand with the other types of training.
Throw in some parkour and I think we got ourselves a perfect routine.
