Michelle K. Davis is jacked.
She came in at number eight on our list of 30 Muscular Anime Girls – putting her in the top ten of some pretty incredible anime chicks.
We haven’t seen any other Terra Formar characters at SHJ, but Michelle K. Davis was a definitive winner when it comes to requests coming in for characters to prioritize.
She’s definitely going to make a great addition to our Anime Workouts Database and motivate the ladies out there in the SHJ Army that are looking to get more defined muscles.
Michelle K. Davis Stats:
Real Name: Michelle K. Davis
Height: 5’4
Weight: 187 lbs.
Anime: Terra Formars
Powers: Yes
There’s actually no way Davis is 187 pounds at her height, but we’re going off of what they actually have listed for her.
To put it into perspective, if we compare her to other female characters at her height they’d usually be around 125-145 lbs.
Supergirl and Erza Scarlet were our shortest at 5’5 before Wasp came in at 5’4 and Kale, Anna and Nina Williams matching her there. BUT, now we have Caulifla at 4’8 and Sailor Moon at 4’11! Katana is just behind her at 5’2.
We had Wonder Woman come in standing 6’0 tall, Mockingbird and Hawkgirl at 5’9, Mystique, Miss Martian, and Sonya Blade at 5’10, and Storm 5’11.
But the average height for female celebrities on the site is generally more-so ranging from 5’4-5’6 – and our Black Widow is just above that at 5’7 with Spider-Gwen, Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy at 5’8.
And, the tallest we’d seen before She-Hulk was Starfire at 6’4!
But don’t worry, either way.
Not only are these routines for all shapes and sizes – they also work for both men and women – regardless of the gender of the hero.

Michelle K. Davis Diet and Nutrition
**Keep in mind: this section will be nearly identical for each hero.**
Every hero needs to still have a good diet.
Unfortunately we can train like them, but I don’t think any of us are suddenly getting their powers, or the ability to magically stop caring about nutrition.
You can’t out train your diet, so I want to still give some pillars for nutrition.
You can start by checking out The Nutrition Pillars on the site, but I’ll break down some more information for you guys as well.
Guys like Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Tom Hopper, Benedict Cumberbatch and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting (something I use daily as well), Ariana Grande, Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
It’s all about sustainability.
AND, there are a thousand different ways to reach your goals, so finding the most sustainable way is what’s important.
Which is why our Academy utilizes multiple different Nutrition Classes (Greek Gods, Vikings, Spartans, Hunter Gatherers, Monks, Samurais, Minimalists, SuperHumans) to allow people to choose what is right for YOU!
Curious where over a hundred celebs fall in their dietary choices ranging from High Protein and Keto to Vegetarian, Vegan and Intermittent Fasting? Want exclusive celeb meal plans? Check this out.

Michelle K. Davis Workout Routine Research
We’ve made it to “the fun part”.
And, if you don’t know by now, I say that every single time we get to the workout routine research section for character workouts.
To learn more about Michelle K. Davis I’m going to be pulling right from her Wiki Fandom page, which starts by sharing this:
Michelle K. Davis is an American citizen and the Squad 2 Captain of the Annex I. She is the only daughter of Donatello K. Davis.
So definitely not much information to go on in terms of building out this workout routine.
Normally I’d jump right into the powers and abilities section, but being that this workout is actually going to be really focused on building Michelle’s overall physique, I do want to add that small snippet about her appearance as well.
Here’s what they say:
Michelle is a young American woman with blonde hair and blue eyes. She is an attractive woman with a lean muscular body. She wears frame-less glasses; she has a bust size of an E-cup.
Mark us down for a lean muscular body as a big part of our goal for this one.
Moving into her powers and abilities we start by learning about her Mosaic Organ Operation:
Mosaic Organ Operation. Michelle received the M.O. Operation making her capable of transformation and gain abilities of a blast ant (Camponotus saundersi). The transformation is activated by a drug, which she takes intravenously. When transformed, Michelle gains the abilities of the blast ant (magnified to human scale), giving her the ability to sting the roaches with chemicals that makes them explode after a couple of seconds like a bomb. Common to all M.O. Operation, traits from the treehopper were used to gain an open circulatory system and armored skin.
And from there they go on to talk about some inherited traits, explaining that as follows:
Inherited Traits of Bugs Surgery. Considered as a miracle child, Michelle successfully inherited the abilities of a bullet ant (Paraponera clavata) from her father, Donatello K. Davis, a subject of the Bugs Surgery. When transformed, Michelle gains an incredible increase in physical strength and durability allowing her to sustain hits from Terraformars while crushing them easily. She was strong enough to hold up a big vehicle and throw it decently far away. Although the bullet ant’s sting is comparable to being shot with bullets, both Michelle and Donatello showed no stinging ability from the bullet ant. Michelle’s sting are mostly from the blast ant ability she gained from the M.O. Operation.
Michelle’s fighting style revolves around both her abilities using the bullet ant’s superior strength to bull her way through most enemies. However, using the blast ant’s chemicals to leave marks that explode reducing the target to nothing more than a puddle of goop, although she is not afraid to use various joint locks wrestling and mixed martial arts fighting techniques to disable those in her way.
For the most part, outside of potentially throwing in some resources for mixed martial arts style training (which I’ll make optional), we’re going to be focusing on her muscular physique.
For this one we will be using weight training to build mass and toned muscles like Davis, so be ready to lift.
If you don’t want that, no worries, you can head to the the anime workouts and sort by calisthenics in any of the mini-databases, or even just head right into our calisthenics workouts.
But for those of you who are still with me: let’s get to work.
