We actually have multiple cosplay-oriented workouts coming in this week; starting with Suzune Horikita!
We have a ton of strong Classroom Of The Elite characters, but you guys made it very clear you wanted a slot for Suzune before we get too far into our characters.
I even went ahead and pre-emptively made a Classroom Of The Elite Inspired Workouts mini-database just based on how many requests for more characters I’ve been getting.
We obviously starting with Kiyotaka Ayanokoji, but I had originally expected to see at least 3-4 male characters after him before getting Suzune or one of the other female characters – but this is a pleasant surprise.
Suzune Horikita Stats:
Real Name: Suzune Horikita
Height: 5’1 1/2
Weight: N/A
Anime: Classroom Of The Elite
Powers: No
Suzune comes in among the shortest female characters we’ve seen across the board within our Anime Workouts Database, and even among superheroes and celebrities we’ve had hit SHJ.
And although we don’t have a height for her, we can assume it’s fairly light between 100-125 lbs.
Supergirl and Erza Scarlet were our shortest at 5’5 before Wasp came in at 5’4 and Kale, Anna and Nina Williams matching her there. BUT, now we have Caulifla at 4’8 and Sailor Moon at 4’11! Katana is just behind her at 5’2.
We had Wonder Woman come in standing 6’0 tall, Mockingbird and Hawkgirl at 5’9, Mystique, Miss Martian, and Sonya Blade at 5’10, and Storm 5’11.
But the average height for female celebrities on the site is generally more-so ranging from 5’4-5’6 – and our Black Widow is just above that at 5’7 with Spider-Gwen, Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy at 5’8.
And, the tallest we’d seen before She-Hulk was Starfire at 6’4!
But don’t worry, either way.
Not only are these routines for all shapes and sizes – they also work for both men and women – regardless of the gender of the hero.

Suzune Horikita Diet and Nutrition
**Keep in mind: this section will be nearly identical for each hero.**
Every hero needs to still have a good diet.
Unfortunately we can train like them, but I don’t think any of us are suddenly getting their powers, or the ability to magically stop caring about nutrition.
You can’t out train your diet, so I want to still give some pillars for nutrition.
You can start by checking out The Nutrition Pillars on the site, but I’ll break down some more information for you guys as well.
Guys like Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Tom Hopper, Benedict Cumberbatch and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting (something I use daily as well), Ariana Grande, Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
It’s all about sustainability.
AND, there are a thousand different ways to reach your goals, so finding the most sustainable way is what’s important.
Which is why our Academy utilizes multiple different Nutrition Classes (Greek Gods, Vikings, Spartans, Hunter Gatherers, Monks, Samurais, Minimalists, SuperHumans) to allow people to choose what is right for YOU!
Curious where over a hundred celebs fall in their dietary choices ranging from High Protein and Keto to Vegetarian, Vegan and Intermittent Fasting? Want exclusive celeb meal plans? Check this out.

Suzune Horikita Workout Routine Research
We’ve made it to “the fun part”.
And, if you don’t know by now, I say that every single time we get to the workout routine research section for character workouts.
To learn more about Suzune I’ll be pulling right from her Wiki Fandom page which starts off by stating:
Suzune Horikita is one of the main characters of the You-Zitsu series and the main heroine of the √Horikita spin-off manga. She is known to be the younger sister of Manabu Horikita, the Student Council president of the school on the 1st Year Arc.
She is currently a second-year student of Advanced Nurturing High School. At the start of the series, she was introduced as the class representative and a student of Class 1-D, seated at the rear row of the class, next to Kiyotaka Ayanokōji.
Despite her academic ability, she was placed in D-Class due to her inability to work with others. Nevertheless, she strives for A-Class and will do anything to reach that goal.
Considering this is going to be a fairly cosplay oriented routine I’ll also pull from her appearance section, which they break down as follows:
Suzune has long black hair with one braid tied with a pink bow as well as gradient red eyes. She is always seen with a stern look on her face. She has a slim but well-endowed body which makes her stand out as being beautiful, even attracting the attention of Ken Sudō and Kakeru Ryūen.
She usually wears the standard school uniform. Outside of school, she wears a striped sundress and a sun hat. She was also seen wearing a white bikini by the pool and a red tracksuit as seen when the first-year level underwent the survival test.
And just because this one will be more cosplay oriented than based around her abilities, that doesn’t mean we won’t at least acknowledge her abilities as well.
They start by breaking down her overall abilities with:
Suzune has proven to be gifted with superior overall abilities as she excels in both academics and physical fields.
From there they move into her academic abilities:
Suzune is very dedicated and diligent in her studies, having nothing else to do. This is further proven in her undying commitment in reaching Class A, which she believes that she should’ve been placed into from the start because of her good grades and hoping that her brother would finally pay attention to her.
I’ll be skipping her intellectual abilities, because unsurprisingly she is extremely intelligent.
They give a long section describing her intellectual abilities and accomplishments and then move into her physical abilities, which will be much more useful for our workout.
Here’s what they tell us:
Suzune was stated to be an above-average swimmer when questioned by Kikyō Kushida at the school pool where she also said that she is skilled in martial arts during the hearing for Ken Sudō, but the full extent of her capabilities is unknown. She proves herself skilled in the art of grappling as she easily flipped Haruki Yamauchi with no difficulty. Her fighting skills are further shown when she engaged Mio Ibuki in a fight, earning praise from her before being knocked down, though Suzune’s ill condition held her back in the fight. She may be an accomplished fighter but is nowhere near the best as seen when she was easily defeated by an injured and fatigued Ichika Amasawa.
So although we’re revolving this one around cosplay, we also need to acknowledge the fact that Suzune is actually quite strong.
We will be adding cardio to the programming, which will include some optional swimming, as well as increasinly the difficulty from beginner to intermediate to do Suzune the justice she deserves here.
That means our goals for our Suzune Horikita Inspired Workout are as follows:
- Suzune’s Fit and Toned Aesthetic
- Suzune’s Strength and Agility with her Fighting Skills
- Suzune’s Endurance with her Swimming Skills
This will allow us to build a pretty fun and diverse program that will still be capable of being scaled for beginners; although you could also start by using the Beginner Ninja Workout if needed.

Want To Upgrade This Workout?
The Superhero Academy now comes with an Upgrade Your Workout Tool that allows Academy members to turn any SHJ workout into a 4-8 week fully planned regime detailing exact weights to lift and including reverse & traditional pyramid training, straight sets, super sets, progressive overload and more.
