So now we’ve already seen Chase Stokes’ workout and diet, but how could it be a week devoted to Outer Banks without Madelyn Cline’s workout as well?
A wise man once told me: “Give the people what they want!”
And, if that wasn’t clear, you guys want (and I know this because of how many requests I have for them) Chase Stokes and Madelyn Cline!
As I said in our article about Chase Stokes, Outer Banks is currently jumping from the number 1 and 2 slot on “Most Watched TV” on Netflix, and Stokes and Cline are right at the front and center of the new hit show.
Plus, it there’s a lot of shirtless/bikini scenes, and these two stars have incredible physiques, so it’s no wonder this is the show that gets people jumping over to our request form to ask for their workouts!
Madelyn Cline Stats:
Weight: (approximate) 130 lbs.
Age: 22 years old
Madelyn Cline is right around the average height we tend to see for female celebrities at SHJ.
Although sources put her around 135 lbs. or so I personally guesstimated 125-135 range; but there’s no official number.
Normally the average height we see for women is around 5’4-5’6 with ladies such as Jennifer Aniston, Margot Robbie, Olivia Munn, Alicia Vikander, Sophia Bush, Tatiana Maslany, Evangeline Lilly, and a ton of others.
But then there is also that taller range, and among the tallest (even taller than the 5’7-5’8), are ladies like Gwendoline Christie, Gal Gadot, and a few others – with Phoebe Tonkin, Gabrielle Union, Brie Larson, Nina Dobrev, Daisy Ridley, and so many more coming in around that 5’7-5’8 range.
But, either way, don’t worry.

Madelyn Cline Diet and Nutrition
As I said with Chase Stokes’ article: there aren’t really any reputable sources out for Stokes and Cline’s workout and diets just yet.
There are a couple of sources (the same for both actually) that make claims specifying exact workouts and diets, but half the information they mention doesn’t even make much sense.
So, instead of citing that nonsense, what we’re doing is utilizing what we CAN find about Cline (as we did for Stokes) and working with that.
As always, I’ll also be coming back in as any new interviews and information arises, just like our other celebrities (we have tons who have 2-3 workout routines and articles get updated daily); so you have the full Madelyn Cline scoop!
That being said: Cline is not so quick to share pictures of pizza, burgers, and fast food as Stokes was.
Actually, the closest thing we get to food from her social media platforms (in this case her Instagram), is her sharing a picture of her with a bottle of juice as she states:
Whilst filming obx i thought a juice cleanse sounded fun. It wasnt.
So we do know she’s conscious about her decisions when it comes to nutrition and being in shape and ready for filming, but we just don’t see many specifics.
This could also be due to the fact that she, like Stokes, also seems to be extremely active.
While she does seem conscious of her dietary choices, she may not need to cut back all that much.
The only other glimpse at food that we get is her and the cast sitting down for dinner at a restaurant and she happens to have a glass of wine.
So no alcohol restriction here; but she does seem to keep it classy.
Ironically enough, actually, the REAL information we get from her Instagram is actually about Stokes more than it is about her.
She shares a picture in which she states:

And while she looks cute and bubbly, Chase Stokes sits behind her with a bag of chips, and what looks like a Diet Soda can and more snacks in preparation of their meeting.
But, all snacks aside, it does seem like Cline follows a typical healthy diet that she’s able to sustain via intuitive eating (minus when she juice cleanses, apparently), likely due to her high activity levels.
We see a lot of celebs opt for a sustainable approach like this.

And, that’s just to name a few celebs from each, by the way.

Madelyn Cline Workout Routine Research
In case you skipped right through her diet and nutrition above, I’ll reiterate a bit here for you.
There really isn’t much information about Madelyn Cline’s workout and diet out there in the world of proper sources.
There are a few sources that make some claims about hers and Stokes’ routines (pretty crazy ones, to be honest), but aside from that we’re just working with what they share via social media (which isn’t much).
That being said: I will continue to update this article as new information arises via interviews and other sources, but it seems like both stars simply keep active and eat pretty intuitively, with Cline making (what seems like anyway) healthier dietary decisions if you were to compare the two.
You know, chips, burgers and pizza VS. juice cleanses.
It wasn’t a hard comparison.
Alright, and all that rambling being said, I’m going to do what I did for Chase Stokes’ workout and diet and break it down by what we find via Madelyn Cline’s social media, while also building the routine around her physique.
So if you’re here to get a physique like Cline, you came to the right place.
So here’s how it’ll go:

3-5 days per week
I’ll be building you a routine that works around you training 3 days a week with calisthenics, glutes, and core; but I do suggest being active or hitting a group class (or other fun activity) another 2 days a week to keep your activity level up like Cline. I’ll also be sharing some other celebrity workout routines that I think are great to get you in some Madelyn Cline shape! 🙂
