It’s time to train like the popular teenage soldier.
Gabi Braun is one of the most popular Attack On Titan girls, and that’s saying something considering the amount of AOT female characters that top the list of incredible characters.
You guys have been requesting more and more characters to be added to our Attack On Titan Inspired Workouts, even after we just added an updated version of our Eren, Mikasa and Levi training!
So we’re going to keep the characters coming, making AOT as popular as some of our top anime like Dragon Ball Z, Naruto and My Hero Academia (with Demon Slayer coming up as well).
But, considering you’re here, I suppose you’re likely not surprised by this.
Gabi will be another fun character to be able to add to the Attack On Titan Workout Placement Quiz.
Gabi Braun Stats:
Real Name: Gabi Braun
Height: 4’5
Weight: 66 lbs.
Anime: Attack On Titan
Powers: Yes
Gabi Braun is extremely short and light considering she’s still just a teenager, even at the oldest age we see her.
BUT, she’s also a trained soldier – which is what we’re going to be working with.
Supergirl and Erza Scarlet were our shortest at 5’5 before Wasp came in at 5’4 and Kale, Anna and Nina Williams matching her there. BUT, now we have Caulifla at 4’8 and Sailor Moon at 4’11! Katana is just behind her at 5’2.
We had Wonder Woman come in standing 6’0 tall, Mockingbird and Hawkgirl at 5’9, Mystique, Miss Martian, and Sonya Blade at 5’10, and Storm 5’11.
But the average height for female celebrities on the site is generally more-so ranging from 5’4-5’6 – and our Black Widow is just above that at 5’7 with Spider-Gwen, Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy at 5’8.
And, the tallest we’d seen before She-Hulk was Starfire at 6’4!
But don’t worry, either way.
Not only are these routines for all shapes and sizes – they also work for both men and women – regardless of the gender of the hero.

Gabi Braun Diet and Nutrition
**Keep in mind: this section will be nearly identical for each hero.**
Every hero needs to still have a good diet.
Unfortunately we can train like them, but I don’t think any of us are suddenly getting their powers, or the ability to magically stop caring about nutrition.
You can’t out train your diet, so I want to still give some pillars for nutrition.
You can start by checking out The Nutrition Pillars on the site, but I’ll break down some more information for you guys as well.
Guys like Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Tom Hopper, Benedict Cumberbatch and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting (something I use daily as well), Ariana Grande, Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
It’s all about sustainability.
AND, there are a thousand different ways to reach your goals, so finding the most sustainable way is what’s important.
Which is why our Academy utilizes multiple different Nutrition Classes (Greek Gods, Vikings, Spartans, Hunter Gatherers, Monks, Samurais, Minimalists, SuperHumans) to allow people to choose what is right for YOU!
Curious where over a hundred celebs fall in their dietary choices ranging from High Protein and Keto to Vegetarian, Vegan and Intermittent Fasting? Want exclusive celeb meal plans? Check this out.

Gabi Braun Workout Routine Research
We’ve made it to “the fun part”.
And, if you don’t know by now, I say that every single time we get to the workout routine research section for character workouts.
To learn more about Gabi Braun and how we’ll be building out this routine we’re going to be pulling right from her Wiki Fandom page.
They lead us off with this for her initial bio section:
Gabi Braun is an Eldian who lived in the Liberio internment zone and the cousin of Reiner Braun. She is a Warrior candidate (戦士候補生 Senshi Kōho-sei?, also translated as “Warrior Cadet”) that is likely to inherit the Armored Titan power.
We can move directly into her abilities section and start learning about what we’ll actually be training around.
Here’s what they tell us:
As a member of the Marleyan army and a candidate to inherit the Armored Titan power, Gabi has gone through a thorough military training. She is a very resourceful individual, creating a make-shift bomb in the midst of the battle of Fort Slava. She also had the idea of simulating her surrender in order to launch the bomb from a more favorable position.
She is noted by many to be the most favorable candidate to inherit the Armored Titan, though Udo implied that his grades were better than Gabi’s. It can be assumed that her hand to hand combat prowess are considerably superior to those of Falco, since he lamented his poor performance as a candidate while having several noticeable injuries on his face after one of their sparring sessions.
We won’t be factoring in her Armored Titan candidacy, but we will be focusing on the fact that she’s a trained member of the Marleyan army.
She “has gone through a thorough military training”, which is what we’ll be building this around.
We’re going to stick to calisthenics training to do it, especially considering Gabi’s age, but we’re still going to be working around building strength and stamina.
Don’t be afraid to still scale down, but I’ll be keeping it between a beginner to intermediate level with the ability to also scale up.
