First we brought in Berserker and now it’s time for Irisviel von Einzbern!
I was surprised we had her so heavily requested, but it was a pleasant surprise to be able to do both of them in the same week; especially on the week we hit our tenth Fate Inspired Workouts among all of our Fate characters.
Irisviel is Illyasviel’s mother, who is also the Master of Berserker, and we even already have Irisviel’s husband Emiya as well!
We started off slow and then boom you guys started requesting tons of them.
It has also been fun to have such a diversified series with Fate having behemoths, shredded assassins, warriors, and great characters that are both male AND female for you guys.
So even though we hit ten, I plan on keeping it going as long as you guys continue requesting more.
Irisviel von Einzbern Stats:
Real Name: Irisviel von Einzbern
Height: 5’2
Weight: 115 lbs.
Anime: Fate
Powers: Yes
Irisviel is actually quite short.
She’s not the shortest female we’ve ever seen at SHJ, but she is definitely in the lowest range of females across the board with anime and superhero characters – and even female celebs.
Supergirl and Erza Scarlet were our shortest at 5’5 before Wasp came in at 5’4 and Kale, Anna and Nina Williams matching her there. BUT, now we have Caulifla at 4’8 and Sailor Moon at 4’11! Katana is just behind her at 5’2.
We had Wonder Woman come in standing 6’0 tall, Mockingbird and Hawkgirl at 5’9, Mystique, Miss Martian, and Sonya Blade at 5’10, and Storm 5’11.
But the average height for female celebrities on the site is generally more-so ranging from 5’4-5’6 – and our Black Widow is just above that at 5’7 with Spider-Gwen, Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy at 5’8.
And, the tallest we’d seen before She-Hulk was Starfire at 6’4!
But don’t worry, either way.
Not only are these routines for all shapes and sizes – they also work for both men and women – regardless of the gender of the hero.

Irisviel von Einzbern Diet and Nutrition
**Keep in mind: this section will be nearly identical for each hero.**
Every hero needs to still have a good diet.
Unfortunately we can train like them, but I don’t think any of us are suddenly getting their powers, or the ability to magically stop caring about nutrition.
You can’t out train your diet, so I want to still give some pillars for nutrition.
You can start by checking out The Nutrition Pillars on the site, but I’ll break down some more information for you guys as well.
Guys like Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Tom Hopper, Benedict Cumberbatch and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting (something I use daily as well), Ariana Grande, Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
It’s all about sustainability.
AND, there are a thousand different ways to reach your goals, so finding the most sustainable way is what’s important.

Irisviel von Einzbern Workout Routine Research
We’ve made it to “the fun part”.
And, if you don’t know by now, I say that every single time we get to the workout routine research section for character workouts.
To learn more about Irisviel von Einzbern I’ll be pulling right from her Wiki Fandom page starting with an extremely brief bio they give us here:
Irisviel von Einzbern is a homunculus. She is the wife of Kiritsugu Emiya and the mother of Illyasviel von Einzbern.
That means we have both her husband Kiritsugu Emiya, AND her Berserker, who is her daughter’s servant!
We’re on a roll.
For this one we’re also going to be working around a cosplay oriented routine, so I do want to include her appearance section as well – which they share this for:
As a homunculus of the Einzbern, Irisviel possesses a genetic resemblance to her ancestor, Justeaze Lizrich von Einzbern, who formed the core of the Holy Grail when the Holy Grail Wars began. Her long silver hair and red eyes are distinctive traits of Einzbern homunculi, such that Tohsaka Tokiomi recognizes right away that she is a member of the Einzbern family.
Because of her striking appearance, she tends to stand out, despite her attempts to dress informally. Irisviel dresses in long white gowns trimmed in gold in the Einzbern castle, but wears more functional clothing when she goes to Japan. Her clothing choice, though considerably less formal than her usual garb, is still considered by ordinary people to be high-end fashion. Irisviel wears a burgundy blouse with a brooch, a white skirt, thigh-high white boots, and black tights; in cold weather, she also wears an elegant fur-trimmed white coat and a white fur cap.
If we move down into her abilities section we do learn a bunch more, but nothing too crazy that will effect the workout routine.
Here’s how they start us off:
The Magecraft that she inherited involves the creation and forging of matter, as well as its applications. Her grade as a magus surpasses that of Kiritsugu, with magic circuits that far outclass a normal magus. She was branded with a “standardized reverse-type Magic Crest.” Because of her nature as a homunculus, she does not require food so long as she has a supply of Magical Energy and she has the ability to shut down any of her five senses at will. However, her abilities are ill-suited for the direct combat required in the Holy Grail War, as the Einzbern’s methodology involves avoiding conflict rather than self-defense; to survive than to fight. They would normally prioritize escape, disguise and negotiations over fighting back. She is also proficient at Healing Magecraft, although she is also able to use simple healing spells by sending out her Magical Energy. She can also scry through a crystal ball.
But, as I mentioned above: this one will also mainly be cosplay oriented.
So the goals of our Irisviel von Einzbern Inspired Workout are:

- Irisviel’s Thin and Toned Physique
For that reason I’ll be building this one out using a bodyweight workout – adding her into our calisthenics workouts – and it will be at a beginner to intermediate level so you shouldn’t need to scale that much to get into it.
You do have the option to start with our Beginner Ninja Workout, but it shouldn’t be necessary.

Explanation:
For this one we’re going to be training at a beginner level with calisthenics training for 3 days per week but I’ll also give you guys a Einzbern Circuit Test and a day devoted to endurance work that you can complete weekly, biweekly or monthly as you please.

In a perfect world our Academy members or 90 Day System members will use this day to work in our Benchmark Workouts to continue testing and improving scores and tracking them against other members; especially our SHJ Core Benchmarks (although our Hero Benchmarks are just as awesome).

For your endurance, HIIT or MMA/Parkour days you have quite a few options.
You can utilize enforced endurance training that I will program for you based on your fitness level like we do with other workouts here at SHJ…OR you can do 45-60+ minutes of varied cardio (bike, treadmill, elliptical, stairs, row, swim, etc.)…OR you can even use the HIIT resources I’ll provide.
I’ll break it down in that order:
Option One – Run Based on Overall Fitness Level:
Beginner: 1-3 Miles
Intermediate: 3-5 Miles
Advanced: 5+ Miles
