It’s time to train like a Special Grade Jujutsu Sorcerer.
Of course this is something we’ve done before, actually having seen all three of the other special grade sorcerers that exist within our Jujutsu Kaisen Inspired Workouts, but now we’re bringing in the fourth and final member: Yuki Tsukumo.
I wanted to get Yuki on the site earlier being that having our only special grade female jujutsu sorcerer is freakin’ awesome, BUT our other three members had already made an appearance in our JJK anime, so she unfortunately came in as our last one.
That being said, she is joining an awesome list, and will likely have to find room on our list of the most powerful Jujutsu Kaisen characters.
And, of course, she’ll also be finding a spot for you guys on our Jujutsu Kaisen Workout Placement Quiz.
Yuki Tsukumo Stats:
Real Name: Yuki Tsukumo
Height: 6’2
Weight: N/A
Anime: Jujutsu Kaisen
Powers: Yes
Yuki Tsukumo is actually extremely tall.
Not only is she clearly in the tallest height range among the females in our Anime Workouts Database, but she’d even be considered above average height among the male anime characters as well!
Supergirl and Erza Scarlet were our shortest at 5’5 before Wasp came in at 5’4 and Kale, Anna and Nina Williams matching her there. BUT, now we have Caulifla at 4’8 and Sailor Moon at 4’11! Katana is just behind her at 5’2.
We had Wonder Woman come in standing 6’0 tall, Mockingbird and Hawkgirl at 5’9, Mystique, Miss Martian, and Sonya Blade at 5’10, and Storm 5’11.
But the average height for female celebrities on the site is generally more-so ranging from 5’4-5’6 – and our Black Widow is just above that at 5’7 with Spider-Gwen, Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy at 5’8.
And, the tallest we’d seen before She-Hulk was Starfire at 6’4!
But don’t worry, either way.
Not only are these routines for all shapes and sizes – they also work for both men and women – regardless of the gender of the hero.

Yuka Tsukumo Diet and Nutrition
**Keep in mind: this section will be nearly identical for each hero.**
Every hero needs to still have a good diet.
Unfortunately we can train like them, but I don’t think any of us are suddenly getting their powers, or the ability to magically stop caring about nutrition.
You can’t out train your diet, so I want to still give some pillars for nutrition.
You can start by checking out The Nutrition Pillars on the site, but I’ll break down some more information for you guys as well.
Guys like Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Tom Hopper, Benedict Cumberbatch and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting (something I use daily as well), Ariana Grande, Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
It’s all about sustainability.
AND, there are a thousand different ways to reach your goals, so finding the most sustainable way is what’s important.
Which is why our Academy utilizes multiple different Nutrition Classes (Greek Gods, Vikings, Spartans, Hunter Gatherers, Monks, Samurais, Minimalists, SuperHumans) to allow people to choose what is right for YOU!
Curious where over a hundred celebs fall in their dietary choices ranging from High Protein and Keto to Vegetarian, Vegan and Intermittent Fasting? Want exclusive celeb meal plans? Check this out.

Yuki Tsukumo Workout Routine Research
We’ve made it to “the fun part”.
And, if you don’t know by now, I say that every single time we get to the workout routine research section for character workouts.
To learn more about Yuki Tsukumo we’ll be pulling right from our Wiki Fandom page, which leads us off with this:
Yuki Tsukumo is a character in the Jujutsu Kaisen series. She is one of only four special grade jujutsu sorcerers. Yuki is not aligned with Jujutsu High, so her reputation paints her as the only special grade sorcerer who doesn’t take on missions. In truth, Yuki simply does not agree with the higher-ups’ methods and works toward a curse-free world in her own way.
Being that we don’t have a ton of information to go on for Yuki, and the fact that we don’t get to see as much of her as our other characters with her having not been introduced to our anime yet, I’m going to give a breakdown of his physical appearance as well, which is as follows:
Yuki is a young woman with a slender build and light skin. She has long blonde hair that extends well down her back with two tufts on in front of each side of her face. She has wide brown eyes with thin eyebrows and pronounced eyelashes.
She has sported a few different outfits but currently appears in a sleeveless, dark-colored vest reminiscent of female Chinese martial artists’ attire. The vest is tucked into light-colored high wasted jeans that cover most of her stomach area. She finishes this outfit with a pair of dark boots.
Yuki travels around on a motorbike and wears appropriate attire while she isn’t working. She has a leather biker jacket, with a dome helmet and goggles. In 2007 when Yuki first met Suguru Geto she wore a dark sleeveless turtleneck, light-colored jeans, and heeled boots for a more casual look than her current, more battle-oriented one. She wore this same outfit a few years later when she introduced herself to a young Aoi Todo.
From there we can move on to her powers and abilities, although similar to her character in general, much is unknown.
Here’s what they tell us:
Overall Skill: Yuki’s general capabilities are mostly unknown. She is one of only four jujutsu sorcerers to be designated special grade, proof that she undoubtedly possesses powerful and unusual abilities.
Yuki was Aoi Todo’s mentor and introduced him to jujutsu. Todo has grown into an exceptional grade 1 sorcerer as a third-year student, showcasing the fruits of Yuki’s imparted knowledge. She even taught him to use Simple Domain as an anti-domain countermeasure. Apparently, her training was extremely grueling and is the source of where Todo got his scar.
Yuki first demonstrated a small portion of her strength when she repelled Uraume’s Icefall technique using what appears to be a long dragonfly-like shikigami. Uraume’s ice techniques completely overwhelmed Yuji and his allies and they were on the verge of meeting an icy grave prior to Yuki’s intervention.
Either way, though, we know we’re training around one of the most powerful characters there are.
For that reason, and her appearance, I think we have all we need – especially having built routines for our other Special Grade Jujutsu Sorcerers already.
Here are our goals for our Yuki Tsukumo Inspired Workout:
- Yuki’s Slim and Toned Physique
- Yuki’s Strength from “Extremely Grueling Training”
- Yuki’s Speed and Endurance as a Special Grade
For this one we’ll definitely be using weights and it’ll be fairly intense, training around such a powerful character, but feel free to scale down as needed and also consider starting with our Beginner Behemoth Workout or even our Beginner Ninja Workout for our calisthenics members.
