We’re back for another character that may easily make our Most Powerful Anime Characters listicle we’re currently working on.
The Alucard Workout is indeed in preparation of that list, but we are currently unsure of how long it will be and where he may fall.
We have been slowly working on growing our Anime Inspired Workouts Database out even more by adding characters like Inuyasha, Eren Yeager, Yuji Itadori and more!
On top of that we have now seen nearly thirty different anime shows featured here at SHJ, which will end up being another listicle of it’s own!
But now we’re here to talk about one of the most powerful vampires of all time; which feels only fitting after we just recently saw Trevor Belmont’s Workout Routine, who happens to be a vampire slayer from Castlevania.
Alucard Stats:
Real Name: Alucard
Height: 6’6
Weight: 185 lbs.
Anime: Hellsing
Powers: Yes
Alucard is extremely tall, but his weight doesn’t exactly match his height and powerful abilities.
To give you an idea of why I say that, Dwayne Johnson is 6’4 and 240 lbs. to support his strength, where Alucard is much lighter while being taller and obviously much more powerful.
Wolverine was the shortest spot among comic characters we’ve seen at 5’3, prior to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles coming in at 5’2, (and Gimli even shorter) – but Damian Wayne (Robin) is only 5’4. Goku isn’t that tall either, though, standing only 5’7, with Miles Morales only an inch above him.
One Punch Man falls in at 5’9 right there with Ryu, Nightwing at 5’10, and then Spider-Man, Daredevil, and Green Arrow coming in around 5’11 and Beast joining them.
We’ve had Superman and Eddie Brock’s Venom at 6’3, and Captain America, Scorpion and Batman at 6’2, and Carnage at 6’1. Thor and Cyborg are towering over them at 6’6, Thanos and King right there with them at 6’7, Bane at 6’8, and Deathstroke right below at 6’5, and Black Manta at 6’4.
Ronan and Sagat are 7’5, and Doomsday came in at 8’10, and I doubt any characters are touching that anytime soon.
But, don’t worry if you’re not the same height or weight range.

Alucard Diet and Nutrition
**Keep in mind: this section will be nearly identical for each hero, unless I mentioned differently (for example someone like Hulk may get something specifically different)**
Every hero needs to still have a good diet.
Unfortunately we can train like them, but I don’t think any of us are suddenly getting their powers, or the ability to magically stop caring about nutrition.
You can’t out train your diet, so I want to still give some pillars for nutrition.
You can start by checking out The Nutrition Pillars on the site, but I’ll break down some more information for you guys as well.
Guys like Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Tom Hopper, Benedict Cumberbatch and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting (something I use daily as well), Ariana Grande, Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
It’s all about sustainability.
AND, there are a thousand different ways to reach your goals, so finding the most sustainable way is what’s important.

Alucard Workout Routine Research
We’ve made it to “the fun part”.
And, if you don’t know by now, I say that every single time we get to the workout routine research section for character workouts.
To start us off, let’s get to know Alucard a bit.
To do that I want to pull some background information about him from his Wiki Fandom page.
Here’s what they give us for a brief bio:
Alucard is a powerful vampire and one of the main protagonists of the Hellsing anime series. He is the most powerful weapon of the Hellsing Organization working against other vampires and other such supernatural forces. Alucard is no mere vampire; it has been implied that he is one of the most powerful vampires (besides Incognito), as well as the most powerful entity in the entire series. In the English dub of both series, he is voiced by Crispin Freeman. He was responsible for saving Seras Victoria’s life by turning her into a vampire at The Cheddar Village Chapel, rescuing her from the Cheddar Priest. He is also Seras’ master due to her refusal to drink blood and free herself much to his annoyance.
So we’ve seen Blade’s Workout from Marvel Comics who is also a vampire (although half) hunting other vampires like Alucard, but I don’t think even Blade stands a shot against him.
His Wiki page goes on to tell us a TON of background information and then leads into an extremely long list of powers and abilities.
I’ll do my best to share the relevant ones without cutting too much out, but I do want to give you a fair depiction of Alucard’s immense strength.

His Wiki also breaks each one of these down one by one with descriptions of the exact power/ability and how he utilizes it if you’d like to read more there, but as you can see…Alucard is EXTREMELY powerful.
Stating that he is “no mere vampire” doesn’t even begin to do him justice, but this list gives us a better depiction of that strength.
For this one we’re going to be focusing in on a few specific things to train like him: Superhuman Strength, Superhuman Speed, and Superhuman Endurance.
For that reason we’re going to be utilizing days entirely devoted to strength and intensity (which will help with speed and endurance as well), and a couple days devoted specifically to endurance training.
Please be aware that you are about to be training to become one of the most powerful anime characters of all time, so you may need to scale down this workout a bit.

Alucard Workout Routine

Explanation:
We’re going to have four days a week devoted to Vampire Strength Training, Speed and Intensity, and then another two days devoted to Vampire Endurance Work. To keep from overtraining one of the endurance days will be entirely devoted to running that can be swapped to hiking or other activity and used as an active off day to give you two days off per week.
