Our Chainsaw Man Inspired Workouts are growing pretty quickly, especially considering the anime hasn’t even released.
Although the trailer and the teaser for the release in October has The SHJ Army requesting a good handful of characters!
Next up on the list, joining our other three extremely popular characters, is Power.
I was actually expecting Power to come in at number one or two, but number four isn’t bad.
I have been really enjoying all of our characters, actually, because the diversity among male and female characters is pretty awesome when it comes to strength, speed and aesthetics – so we’re able to have some powerful characters from both sides training around diverse styles.
Power Stats:
Real Name: Power
Height: 5’6
Weight: 110 lbs.
Anime: Chainsaw Man
Powers: Yes
Power is actually average height, teetering on the edge of above average.
And for her 5’6 frame she is actually really light – but that doesn’t stop her from packing a punch.
Supergirl and Erza Scarlet were our shortest at 5’5 before Wasp came in at 5’4 and Kale, Anna and Nina Williams matching her there. BUT, now we have Caulifla at 4’8 and Sailor Moon at 4’11! Katana is just behind her at 5’2.
We had Wonder Woman come in standing 6’0 tall, Mockingbird and Hawkgirl at 5’9, Mystique, Miss Martian, and Sonya Blade at 5’10, and Storm 5’11.
But the average height for female celebrities on the site is generally more-so ranging from 5’4-5’6 – and our Black Widow is just above that at 5’7 with Spider-Gwen, Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy at 5’8.
And, the tallest we’d seen before She-Hulk was Starfire at 6’4!
But don’t worry, either way.
Not only are these routines for all shapes and sizes – they also work for both men and women – regardless of the gender of the hero.

Power Diet and Nutrition
**Keep in mind: this section will be nearly identical for each hero.**
Every hero needs to still have a good diet.
Unfortunately we can train like them, but I don’t think any of us are suddenly getting their powers, or the ability to magically stop caring about nutrition.
You can’t out train your diet, so I want to still give some pillars for nutrition.
You can start by checking out The Nutrition Pillars on the site, but I’ll break down some more information for you guys as well.
Guys like Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Tom Hopper, Benedict Cumberbatch and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting (something I use daily as well), Ariana Grande, Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
It’s all about sustainability.
AND, there are a thousand different ways to reach your goals, so finding the most sustainable way is what’s important.
Which is why our Academy utilizes multiple different Nutrition Classes (Greek Gods, Vikings, Spartans, Hunter Gatherers, Monks, Samurais, Minimalists, SuperHumans) to allow people to choose what is right for YOU!
Curious where over a hundred celebs fall in their dietary choices ranging from High Protein and Keto to Vegetarian, Vegan and Intermittent Fasting? Want exclusive celeb meal plans? Check this out.

Power Workout Routine Research
We’ve made it to “the fun part”.
And, if you don’t know by now, I say that every single time we get to the workout routine research section for character workouts.
To learn more about Power I’ll be pulling right from her Wiki Fandom page, starting with an extremely brief bio section that they currently have for her here:
Power is a Blood Fiend) and a Public Safety Devil Hunter who is part of Makima’s special squad.
The best thing to do from there is begin jumping right into her powers and abilities.
Sometimes I prefer discussing a bit more about a character prior to getting right into it, but in this case we’ll be able to learn a lot about Power just by getting into it right away.
Here’s how they start it off for us:
In her original form as a devil, Power claimed to be greatly feared to the point where other devils would flee from her scent but this is likely just a boast from Power.
And if we move into her physical abilities, they share this:
Enhanced Speed: Power is a quick fighter, able to land an attack Denji as they turned on each other while evading his own swing. She was able to disappear from the Katana Man’s sight as he gunned down the devil hunters before landing an uppercut that he couldn’t block.
Enhanced Smell: Power has a keen sense of smell, recognizing the scent of blood from a distance, while Denji was oblivious, and following it in order to track down the Sea Cucumber Devil.
So we’re definitely going to be looking to get fast.
From there we can move onto some of her supernatural abilities:
Blood Manipulation: Power can freely manipulate the blood in her body to form weapons. She can also manipulate other people’s blood through direct contact and is able to prevent them from bleeding out though she acknowledges that it is difficult. Power can also distort her target’s regenerative abilities by mixing her own blood.
- Blood Hammer: Power can create an enormous hammer out of her own blood which she uses to crush her opponents. She can also make smaller handheld versions.
- Blood Spear: Power can create a spear out of her own blood and uses it to stab at her target. By placing her blood in bottles and hiding them in the area as traps she can make spears suddenly appear from the environment to take her opponent off-guard.
- Thousand Tera Blood Rain: In her Full Devil form, Power can generate thousands of blood swords and spears from the blood surrounding herself, levitate and throw them to her enemies. She can use this technique several times. This technique is strong enough to halt Makima for a couple of seconds.
- Blood Transfer: Through a contract, Power can transfer her blood and life energy to someone, similar to Pochita’s ability to assimilate Denji’s body. It was enough to completely heal the critically damaged Chainsaw Man´s body.
Blood Consumption: As a fiend, Power is able to restore her health by consuming blood. As the Blood Devil, she can regenerate herself from small amounts of blood even after her death by consuming the blood of the stronger devil. After the defeat of the Chainsaw Man in the hands of Makima, Pochita exploited this ability by letting the blood of her inside the Denji’s body to consume itself.
And after discussing her Blood Consumption they also go on to talk about her Power Enhancement, which has some relevance to our training:
- Power Enhancement: When Power drinks too much blood or drinks blood from stronger devil then her power drastically increases. It is shown that she sprouts additional horns from her head after drinking too much blood. In this state a single punch from Power has enough force to launch Denji into the ceiling. After drinking blood of the Chainsaw Man, Power revived as a devil from a little amount of blood Denji have consumed. Her speed, strength, durability and blood manipulation abilities have been increased dramatically. After transformation, she is able to resist Makima’s control abilities.
So for this one the goals are pretty clear.
The goals for our Power Inspired Workout are:
- Power’s Enhanced Speed
- Power’s Lean and Toned Aesthetic
- Power’s Power Enhancement and Strength
To accomplish all of this we’re actually going to be using some weight training – but don’t worry – it will be fairly minimal and a beginner-intermediate level.
If it is too difficult for you to get started with you can always choose to start with our Beginner Behemoth Workout or even our Beginner Ninja Workout within our calisthenics workouts.
