Lisa Lisa is an absolute badass, and a character I am so excited to finally have joining our Anime Workouts Database.
We’ve been adding more and more JoJo Inspired Workout Routines, and you guys, The SHJ Army, have been loving it – so we’re going to keep it coming.
She’s also going to be the first female character that gets added to our JoJo Workout Placement Quiz.
She didn’t quite make it to our list of The Most Powerful JoJo Characters of All Time but she will definitely be making our list of the greatest anime mentors of all time – so be ready.
Lisa Lisa Stats:
Real Name: Lisa Lisa
Height: 5’9
Weight: N/A
Anime: JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure
Powers: Yes
Lisa Lisa is actually quite tall.
She’s one of the taller female anime characters we’ve seen thus far, and would be considered above average height range when compared to female celebrities as well.
Supergirl and Erza Scarlet were our shortest at 5’5 before Wasp came in at 5’4 and Kale, Anna and Nina Williams matching her there. BUT, now we have Caulifla at 4’8 and Sailor Moon at 4’11! Katana is just behind her at 5’2.
We had Wonder Woman come in standing 6’0 tall, Mockingbird and Hawkgirl at 5’9, Mystique, Miss Martian, and Sonya Blade at 5’10, and Storm 5’11.
But the average height for female celebrities on the site is generally more-so ranging from 5’4-5’6 – and our Black Widow is just above that at 5’7 with Spider-Gwen, Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy at 5’8.
And, the tallest we’d seen before She-Hulk was Starfire at 6’4!
But don’t worry, either way.
Not only are these routines for all shapes and sizes – they also work for both men and women – regardless of the gender of the hero.

Lisa Lisa Diet and Nutrition
**Keep in mind: this section will be nearly identical for each hero.**
Every hero needs to still have a good diet.
Unfortunately we can train like them, but I don’t think any of us are suddenly getting their powers, or the ability to magically stop caring about nutrition.
You can’t out train your diet, so I want to still give some pillars for nutrition.
You can start by checking out The Nutrition Pillars on the site, but I’ll break down some more information for you guys as well.
Guys like Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Tom Hopper, Benedict Cumberbatch and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting (something I use daily as well), Ariana Grande, Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
It’s all about sustainability.
AND, there are a thousand different ways to reach your goals, so finding the most sustainable way is what’s important.
Which is why our Academy utilizes multiple different Nutrition Classes (Greek Gods, Vikings, Spartans, Hunter Gatherers, Monks, Samurais, Minimalists, SuperHumans) to allow people to choose what is right for YOU!
Curious where over a hundred celebs fall in their dietary choices ranging from High Protein and Keto to Vegetarian, Vegan and Intermittent Fasting? Want exclusive celeb meal plans? Check this out.

Lisa Lisa Workout Routine Research
We’ve made it to “the fun part”.
And, if you don’t know by now, I say that every single time we get to the workout routine research section for character workouts.
To kickstart our research into Lisa Lisa we’re going to be pulling right from the Jojo Wiki Fandom again, which starts us off with her initial biography like this:
Lisa Lisa, real name is Elizabeth Joestar, is a core ally in Battle Tendency.
Lisa Lisa is the wife of George Joestar II and the mother of Joseph Joestar. A powerful Ripple master, she acts as mentor to both Joseph and Caesar Zeppeli. Residing in Venezia, with an initially unknown past, she leads the Ripple Users’ efforts in battling the Pillar Men, later revealing her connection to Joseph during the end of Battle Tendency.
The big thing here is that she is a mentor to both Joseph Joestar and Caesar Zeppeli, which is what will really bring her in as a high rank here at SHJ.
That being said, she’s also really powerful.
Here’s how they break down her Ripple:
Lisa Lisa is a Ripple master, trained by Tonpetty’s successor, Straizo.
Illustrating her talent and skill, she first appears standing on an oar on a surface of the water, turning it into a high bar on charged pillars of water. It is mentioned during the events of the chariot arc that her Ripple is at least three times more powerful than Joseph’s. Her ability for training others results in Caesar and Joseph’s rapid growth into Ripple masters in their own rights.
They also break down her primary fighting method, Snake Muffler, as such:
Snake Muffler: Lisa Lisa’s primary method of fighting involves a scarf made with the yarn of the Satiporoja beetle, which can conduct the Ripple at 100%. She can channel her Ripple through her scarf to stand upside down, leaving the now rigid scarf the only part of her in contact with the ground. She may also use the sensitivity of the scarf to detect life signs and know the direction of incoming attacks, even when out of sight.
On top of all this she is obviously extremely strong, agile and has tons of stamina.
She isn’t quite at the same level of physical strength that we see from some of our Joestar characters like Joseph and Jotaro – but she is still strong enough to warrant proper training.
For this we’ll be utilizing calisthenics and circuit training, similar to how we’ve made other programs around our Assassin Calisthenics 90 Day System (which has even been used to train new U.S. Marines), with some scaling to make it a bit more Lisa Lisa themed!
So get ready for some volume and intensity.
