We can’t have a full Anime Workouts Database of over 500 anime characters (and growing) without Violet Evergarden.
Obviously she’ll be on her own in terms of characters from Violet Evergarden, as opposed to some of the mini-databases in there that have upwards of two dozen characters just in their own anime like our Dragon Ball Z Workouts and My Hero Academia Workouts, but she’ll also be one of the strongest solo anime characters in our entire database.
I’ve had a handful of requests come in for Evergarden and after finally taking the time to watch, I knew I had to prioritize her routine and get it up on the site.
I’ll also be immediately adding her to our Anime Workout Placement Quiz so all our members in the SHJ Army have another awesome character to get as an answer.
Violet Evergarden Stats:
Real Name: Violet Evergarden
Height: 5’3
Weight: N/A
Anime: Violet Evergarden
Powers: No
Technically speaking Violet’s height is 5.28 ft, but I rounded up being that she was so close to 5’3.
And even while rounding up she still comes in as one of the shorter female anime characters we’ve seen at SHJ.
Supergirl and Erza Scarlet were our shortest at 5’5 before Wasp came in at 5’4 and Kale, Anna and Nina Williams matching her there. BUT, now we have Caulifla at 4’8 and Sailor Moon at 4’11! Katana is just behind her at 5’2.
We had Wonder Woman come in standing 6’0 tall, Mockingbird and Hawkgirl at 5’9, Mystique, Miss Martian, and Sonya Blade at 5’10, and Storm 5’11.
But the average height for female celebrities on the site is generally more-so ranging from 5’4-5’6 – and our Black Widow is just above that at 5’7 with Spider-Gwen, Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy at 5’8.
And, the tallest we’d seen before She-Hulk was Starfire at 6’4!
But don’t worry, either way.
Not only are these routines for all shapes and sizes – they also work for both men and women – regardless of the gender of the hero.

Violet Evergarden Diet and Nutrition
**Keep in mind: this section will be nearly identical for each hero.**
Every hero needs to still have a good diet.
Unfortunately we can train like them, but I don’t think any of us are suddenly getting their powers, or the ability to magically stop caring about nutrition.
You can’t out train your diet, so I want to still give some pillars for nutrition.
You can start by checking out The Nutrition Pillars on the site, but I’ll break down some more information for you guys as well.
Guys like Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Tom Hopper, Benedict Cumberbatch and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting (something I use daily as well), Ariana Grande, Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
It’s all about sustainability.
AND, there are a thousand different ways to reach your goals, so finding the most sustainable way is what’s important.
Which is why our Academy utilizes multiple different Nutrition Classes (Greek Gods, Vikings, Spartans, Hunter Gatherers, Monks, Samurais, Minimalists, SuperHumans) to allow people to choose what is right for YOU!
Curious where over a hundred celebs fall in their dietary choices ranging from High Protein and Keto to Vegetarian, Vegan and Intermittent Fasting? Want exclusive celeb meal plans? Check this out.

Violet Evergarden Workout Routine Research
We’ve made it to “the fun part”.
And, if you don’t know by now, I say that every single time we get to the workout routine research section for character workouts.
To start our research into Violet Evergarden we’ll be pulling right from her Wiki Fandom page, which leads us off with this:
Violet Evergarden is the protagonist of the Violet Evergarden series. Violet is a former soldier who was enlisted in the Leidenschaftlich army and fought in the war, where she was treated as nothing more than a weapon. Violet became an Auto Memories Doll at the CH Postal Company after the war, seeking to understand the meaning of the words “I love you,” which was said to her by her major Gilbert Bougainvillea, during the War’s final battle.
Right off the bat, knowing Violet is a former soldier, we know we will have our work cut out for us with this routine.
From there we can move down into her abilities and start off with a brief section that describes her overall abilities as such:
Violet is highly capable and skilled. As a former soldier who was trained from a young age, Violet excelled in combat, and her fighting abilities and strength on the battlefield made her seem more like a “weapon” than a human being. She had no problem killing countless others if given the order to do so. Due to her strength and actions taken during the war, Violet came to infamously be known as “Leidenschaftlich’s Soldier Maiden.”
This section also goes on to tell us a bunch about her fighting skills and strength, use of weapons, and martial arts.
All of which we’ll be utilizing to make the best workout for her.
Here’s how they break it all down:
- Fighting Skills and Strength – Violet’s combat capabilities are monstrous and described to be far beyond what a human is capable of. Even as a child, she was capable of massacring numerous adults (soldiers, prisoners) with ease. Her combat knowledge and skills were from before Dietfried found her, as she already displayed her prowess when she first met him.
- Use of Weapons – Violet is noted to be very proficient in the use of weapons, be it guns, swords, or bows. Whatever weapon she has nearby, she can use it flawlessly and kill other people; the stronger the weapon, the better. She is noted to have killed people in disturbing manners with the use of different weapons. Violet is skilled at shooting with great accuracy, as she can, while moving, shoot and kill several people from a distance. Her intuition is also great as she can find out her enemies sly attacks in a matter of seconds. Violet also carries a massive battle axe called Witchcraft. Though it is too heavy for ordinary people to carry, Violet wields it with ease.
- Martial Arts – Although she is proficient at using weapons, Violet is talented in minimizing the advantages of larger, stronger opponents through kicks, punches, throws, holds and other techniques. After the war, it is also seen that Violet is skilled at using self-defense, and will do so when the situation calls for it. After vowing to never kill anyone again, Violet began using techniques to gravely wound her enemies without killing them.
Under her skills and strength section they also note: “Violet, as seen when she fought in the war, has exceptionally high stamina and speed. She is agile, has fast movements and can easily dodge other peoples attacks while attacking others”, which means we’ll also have endurance and speed training to work around as well.
The mixed martial arts training will be an add-on if you’d like to tack that on top of the workout I build for you, and I’ll even include resources for you guys to make use of if you’d like to do so.
For this one, though, we’re going to be using 3 days of weight training, a day devoted entirely to endurance training, and then a Soldier Circuit Test.
But I’ll break it down more for you below and give you the full scoop.
Check out all The SHJ Programs and start unleashing your inner SuperHuman.
