Mimosa Vermillion is going to be a great addition to our Black Clover Inspired Workouts, and…honestly…our overall Anime Workouts Database!
How do I know?
Well, not only did you guys request her a ton, but she also came in at number seven among our Most Popular Black Clover Characters!
She didn’t quote make the most powerful list, but that doesn’t mean she isn’t strong.
Another fun thing about Mimosa joining our forces is the fact that while she is strong with her Plant and Healing Magic, she does not have an overwhelming physical prowess, which will also make her a great addition to our calisthenics workouts.
Mimosa Vermillion Stats:
Real Name: Mimosa Vermillion
Height: 5’2
Weight: N/A
Anime: Black Clover
Powers: Yes
Mimosa Vermillion comes in just under 5’2, making her quote short, even among anime female characters.
Surprisingly enough (or not at all..), female anime characters usually come in somewhere near the average younger male height range of like 5’5-5’6ish.
Supergirl and Erza Scarlet were our shortest at 5’5 before Wasp came in at 5’4 and Kale, Anna and Nina Williams matching her there. BUT, now we have Caulifla at 4’8 and Sailor Moon at 4’11! Katana is just behind her at 5’2.
We had Wonder Woman come in standing 6’0 tall, Mockingbird and Hawkgirl at 5’9, Mystique, Miss Martian, and Sonya Blade at 5’10, and Storm 5’11.
But the average height for female celebrities on the site is generally more-so ranging from 5’4-5’6 – and our Black Widow is just above that at 5’7 with Spider-Gwen, Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy at 5’8.
And, the tallest we’d seen before She-Hulk was Starfire at 6’4!
But don’t worry, either way.
Not only are these routines for all shapes and sizes – they also work for both men and women – regardless of the gender of the hero.

Mimosa Vermillion Diet and Nutrition
**Keep in mind: this section will be nearly identical for each hero.**
Every hero needs to still have a good diet.
Unfortunately we can train like them, but I don’t think any of us are suddenly getting their powers, or the ability to magically stop caring about nutrition.
You can’t out train your diet, so I want to still give some pillars for nutrition.
You can start by checking out The Nutrition Pillars on the site, but I’ll break down some more information for you guys as well.
Guys like Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Tom Hopper, Benedict Cumberbatch and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting (something I use daily as well), Ariana Grande, Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
It’s all about sustainability.
AND, there are a thousand different ways to reach your goals, so finding the most sustainable way is what’s important.
Which is why our Academy utilizes multiple different Nutrition Classes (Greek Gods, Vikings, Spartans, Hunter Gatherers, Monks, Samurais, Minimalists, SuperHumans) to allow people to choose what is right for YOU!
Curious where over a hundred celebs fall in their dietary choices ranging from High Protein and Keto to Vegetarian, Vegan and Intermittent Fasting? Want exclusive celeb meal plans? Check this out.

Mimosa Vermillion Workout Routine Research
We’ve made it to “the fun part”.
And, if you don’t know by now, I say that every single time we get to the workout routine research section for character workouts.
To kickstart our research into Mimosa Vermillion and how we’ll be able to build out this routine around her, we’re going to be pulling from her Wiki Fandom page.
They lead with an initial bio that gives us some decent [intro] information:
Mimosa Vermillion is a noblewoman of the Clover Kingdom’s House Vermillion, one of its royal families, and a 5th Class Intermediate Magic Knight of the Golden Dawn and Royal Knights squads.
Not MUCH to go on, but stuff we need to know to fully understand Mimosa’s character.
And don’t worry, we’ll be going through a lot more.
If we jump down into her actual abilities we begin to learn a lot more about what she’s capable of.
Here’s what they tell us:
- Plant Magic: Mimosa uses this magic attribute to generate and manipulate plants. She mostly uses this magic for supplementary type spells; however, she has developed offensive spells.
- True Plant Magic: Mimosa uses the Heart Kingdom’s magic technique and natural mana to grow and manipulate real plants.
- Creation Magic: Mimosa uses this form of magic to shape entities from plants.
- Healing Magic: Mimosa uses this form of magic for recovery purposes. A talented healer mage, she possesses multiple powerful healing spells that are capable of regenerating tissues in short amounts of time and saving people at the brink of death.
- Reinforcement Magic: Mimosa uses this form of magic to increase her physical abilities.
And they also go on to expand on that a bit, stating:
- Large Magic Power: As a royal, Mimosa possesses a large amount of magic power. With study and training, she has developed offensive magic alongside her support magic, which is made possible by her large mana pool. Gadjah rates her improvement as Third Stage.
So we know Mimosa is really strong, but she’s not necessarily super “fit.”
For that reason we’ll be treating it as more of a “cosplay” oriented routine that means we’ll training to be a powerful Magic Knight capable of not only enduring the use of our magic for long periods of time, but also capable of taking a hit and being strong enough to be on the battlefield.
For this we’ll be utilizing a mixture of calisthenics work (I’ll pull some tactics from Assassin Calisthenics 90 Day System, that was even used to help train new U.S. Marines) and endurance, HIIT and some other Mimosa flair!
Be ready for some volume, but easily scaleable fun.
