Neferpitou is not only one of the most popular characters in all of Hunter x Hunter – but she’s also one of the most powerful.
And yes, that means she’s going to be making it onto both future listicles we have hit the site featuring our Hunter x Hunter favorite and super strong characters.
Behind characters like Meruem, Isaac Netero and Gon Freecs, there’s not many characters that can compare to Neferpitou’s overall power level.
Which is even more impressive about that list is that Isaac Netero actually even made our list of The Most Powerful Anime Characters Of All Time!

Hunter x Hunter fans tried to speculate just how large Neferpitou and The Royal Guard are, but most say it’s too hard to tell.
The issue is that in some scenes we have her taller and others we have her shorter – so without anything close to official for any of them, and we’re kind of lost at sea.
Supergirl and Erza Scarlet were our shortest at 5’5 before Wasp came in at 5’4 and Kale, Anna and Nina Williams matching her there. BUT, now we have Caulifla at 4’8 and Sailor Moon at 4’11! Katana is just behind her at 5’2.
We had Wonder Woman come in standing 6’0 tall, Mockingbird and Hawkgirl at 5’9, Mystique, Miss Martian, and Sonya Blade at 5’10, and Storm 5’11.
But the average height for female celebrities on the site is generally more-so ranging from 5’4-5’6 – and our Black Widow is just above that at 5’7 with Spider-Gwen, Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy at 5’8.
And, the tallest we’d seen before She-Hulk was Starfire at 6’4!
But don’t worry, either way.
Not only are these routines for all shapes and sizes – they also work for both men and women – regardless of the gender of the hero.

Neferpitou Diet and Nutrition
**Keep in mind: this section will be nearly identical for each hero, unless I mentioned differently (for example someone like Hulk may get something specifically different)**
Every hero needs to still have a good diet.
Unfortunately we can train like them, but I don’t think any of us are suddenly getting their powers, or the ability to magically stop caring about nutrition.
You can’t out train your diet, so I want to still give some pillars for nutrition.
You can start by checking out The Nutrition Pillars on the site, but I’ll break down some more information for you guys as well.
Guys like Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Tom Hopper, Benedict Cumberbatch and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting (something I use daily as well), Ariana Grande, Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
It’s all about sustainability.
AND, there are a thousand different ways to reach your goals, so finding the most sustainable way is what’s important.

Neferpitou Workout Routine Research
We’ve made it to “the fun part”.
And, if you don’t know by now, I say that every single time we get to the workout routine research section for character workouts.
To get us started with our Neferpitou research we’re going to be pulling right from her Wiki Fandom page.
They start us out by stating:
Neferpitou, nicknamed Pitou, was a cat-humanoid Chimera Ant and the firstborn of the Chimera Ant King’s three Royal Guards.
It doesn’t tell us much about her, and being that we’re working with a cat-humanoid I think it’s relevant to pull from her appearance section as well:
Neferpitou had the appearance of a humanoid cat with wavy white hair. Their cat-like ears and tail were covered with yellow and white fur, respectively. They had ruby-red eyes, and their knees had demarcated joints like insect legs. Neferpitou’s hands were slightly larger than an average human hand. Their clothes were a blue overcoat with six yellow buttons and cuff links, shorts and orange socks with thin black stripes, and a pair of blue shoes.
Moving on into her powers and abilities section we begin to see just how powerful Neferpitou is:
As one of the three members of the Royal Guard, Neferpitou is one of the most powerful Chimera Ants to live, and one of the strongest characters in the series. They fought and killed Kite, a powerful Pro Hunter, while suffering only minor injuries, and shortly after discovering Nen. Illumi referred to Neferpitou as Meruem’s “top soldier”. Despite intending to kill them, the King was only able to bruise Neferpitou with one of his tail strikes, which caused him to praise the Royal Guard. Shaiapouf, another Royal Guard member, was driven through a wall by the same attack, although the King’s power had increased by that time. The Hunter Association’s Chairman Netero, considered the world’s strongest Hunter in his prime and by some the most powerful Hunter even in his old age, wondered if Neferpitou could be more powerful than him, as Colt, after witnessing both fighters’ aura, later affirmed. Ikalgo was confident that even if he joined forces with Gon, Killua, and Palm, as well as, possibly, Knuckle and Meleoron, the Royal Guard would still come out on top.
Speaking of Meruem, we also saw his workout routine this week as well.
When we continue on into the rest of Pitou’s abilities it becomes an extremely long list, and that’s without even factoring in her nen.

Neferpitou Workout Routine

Explanation:
We’re going to be training at a very high volume but using yoga and stretching to help aid in our recovery and also even aid in extra toning and core strength. We’ll be training with weights at a high intensity 4 days per week and then adding in minor stretching and some mandatory yoga and flexibility.

I personally recommend a day of Yoga or SPIN Class in the middle of the week to switch it up and allow yourself to recover from the amount of volume we are working with in this routine – but the options are endless.
