Titans was renewed for a season 3!
If you’re a little behind, Titans has been making waves and the list of incredible superheroes being added to the show continues to grow.
We’ve seen Brenton Thwaites, Anna Diop, Ryan Potter, Alan Ritchson and Minka Kelly already from Titans and I expect to see more after Conor Leslie.
We have also seen a ton of their characters from going through the Young Justice list and more.
If you’re interested…here’s just a few: Nightwing, Robin, Deathstroke, Rose Wilson, Batman, Superboy, and so many more.
But let’s get back to Leslie. She’s our Wonder Girl, and she’s also starred in The Man in the High Castle, Graves, Shots Fired, and more!
Conor Leslie Stats:
Height: 5’9
Weight: (approximate) 134 lbs.
Age: 28 years old
Conor Leslie is actually at the tallest range among women we’ve seen among celeb females.
Shes’ not quite as tall as women like Gwendoline Christie, but just about the range you’ll see her listed in below.
Normally the average height we see for women is around 5’4-5’6 with ladies such as Jennifer Aniston, Margot Robbie, Olivia Munn, Alicia Vikander, Sophia Bush, Tatiana Maslany, Evangeline Lilly, and a ton of others.
But then there is also that taller range, and among the tallest (even taller than the 5’7-5’8), are ladies like Gwendoline Christie, Gal Gadot, and a few others – with Phoebe Tonkin, Gabrielle Union, Brie Larson, Nina Dobrev, Daisy Ridley, and so many more coming in around that 5’7-5’8 range.
And, let’s not forget the shorter ladies of SHJ like Ariana Grande, Scarlett Johansson, Mila Kunis, Emilia Clarke, Lucy Hale, Julianne Hough and a good handful of others.
But, either way, don’t worry.
I write these routines for anyone and everyone.

Conor Leslie Diet and Nutrition
Conor Leslie has had a stunning physique before any prep for Titans.
And continues to show off her amazing bod.
Basically what I’m saying is: nothing has changed.
From what I could find she opts for a more intuitive and sustainable approach when it comes to dieting.
In one of her tweets she shares a picture of her prepping for Titans (which she writes “from the very first stunt training session Titans/Wondergirl a lesson in how to attack a Monday”) she shares:
“When the waiter tries to take your food before you’re finished eating.”
Actual picture of Conor Leslie training..AKA: kicking ass…is below!
In an interview with Hollywire Leslie spins the wheel and lands on “Guilty Pleasure”. From there she says her mind instantly jumps to food, although she doesn’t specifically think they’re guilty pleasures, and just more so snacks she instantly goes to.
She says:
“I like chocolate. Captain Crunch is my go-to. Captain Crunch to the point where it like rips up your mouth.”
And the interview follows up with her cheating and making the wheel land on “Pizza”.
Basically where we’re going with this is Conor Leslie loves food, and doesn’t cut anything out of her diet.
We see a lot of celebs opt for a sustainable approach like this.
That’s why our Academy Nutrition Classes (Monks, Minimalists, SuperHumans, Vikings, Spartans, Hunter Gatherers, Greek Gods, Samurais) revolve around helping you find the specific diet that is right FOR YOU.
Of course, there are a lot of reasons to HAVE the strict guidelines.
We’ve seen a lot of celebs opt for specific restrictions.Â
For example: Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Benedict Cumberbatch and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting(something I use daily as well), Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
And, that’s just to name a few celebs from each, by the way.
You can check out our Nutrition Pillars for more information and articles on all of the above and more.
Curious where over a hundred celebs fall in their dietary choices ranging from High Protein and Keto to Vegetarian, Vegan and Intermittent Fasting? Want exclusive celeb meal plans? Check this out.

Conor Leslie Workout Routine Research
As you can tell from the picture above of Conor Leslie’s workout and fight training for Titans: she has a pretty ripped back.
She’s toned, slim, and looking great.
And while she doesn’t specifically have any interviews with larger news outlets like Women’s Health or Cosmo; there is a ton of information out there about her diet that we can slowly piece together to build this routine.
The first thing I will obviously tell you is that she clearly prepped extra for Titans.
This came in the form of fight/stunt training and choreography, but also lasso training to specifically embody Wonder Girl!
I will share some mixed martial arts and parkour training that are our go-to routines here at SHJ to step it up a notch in these sections if you’d like. But mainly this can be done by adding in extra fun activity that will burn more calories and get you active!
There were also a few more videos I found (other than her lasso training video/tweet and some fight/stunt training images).
One video is of Leslie working with a personal trainer and doing some pause back squats. She is very clearly in a private coaching gym which looks similar to a CrossFit gym and is utilizing Rogue bumper plates like a CrossFit gym would as well.
This doesn’t tell us she’s doing CrossFit, per se, but it does tell us she’s doing some private coaching and will likely incorporate some compound movements, but also circuit styles like we’ve seen from tons of other celebs (basing this on researching nearly 300 celebs at this point and writing a book about it).
In some of the other videos from this training session she’s doing:
- 3-2-1 Chin Ups (3-2-1 pause at top, 3-2-1 down)
- Row Machine Ab Workout (Reverse Windmill on Rower)
And finally, I also found another video in the form of a tweet from Leslie which she writes:
“Getting ready for season 2 @DCUTitans”
In the video she’s doing some cable rows but stabilized on ball support with one leg raises behind her.
I won’t make you specifically do this movement, but we will be doing pause squats and also incorporating movements very similar to these cable rows.
Basically we’re getting you ready to have a ripped physique like Conor Leslie with this workout.
Let’s do it.

Conor Leslie Workout Routine
Training Volume:
5 days per week
Explanation:
For this one you’ll be training 5 days per week at a minimum. I’m going to program you a typical Push/Pull/Legs Split, but then I’m going to incorporate supersets and circuits on top of the compounds that we revolve the training around to make it more like the training Leslie would have utilized. I’m also going to share MMA and Parkour style training as promised, but feel free to get active in other ways (and I’ll share examples of these ways as well). Finally, I’ll share a full body workout that can be utilized in place of any of these Activity/MMA/Parkour days, and also some options for cardio that can also be subbed. This will be in its own section and can be plugged in where needed.

Conor Leslie Workout: Parkour, MMA or Activity
For this section it’s going to be a three-parter. You’ll have the option to do any of these three, or even just simply add in the full body workout I share below this section or some cardio options to help with the fat burn!
I’ll start by sharing some other training we love to utilize at SHJ.
Here’s some calisthenics/parkour training that I collabed with Academy member Felix on:
If you want to train with some MMA styled workouts you can sub in some days from these workouts as well:
- Deathstroke
- Daredevil
- Sagat
- Anna Diop (specifically her MMA style training)
- Ryan Potter
And, yes, I do think it’s pretty awesome 2 of the routines shared above are from Leslie’s co-stars.
Finally, some other options would be to add in some activity. This could be as simple as tracking your movement, but can also be much more.
Here’s some options you might consider:
- Track 10,000 Steps For The Day
- Go Hiking
- Basketball, Soccer, Tennis, etc.
- Spin Class, Yoga, Pilates, etc.
Either way, get active and burn those calories; but have fun doing it!

Conor Leslie Cardio Workout Options:
Some other training options would be to throw in some varied cardio, which is something I personally love to do and see tons of celebrities utilize to shred the fat.
Try to add in 45-60 minutes of cardio if it’s going to take the place of your workout for the day.
I would vary the training 10-20 minutes with some of these formats:
- High Incline Treadmill Walk
- HIIT on Treadmill, Rower or Bike
- StairMaster
- Elliptical
But you can obviously opt for some long distance running sessions as well if you’d prefer.
