Like Mahito, Suguru Geto is not one of the most popular Jujutsu Kaisen characters, BUT, he is one of the most powerful.
Yes, that was a hint on what our next Jujutsu Kaisen listicle is going to feature.
We now have a dozen different Jujutsu Kaisen Inspired Workouts that are enough to make up a mini-workout-database within our larger Anime Workouts Database.
Oh, and with the amount of requests I get on a daily basis for more character: it doesn’t look like we’re slowing down anytime soon…
Now it’s time to dig deeper into the villain of both the main series and the prequel series for this Suguru Geto Inspired Workout!
Suguru Stats:
Real Name: Suguru Geto
Height: 6’2
Weight: 194 lbs.
Anime: Jujutsu Kaisen
Powers: Yes
Suguru Geto is actually quite tall.
Compared to other male anime character he actually towers above most aside from monsters like Endeavor, All Might and a few others.
Wolverine was the shortest spot among comic characters we’ve seen at 5’3, prior to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles coming in at 5’2, (and Gimli even shorter) – but Damian Wayne (Robin) is only 5’4. Goku isn’t that tall either, though, standing only 5’7, with Miles Morales only an inch above him.
One Punch Man falls in at 5’9 right there with Ryu, Nightwing at 5’10, and then Spider-Man, Daredevil, and Green Arrow coming in around 5’11 and Beast joining them.
We’ve had Superman and Eddie Brock’s Venom at 6’3, and Captain America, Scorpion and Batman at 6’2, and Carnage at 6’1. Thor and Cyborg are towering over them at 6’6, Thanos and King right there with them at 6’7, Bane at 6’8, and Deathstroke right below at 6’5, and Black Manta at 6’4.
Ronan and Sagat are 7’5, and Doomsday came in at 8’10, and I doubt any characters are touching that anytime soon.
But, don’t worry if you’re not the same height or weight range.
We write these routines to be utilized by anyone and everyone.

Suguru Geto Diet and Nutrition
**Keep in mind: this section will be nearly identical for each hero, unless I mentioned differently (for example someone like Hulk may get something specifically different)**
Every hero needs to still have a good diet.
Unfortunately we can train like them, but I don’t think any of us are suddenly getting their powers, or the ability to magically stop caring about nutrition.
You can’t out train your diet, so I want to still give some pillars for nutrition.
You can start by checking out The Nutrition Pillars on the site, but I’ll break down some more information for you guys as well.
Guys like Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Tom Hopper, Benedict Cumberbatch and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting (something I use daily as well), Ariana Grande, Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
It’s all about sustainability.
AND, there are a thousand different ways to reach your goals, so finding the most sustainable way is what’s important.
Which is why our Academy utilizes multiple different Nutrition Classes (Greek Gods, Vikings, Spartans, Hunter Gatherers, Monks, Samurais, Minimalists, SuperHumans) to allow people to choose what is right for YOU!
Curious where over a hundred celebs fall in their dietary choices ranging from High Protein and Keto to Vegetarian, Vegan and Intermittent Fasting? Want exclusive celeb meal plans? Check this out.

Suguru Geto Workout Routine Research
We’ve made it to “the fun part”.
And, if you don’t know by now, I say that every single time we get to the workout routine research section for character workouts.
To get us started with what we’ll need to build this one out we’ll be pulling right from Suguru Geto’s Wiki Fandom page.
They kick us off with his bio:
Suguru Geto is an antagonist in both the Jujutsu Kaisen series and its prequel Jujutsu Kaisen 0: Jujutsu High. He was originally a student of Masamichi Yaga’s alongside Satoru Gojo and Shoko Ieiri at Tokyo Jujutsu High. His experiences as a jujutsu sorcerer bred a deep hatred for non-sorcerers, leading to an incident where Suguru massacred over a hundred civilians in a single night. He was expelled from Jujutsu High and came to be known as the worst of all curse users.
When we begin moving into his powers and abilities section we start to see just how strong of a character we’re going to need to be building around.
They start us off by telling us about his overall powers and abilities as follows:
Overall Skill: Suguru Geto was one of just four special grade sorcerers and was deemed the worst of all curse users due to the level of danger he presented to humanity.
As a student, Suguru and Satoru were both considered “the strongest”. He was capable of making short work of experienced curse users on multiple occasions with little effort. His collection of cursed spirits was wide with a high variety of different abilities and roles in battle. Suguru was not overly dependent on his curses and was a highly capable close-quarters fighter as well.
They also go on to build on that by stating:
During his time as a curse user, Suguru used his religious group as a lure to collect thousands of cursed spirits. Over the course of a decade, Suguru became a bigger threat to humanity than any curse at the time. With thousands of curses and several curse users by his side, Suguru had enough power behind him to declare war on Jujutsu High, the cornerstone of the jujutsu community.
Suguru understood despite all his resources he had a low chance of defeating all the Jujutsu High sorcerers. His tactical intellect allowed him to deceive them and isolate Yuta Okkotsu at the school itself. The true goal of the Night Parade of a Hundred Demons was to kill Yuta and steal special grade vengeful spirit Rika Orimoto from him. If his curses were not split between Kyoto and Shinjuku, it is believed that Suguru would have been successful.
On top of this they make sure to mention that he’s an expert hand-to-hand combatant with a great tactical intellect.
We can add in some optional mixed martial arts but the main focus is going to be the fact that he is considered the strongest character.
We know this doesn’t necessarily mean in terms of overall strength the way we focus on it here at SHJ, but we will still be having that as a focus point, on top of increasing the overall power level with speed and agility, endurance and even function strength that will move into parkour and overall maneuverability.
Think you can handle it?
