We’re stepping up our Video Game Inspired Workouts by specifically building out a Street Fighter Database, and The SHJ Army loves it.
And we can’t do that without having one of the most badass female characters in the entire series: Cammy!
We’ve already had our Chun Li Inspired Workout, of course, as well as a ton of male characters – but we can’t go any further without our favorite Killer Bee.
Unlike Chun Li, though, for this one we’ll be training with strictly bodyweight training to achieve the physique and power level of Cammy White.
This will give us a more diversified set of options for all the members of The SHJ Army.
Cammy Stats:
Real Name: Cammy White
Height: 5’4
Weight: 134 lbs.
Video Game/Anime: Street Fighter
Powers: No
Cammy is right around average height compared to the anime and superhero characters we’ve seen at SHJ, but would be considered just below average if we compared her to celebrities.
That said, she has 10 pounds or so on the average, likely due to the amount of muscle mass she holds!
Supergirl and Erza Scarlet were our shortest at 5’5 before Wasp came in at 5’4 and Kale, Anna and Nina Williams matching her there. BUT, now we have Caulifla at 4’8 and Sailor Moon at 4’11! Katana is just behind her at 5’2.
We had Wonder Woman come in standing 6’0 tall, Mockingbird and Hawkgirl at 5’9, Mystique, Miss Martian, and Sonya Blade at 5’10, and Storm 5’11.
But the average height for female celebrities on the site is generally more-so ranging from 5’4-5’6 – and our Black Widow is just above that at 5’7 with Spider-Gwen, Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy at 5’8.
And, the tallest we’d seen before She-Hulk was Starfire at 6’4!
But don’t worry, either way.
Not only are these routines for all shapes and sizes – they also work for both men and women – regardless of the gender of the hero.

Cammy Diet and Nutrition
**Keep in mind: this section will be nearly identical for each hero.**
Every hero needs to still have a good diet.
Unfortunately we can train like them, but I don’t think any of us are suddenly getting their powers, or the ability to magically stop caring about nutrition.
You can’t out train your diet, so I want to still give some pillars for nutrition.
You can start by checking out The Nutrition Pillars on the site, but I’ll break down some more information for you guys as well.
Guys like Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Tom Hopper, Benedict Cumberbatch and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting (something I use daily as well), Ariana Grande, Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
It’s all about sustainability.
AND, there are a thousand different ways to reach your goals, so finding the most sustainable way is what’s important.
Which is why our Academy utilizes multiple different Nutrition Classes (Greek Gods, Vikings, Spartans, Hunter Gatherers, Monks, Samurais, Minimalists, SuperHumans) to allow people to choose what is right for YOU!
Curious where over a hundred celebs fall in their dietary choices ranging from High Protein and Keto to Vegetarian, Vegan and Intermittent Fasting? Want exclusive celeb meal plans? Check this out.

Cammy Routine Research
We’ve made it to “the fun part”.
And, if you don’t know by now, I say that every single time we get to the workout routine research section for character workouts.
To learn more about Cammy I’ll be pulling right from her Wiki Fandom page which starts us off with this:
Cammy White, also known by the codename Killer Bee, is a video game character from the Street Fighter series, first appearing in Super Street Fighter II. The second female fighter in the series, she was at one time a deadly clone assassin that was working for Shadaloo before breaking free and becoming an MI6 operative for the British government.
Being that this routine will also be fairly cosplay oriented I’ll also be sharing some information about her appearance.
It’s good to keep in mind that she has appeared in tons of different attire, but we’ll be specifically talking about her physique; although her Wiki does break down a bit more than that for us:
Cammy has light-blue eyes and long blonde hair that she styles into two braided pigtails, a large forelock, and a scar on her left cheek. She has a muscular body with a very fit physique and is of slightly below average height; Cammy’s choice of clothing attire is a leotard as it gives her higher speed, mobility, and flexibility.
In Super Street Fighter II and Super Street Fighter II Turbo, Cammy wears her signature outfit: a turtleneck, sleeveless, green thong leotard that consists of a Delta Red triangle insignia on either the right or left breast (some promo art has it on the right while other instances, including her endings in SSFII, have it on the left), a red beret, red socks and black calf-high combat boots, and red gauntlets. Her legs were decorated with marks of green camouflage paint. This classic incarnation is known as “Delta Red Cammy.” One of the earlier drafts of Cammy’s character design has her wearing harnesses and a gun holster, details which were eventually incorporated into her Street Fighter V default design.
In Cannon Spike, Cammy wears an outfit similar to her SSFII incarnation, except she has knee pads and inline skates, as well as two sub-machine guns. In her right hand, she holds a standard Uzi sub-machine gun, and in her left, a Skorpion vz. 61. Both guns are depicted as comically larger in size compared to their real counterparts.
For her abilities we’ll actually be pulling from a different Fandom, which is her Character Profile Fandom.
The reason for this is that they actually give us a much better breakdown of her abilities and some examples of where we’ve seen them shine.
Here’s how they start that section off for us:
Expert Martial Artist: Previously being one of the deadliest Shadaloo assassins, Cammy has a unique fighting style that relies on kicks and grabs.
Military Training.
Psycho Power: Being a clone of Bison, she’s capable of using Psycho Power to a small extent.
Not much, but I promise they have a lot of depth coming up in the next part!
Here are some examples of her strength and speed that they break down for us:
Strength:
- Kicked a car to death.
- Can casually snap an adult man’s neck with her legs.
- Was able to keep up in battle with Juri Han.
- Can keep up with Dhalsim, and even a restrained M. Bison.
- Overpowered the grizzly bear wrestler Zangief.
- Had a double K.O against Balrog, who survived an explosion that created a mushroom cloud (186 kilotons of TNT).
- M. Bison once claimed that she’s able to destroy an entire country, though this is most likely hyperbole, as there are no feats that support this.
- Has fought on equal footing with Chun-Li.
- Has fought against Vega, Thunder Hawk, Decapre, and many others.
- Kicked a man through the roof of a bullet train (0.00028 tons of TNT).
- Threw several mercenaries off of her after they attempted to dogpile her
Speed:
- Is considered one of the fastest in the Street Fighter cast.
- Was able to keep up in battle with Juri Han.
- Capable of easily dodging bullets point-blank, she was aimdodging by the way.
- Kept up with a bullet train (Twice the speed of sound).
- Can scale to Eagle, who was able to move in tandem with a beam that rocketed out the base wherein the final battle with M. Bison takes place (Mach 1,408/1,400 times the speed of sound).
We clearly are building a workout around an extremely powerful character.
That being said, I did mention the fact that we’ll be using calisthenics training – but to train like Cammy it’s going to be at an intermediate to advanced level, so you may have to be willing to scale down a bit if it’s too intense for you.
You can do that pretty easily within the routine itself, or you can even start with our Beginner Ninja Workout and then work your way up to this one if you’d like.
