That Time I Got Reincarnated As A Slime is finally making an appearance at SHJ.
We’re going to start off with the highly requested Milim Nava and then work our way into other characters like Veldora and Rimura based on how you guys like this one.
We have had tons of new girls joining our SHJ Army and I have gotten countless emails about how excited you guys are to have so many female characters showing up on the site – so don’t worry – I’m going to keep them coming.
Our Anime Workouts Database is actually full of hundreds of female characters, but I have been making it even more of a point to get at least a couple added each week from our request pool.
Sometimes that’s hard considering the large amount of requests I get on a daily basis, and the female characters not always adding up to some of the other characters in terms of “votes”, but Milim Nava was up there with the rest of them!
Milim Nava Stats:
Real Name: Milim Nava
Height: N/A
Weight: N/A
Anime: That Time I Got Reincarnated As A Slime
Powers: Yes
Although Milim Nava doesn’t have an official height and weight listed, we can tell she is short and petite if we base it entirely on her appearance and compare it to other characters as well.
I would likely put her in the shorter range of female anime characters we’ve seen at SHJ thus far, actually.
Supergirl and Erza Scarlet were our shortest at 5’5 before Wasp came in at 5’4 and Kale, Anna and Nina Williams matching her there. BUT, now we have Caulifla at 4’8 and Sailor Moon at 4’11! Katana is just behind her at 5’2.
We had Wonder Woman come in standing 6’0 tall, Mockingbird and Hawkgirl at 5’9, Mystique, Miss Martian, and Sonya Blade at 5’10, and Storm 5’11.
But the average height for female celebrities on the site is generally more-so ranging from 5’4-5’6 – and our Black Widow is just above that at 5’7 with Spider-Gwen, Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy at 5’8.
And, the tallest we’d seen before She-Hulk was Starfire at 6’4!
But don’t worry, either way.
Not only are these routines for all shapes and sizes – they also work for both men and women – regardless of the gender of the hero.

Milim Nava Diet and Nutrition
**Keep in mind: this section will be nearly identical for each hero.**
Every hero needs to still have a good diet.
Unfortunately we can train like them, but I don’t think any of us are suddenly getting their powers, or the ability to magically stop caring about nutrition.
You can’t out train your diet, so I want to still give some pillars for nutrition.
You can start by checking out The Nutrition Pillars on the site, but I’ll break down some more information for you guys as well.
Guys like Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Tom Hopper, Benedict Cumberbatch and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting (something I use daily as well), Ariana Grande, Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
It’s all about sustainability.
AND, there are a thousand different ways to reach your goals, so finding the most sustainable way is what’s important.
Which is why our Academy utilizes multiple different Nutrition Classes (Greek Gods, Vikings, Spartans, Hunter Gatherers, Monks, Samurais, Minimalists, SuperHumans) to allow people to choose what is right for YOU!
Curious where over a hundred celebs fall in their dietary choices ranging from High Protein and Keto to Vegetarian, Vegan and Intermittent Fasting? Want exclusive celeb meal plans? Check this out.

Milim Nava Workout Routine Research
We’ve made it to “the fun part”.
And, if you don’t know by now, I say that every single time we get to the workout routine research section for character workouts.
To learn more about Milim Nava and how we’ll be building this workout, I’m going to be pulling right from her Wiki Fandom page, starting off with this information they give us:
Milim Nava is the second seat Demon Lord of the Octagram. She is one of the strongest and oldest among all other demon lords, known as the “Destroyer,” a demon lord with the threat level of “Catastrophe.” Milim is a carefree individual who just wants to do something to stave off her boredom.
I should also mention, if it wasn’t obvious, that we’ll be training around her aesthetic as a humanoid, not a dragonoid.
I’m pretty sure I don’t have to point that out, but I am going to specifically because her physical appearance is going to be a big part of how we build this one out – specifically training around her overall aesthetic.
Here’s how her “Top Strongest” Wiki breaks down her powers and abilities:
Powers and Abilities: Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Enhanced Senses, Immortality (Type 1 & 3), Magic, Aura, Weapon Mastery, Forcefield (Can cover her body with multiple defensive barriers), Energy Manipulation, Energy Projection, Statistics Amplification (‘Wrathful King Satan’ converts her wrath into power so the angrier she gets, the powerful she becomes), Shapeshifting, Non-Corporeal (Exists as a spiritual entity), Intangibility (Type 3), Clairvoyance & Information Analysis (Can measure others’ abilities via her ‘Dragon Eye’), Regeneration (Low-Godly), Soul Manipulation, Telepathy, Mind Manipulation, Law Manipulation (Can manipulate the law of inertia), Spatial Manipulation, Flight (Type 5), Non-Physical Interaction, Resistance (to Poison Manipulation, Pain Manipulation, Status Effect Inducement, Soul Manipulation, Magic, Time Manipulation, Mind Manipulation, Fire Manipulation, Ice Manipulation, Electricity Manipulation, Clairvoyance, Energy Manipulation, Gravity Manipulation)
And they go on to talk about how her endurance is virtually limitless, and her physical strength is “At least Continent Level”.
So while we could likely accomplish her physique and overall aesthetic with a calisthenics workout, her actual abilities make this one lean towards a routine build around weight training, which will also serve as a great way to achieve her body.
That means the overall goal of this routine is:
- Milim’s Overall Physique/Aesthetic/Body
- Superhuman Strength
- Superhuman Endurance
- Superhuman Speed/Reflexes/Agility
And based on Milim’s power level we really have our work cut out for us, but I’ll be doing my best to build this one completely scalable so all fitness levels of The SHJ Army can jump in and take it on!

Milim Nava Workout Routine
Training Volume:
4-5+ days per week
Explanation:
We’re going to be using one of my favorite splits when we’re training around a physique and strength like Milim with an Upper/Lower Body Split. This can easily be turned into 2 days of weights and 1-2 days of cardio, but I have programmed a 4 day split with a circuit to be tested weekly, biweekly or monthly and endurance resources to help you sub in place.
Want To Upgrade This Workout?
The Superhero Academy now comes with an Upgrade Your Workout Tool that allows Academy members to turn any SHJ workout into a 4-8 week fully planned regime detailing exact weights to lift and including reverse & traditional pyramid training, straight sets, super sets, progressive overload and more.
