We’re finally getting another Code Geass character!
So far we have only had Lelouch, but Kallen finally had enough requests come in to get her slot.
Unfortunately we don’t have a dedicated Code Geass mini database, but maybe one day it’ll be added to all the other databases among our Anime Workouts Database.
That said, I want to address what kind of workout we’ll be doing right off the bat so you know where this is headed.
For this one we’ll be staying fairly cosplay focused, and it will also land inside our Calisthenics Workout Database.
Kallen Stadtfeld Stats:
Real Name: Kallen Kozuki
Height: 5’7
Weight: N/A
Anime: Code Geass
Powers: No
Kallen is just an inch or two above average height among female anime characters and even superheroes and celebrities.
Which means she comes in about a foot below what we’d consider a behemoth among the characters inside The Anime Workouts Database.
Supergirl and Erza Scarlet were our shortest at 5’5 before Wasp came in at 5’4 and Kale, Anna and Nina Williams matching her there. BUT, now we have Caulifla at 4’8 and Sailor Moon at 4’11! Katana is just behind her at 5’2.
We had Wonder Woman come in standing 6’0 tall, Mockingbird and Hawkgirl at 5’9, Mystique, Miss Martian, and Sonya Blade at 5’10, and Storm 5’11.
But the average height for female celebrities on the site is generally more-so ranging from 5’4-5’6 – and our Black Widow is just above that at 5’7 with Spider-Gwen, Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy at 5’8.
And, the tallest we’d seen before She-Hulk was Starfire at 6’4!
But don’t worry, either way.
Not only are these routines for all shapes and sizes – they also work for both men and women – regardless of the gender of the hero.

Kallen Stadtfeld Diet and Nutrition
**Keep in mind: this section will be nearly identical for each hero.**
Every hero needs to still have a good diet.
Unfortunately we can train like them, but I don’t think any of us are suddenly getting their powers, or the ability to magically stop caring about nutrition.
You can’t out train your diet, so I want to still give some pillars for nutrition.
You can start by checking out The Nutrition Pillars on the site, but I’ll break down some more information for you guys as well.
Guys like Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Tom Hopper, Benedict Cumberbatch and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting (something I use daily as well), Ariana Grande, Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
It’s all about sustainability.
AND, there are a thousand different ways to reach your goals, so finding the most sustainable way is what’s important.
Which is why our Academy utilizes multiple different Nutrition Classes (Greek Gods, Vikings, Spartans, Hunter Gatherers, Monks, Samurais, Minimalists, SuperHumans) to allow people to choose what is right for YOU!
Curious where over a hundred celebs fall in their dietary choices ranging from High Protein and Keto to Vegetarian, Vegan and Intermittent Fasting? Want exclusive celeb meal plans? Check this out.

Kallen Stadtfeld Workout Routine Research
We’ve made it to “the fun part”.
And, if you don’t know by now, I say that every single time we get to the workout routine research section for character workouts.
To learn more about Kallen Kozuki we’ll be pulling right from her Wiki Fandom page, starting with her bio section here:
Kallen Kōzuki is one of the main characters featured in Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion, as well as one of the two protagonists of Code Geass: Lancelot & Guren. She is officially known as Kallen Stadtfeld, and goes by this name at school, but prefers her mother’s maiden Japanese name during her revolutionary (now military) activities.
This doesn’t tell us much about what we’ll be training around, but it does give us some necessary background information for Kallen.
That said, there’s a small piece of her appearance section I also want to highlight because this one will be cosplay oriented:
Kallen is a young woman who has a slim yet strong build, a well endowed figure and fair skin. She has an average height, being shorter than Lelouch but taller then C.C. Her most distinguishing features are her big blue eyes and her short red hair which are naturally spiky and that she usually adorns with her late brother’s headband, even though she can comb her hair straight mostly whenever she has to use her Stadtfelt persona, like at school, for example.
The “slim yet strong build” is something we’ll definitely be working around.
When we move down into her abilities section we can learn a bit more about what we’ll be looking to achieve here.
Here’s how they break it down for us:
Kallen is an extremely skilled Knightmare Frame pilot, rivaling the abilities of even the Knights of Rounds. She is acknowledged as the ace pilot of the Black Knights by enemies and allies alike. Her codename, “Q-1,” references, in algebraic Chess notation, the Queen piece, the most powerful piece in chess. In Lelouch’s assessment of the core members of the Black Knights, her “Combat Ability” score is 100 out of 100, matching that of Kyoshiro Tohdoh. It should also be noted that she was able to defeat Cornelia’s personal squad, and later to the Knight of Ten, Luciano Bradley. She even could fight with the Knight of Zero, Suzaku Kururugi, on the same level even with his “live on” command activated. She was also able to pilot the Guren S.E.I.T.E.N. while it wasn’t supposed to be able to be piloted by anyone. With the strong blasts and energy shots from the radiation arm of her Guren Mk-II, Kallen can take down almost any Knightmare Frame in a single attack should they allow her to make physical contact, apart of restraining their attacks with the strings of her Slash Harken projectiles and blocking their attacks with her fork knife by striking them down. Later models also have numerous secondary attack modes for mid- and long-range combat such as several improvements of its former weapons like more powerful explosions, while also gaining the Energy Wing System which gives her four wings which can act as shields, projectiles, and blades. Her Knightmare Frame is also incredibly fast, allowing her to fight on the same level as some of the most advanced Knightmare Frames in the series, and later also gaining the ability to fly at high speeds.
But we’ll still be mainly sticking to a cosplay workout here.
The goals of our Kallen Kozuki Inspired Workout are:
- Kallen Kozuki’s Overall Aesthetic (Cosplay)
- Kallen Kozuki’s Slim Yet Strong Build
- Kallen Kozuki’s Mobility and Endurance
For this one it will be a bit above beginner level but only slightly, and all levels should be able to jump right in.
That said, if you’re an absolute beginner and even this seems a bit daunting to start, don’t worry: you can also start with one of our other Beginner Workouts and level up to this one over time.
