Jett will be our first ever Valorant character joining our Riot Games Inspired Workouts.
We’ve had a handful of League of Legends Inspired Workouts and even Arcane specific themed workouts and character – but now it’s time to bring in one of the most popular Valorant characters.
Depending on the rank, Jett has actually been the top played agent in all of Valorant; especially among the higher ranks.
And, on top of being the number one most played among Platinum players and higher, and the second most played for Gold players; Jett was also the third top pick among Iron, Bronze and Silver players as well.
It’s safe to say she’s an extremely popular character.
Outside of being super popular as an agent in-game, she’s also already a popular character for fans to cosplay as – which is what we’re here for today!
Jett Stats:
Real Name: Sunwoo Han
Height: 5’5
Weight: 120
Video Game: Valorant
Powers: Yes
Jeff is around average height among female anime characters, superheroes and even celebrities we’ve seen at SHJ.
That said, she is definitely slim and mobile, with her weight coming in a lower range compared to others at her height.
Supergirl and Erza Scarlet were our shortest at 5’5 before Wasp came in at 5’4 and Kale, Anna and Nina Williams matching her there. BUT, now we have Caulifla at 4’8 and Sailor Moon at 4’11! Katana is just behind her at 5’2.
We had Wonder Woman come in standing 6’0 tall, Mockingbird and Hawkgirl at 5’9, Mystique, Miss Martian, and Sonya Blade at 5’10, and Storm 5’11.
But the average height for female celebrities on the site is generally more-so ranging from 5’4-5’6 – and our Black Widow is just above that at 5’7 with Spider-Gwen, Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy at 5’8.
And, the tallest we’d seen before She-Hulk was Starfire at 6’4!
But don’t worry, either way.
Not only are these routines for all shapes and sizes – they also work for both men and women – regardless of the gender of the hero.

Jett Diet and Nutrition
**Keep in mind: this section will be nearly identical for each hero.**
Every hero needs to still have a good diet.
Unfortunately we can train like them, but I don’t think any of us are suddenly getting their powers, or the ability to magically stop caring about nutrition.
You can’t out train your diet, so I want to still give some pillars for nutrition.
You can start by checking out The Nutrition Pillars on the site, but I’ll break down some more information for you guys as well.
Guys like Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Tom Hopper, Benedict Cumberbatch and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting (something I use daily as well), Ariana Grande, Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
It’s all about sustainability.
AND, there are a thousand different ways to reach your goals, so finding the most sustainable way is what’s important.
Which is why our Academy utilizes multiple different Nutrition Classes (Greek Gods, Vikings, Spartans, Hunter Gatherers, Monks, Samurais, Minimalists, SuperHumans) to allow people to choose what is right for YOU!
Curious where over a hundred celebs fall in their dietary choices ranging from High Protein and Keto to Vegetarian, Vegan and Intermittent Fasting? Want exclusive celeb meal plans? Check this out.

Jett Workout Routine Research
We’ve made it to “the fun part”.
And, if you don’t know by now, I say that every single time we get to the workout routine research section for character workouts.
To learn more about Jett we’ll be pulling right from her Wiki Fandom page, which actually has some fun information for us.
Here’s how they start us off with her bio section:
Sunwoo Han hails from South Korea, with possible links to the Insa-dong neighborhood in Seoul. As a chef in her early life, she was involved in an incident relating to her wind-like radiant powers at the restaurant she worked at, causing a “freak storm” that all but destroyed the building. Sunwoo fled the scene soon after.
Later on, Sunwoo would be recruited by the VALORANT Protocol to become its tenth agent, “Jett”. Whilst working for the Protocol however, an incident occurred in Venice that destroyed part of the city. When authorities issued warrants for the arrests of the perpetrators, one of them was revealed to look exactly identical to Jett. Though Jett herself had nothing to do with the mission, the rest of the world now believed that she was now a threat to them. She couldn’t explain that it wasn’t her to those she know outside of VALORANT, unable to even understand what was going on herself, and it left them feeling disgusted, horrified, and ashamed at her, forcing her to go on the run once more.
It has since been understood that the lookalike was actually a mirror version of herself from another Earth, clearing Jett of any wrongdoing. Unable to reveal any info associated with the VALORANT Protocol however, and unable to convince anyone of her innocence in a population that knows nothing of alternate Earths, to the rest of the world Jett remains one of its most dangerous radiants.
While that is just for fun, I also want to share a breakdown of her appearance being that it will be one of the main goals of our workout.
Here’s what they share for that section:
Jett is a fair-skinned, short young woman, being the smallest of the VALORANT agents prior to Neon’s addition. She has white hair, which she ties in a bun on the back. Her bangs are rather long and remain stably locked. Her eyes are a shade of blue, and she looks like she wears eyeliner. Jett’s armor has multiple symbols associated with wind such as the swirl on her right shoulder pad. Her blue, sleeveless jacket features a stylized depiction of the Tailwind logo through some clouds. The icons on the backs of her gloves is the same icon on the lip of her hoodie and bottom edge of her crop top. A sash and two kunai can be seen along her right hip belt. Jett’s shoes have a triangular whirl on the outer side of the heel and a smooth “V” stamped on the back heel.
If we then go through her abilities we can really see what a mobile character Jett is (if we didn’t already know):
- Drift: Passive ability allowing her to glide.
- Cloudburst: Basic ability to throw a projectile to block vision.
- Updraft: Basic ability to shoot her high in the air.
- Tailwind: Signature ability to prepare a gust of wind for a limited time. Re-usable to propel Jett forward.
- Bladestorm: Ultimate ability to allow Jett to throw throwing knives.
As mobile of a character as Jett is we know exactly what we’ll need to be building our routine around to achieve her aesthetic and ability types.
Here are the goals of our Jett Inspired Workout:
- Jett’s Slim and Toned Physique
- Jett’s Mobility
For that we’ll be using calisthenics, endurance work, and some circuit training to make sure we can cosplay as Jett, but also build around her lore and abilities as well.
If you need to scale down a bit feel free, or even consider starting with our Beginner Ninja Workout instead.
