We weren’t going to wrap up our Jujutsu Kaisen celebration without Kasumi Miwa!
If you missed it, Kasumi is actually our fourth Jujutsu Kaisen Inspired Workout this week to celebrate our Unofficial Jujutsu Kaisen Workout Booklet going live this week.
And considering she is one of the most popular female characters in the anime, (almost not making the list of The Most Popular Jujutsu Kaisen Character), I figured she’d make a great addition for our Anime Workouts Database.
Although one of my favorite parts of getting Kasumi added to our list of awesome characters is the fact that she’ll be a great addition to our Jujutsu Kaisen Workout Placement Quiz for The SHJ Army to find the best workout among the ever-growing list of intense routines.
Kasumi Miwa Stats:
Real Name: Kasumu Miwa
Height: 5’4
Weight: N/A
Anime: Jujutsu Kaisen
Powers: Yes
Fans place Kasumi Miwa around 5’4, which seems the check out and puts her around an average height range among female anime characters.
And although she doesn’t have a weight listed we can tell she is athletic and skinny with her powerful techniques.
Supergirl and Erza Scarlet were our shortest at 5’5 before Wasp came in at 5’4 and Kale, Anna and Nina Williams matching her there. BUT, now we have Caulifla at 4’8 and Sailor Moon at 4’11! Katana is just behind her at 5’2.
We had Wonder Woman come in standing 6’0 tall, Mockingbird and Hawkgirl at 5’9, Mystique, Miss Martian, and Sonya Blade at 5’10, and Storm 5’11.
But the average height for female celebrities on the site is generally more-so ranging from 5’4-5’6 – and our Black Widow is just above that at 5’7 with Spider-Gwen, Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy at 5’8.
And, the tallest we’d seen before She-Hulk was Starfire at 6’4!
But don’t worry, either way.
Not only are these routines for all shapes and sizes – they also work for both men and women – regardless of the gender of the hero.

Kasumi Miwa Diet and Nutrition
**Keep in mind: this section will be nearly identical for each hero.**
Every hero needs to still have a good diet.
Unfortunately we can train like them, but I don’t think any of us are suddenly getting their powers, or the ability to magically stop caring about nutrition.
You can’t out train your diet, so I want to still give some pillars for nutrition.
You can start by checking out The Nutrition Pillars on the site, but I’ll break down some more information for you guys as well.
Guys like Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Tom Hopper, Benedict Cumberbatch and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting (something I use daily as well), Ariana Grande, Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
It’s all about sustainability.
AND, there are a thousand different ways to reach your goals, so finding the most sustainable way is what’s important.
Which is why our Academy utilizes multiple different Nutrition Classes (Greek Gods, Vikings, Spartans, Hunter Gatherers, Monks, Samurais, Minimalists, SuperHumans) to allow people to choose what is right for YOU!
Curious where over a hundred celebs fall in their dietary choices ranging from High Protein and Keto to Vegetarian, Vegan and Intermittent Fasting? Want exclusive celeb meal plans? Check this out.

Kasumi Miwa Workout Routine Research
We’ve made it to “the fun part”.
And, if you don’t know by now, I say that every single time we get to the workout routine research section for character workouts.
We’re going to be starting off our research into Kasumi Miwa by pulling right from her Wiki Fandom page, but her initial bio is what I would like to call “weak sauce” – so be prepared for a whole lot of nothing:
Kasumi Miwa is a character in the Jujutsu Kaisen series. She is a second-year at Kyoto Jujutsu High.
I tried to warn you.
To be fair, though, they really don’t give us much to work around at all compared to other characters we’ve seen within our Anime Workouts Database.
Here’s how they break down her overall powers and abilities section:
Overall Skill Level: Kasumi is a grade 3 sorcerer capable of using the New Shadow Style swordsmanship techniques. Her lack of an Innate Technique makes it difficult for her to stand up to some her fellow jujutsu students, and she was completely overpowered by Maki, someone with advanced levels of physical prowess.
We have also already seen Maki Zenin, so we’ll have to keep that in mind while building this one out.
They also go on to say this about her expert swordsmanship:
Expert Swordsman: Kasumi wields a katana as her main weapon in battle. She has studied Iai sword drawing techniques and is capable of incorporating jujutsu into her swordsmanship.
Although she was overpowered by Maki, Kasumi is far from weak.
We’ll be training using bodyweight and calisthenics programming for this one and building it around techniques we have seen used within our Assassin Calisthenics 90 Day System – which has even been used to help train new U.S. Marines.
For that you’ll need to be ready for intensity and volume – although I will be scaling it down a bit to more of a beginner-intermediate level.
