It’s time we get a some more powerful anime female characters added into our Anime Workouts Database.
On top of that, I also want to step it up a notch and get a few more One Punch Man characters here at SHJ!
So far we’ve only had One Punch Man AKA Saitama and also The SHJ Arm’s favorite villain: Garou!
Tatsumaki also just made our list of The Most Powerful Female Anime Characters of All Time at the number two spot – which makes her, CLEARLY, a force to be reckoned with.
You know, because getting ranked in among SHJ’s “Most Powerful” listicles is a pretty big deal!
Tatsumaki Stats:
Real Name: Tatsumaki
Height: Undisclosed
Weight: Undisclosed
Anime: One Punch Man
Powers: Yes
Tatsumaki’s height and weight is listed as undisclosed, but that doesn’t change how we’ll build this one around her aesthetic.
Like other characters we’ve seen with unlisted stats, I did try to do some additional research and fan placements, but none were thorough enough to warrant sharing.
Supergirl and Erza Scarlet were our shortest at 5’5 before Wasp came in at 5’4 and Kale, Anna and Nina Williams matching her there. BUT, now we have Caulifla at 4’8 and Sailor Moon at 4’11! Katana is just behind her at 5’2.
We had Wonder Woman come in standing 6’0 tall, Mockingbird and Hawkgirl at 5’9, Mystique, Miss Martian, and Sonya Blade at 5’10, and Storm 5’11.
But the average height for female celebrities on the site is generally more-so ranging from 5’4-5’6 – and our Black Widow is just above that at 5’7 with Spider-Gwen, Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy at 5’8.
And, the tallest we’d seen before She-Hulk was Starfire at 6’4!
But don’t worry, either way.
Not only are these routines for all shapes and sizes – they also work for both men and women – regardless of the gender of the hero.

Tatsumaki Diet and Nutrition
**Keep in mind: this section will be nearly identical for each hero.**
Every hero needs to still have a good diet.
Unfortunately we can train like them, but I don’t think any of us are suddenly getting their powers, or the ability to magically stop caring about nutrition.
You can’t out train your diet, so I want to still give some pillars for nutrition.
You can start by checking out The Nutrition Pillars on the site, but I’ll break down some more information for you guys as well.
Guys like Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Tom Hopper, Benedict Cumberbatch and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting (something I use daily as well), Ariana Grande, Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
It’s all about sustainability.
AND, there are a thousand different ways to reach your goals, so finding the most sustainable way is what’s important.
Which is why our Academy utilizes multiple different Nutrition Classes (Greek Gods, Vikings, Spartans, Hunter Gatherers, Monks, Samurais, Minimalists, SuperHumans) to allow people to choose what is right for YOU!
Curious where over a hundred celebs fall in their dietary choices ranging from High Protein and Keto to Vegetarian, Vegan and Intermittent Fasting? Want exclusive celeb meal plans? Check this out.

Tatsumaki Workout Routine Research
We’ve made it to “the fun part”.
And, if you don’t know by now, I say that every single time we get to the workout routine research section for character workouts.
To get us started with our Tatsumaki research we’ll be pulling right from her Wiki Fandom page.
They lead with her short bio, stating:
Tatsumaki, also known by her hero alias Tornado of Terror, is the S-Class Rank 2 professional hero of the Hero Association. She is recognized as one of the Hero Association’s most powerful heroes. She is an esper and the older sister and self-declared teacher of Fubuki. She and her sister are known as the Psychic Sisters.
They then quickly move into her powers and abilities section after talking about her appearance and personality.
To break it down we’ll be talking about her overall powers and abilities before breaking them down a bit more one by one:
As the second-ranked S-Class hero, Tatsumaki is extremely powerful. She is one of the most powerful heroes overall and is the most powerful esper to date. Fubuki describes her as a monster much like Sweet Mask, who chooses not to advance from A-Class to S-Class to prevent weaklings from climbing up the ranks. Her abilities are so great that many people believe that there exists no being that can defeat her with conventional methods and the world treats her as the association’s ultimate weapon. Darkshine once told Garou that if the latter fought Tatsumaki, he would instantly lose. The extent of her power is also shown during the battle against the fusion of Psykos and Orochi, an extremely powerful monster that is the result of fusing two powerful Dragon-level Mysterious Beings Psykos and Orochi together, Tatsumaki was able to overpower and almost defeat it after completely focusing on the monster.
Clearly Tatsumaki’s power is out of this world.
That’s why she was named our second most powerful female anime character on our list of The Most Powerful Female Anime Characters of All Time!
Tatsumaki’s main abilities are:
- Psychokinesis: Tatsumaki is the most powerful esper in the series. Her psychokinetic output surpasses even Geryuganshoop. She is capable of effortlessly stopping a very powerful bombardment attack from Boros’ giant spaceship as well as sending them back at the ship with the same, if not more, force.
- Flight: Tatsumaki uses psychokinesis to levitate and fly through the air at high speeds.
- Psychic Barriers: Tatsumaki can erect barriers that varies in size for defense.
- Telepathy: Tatsumaki can use telepathy to psychically contact her sister.
- Psychic Remote: Tatsumaki can control TV channels using psychic power.
But her Wiki Fandom also goes on to break down her physical abilities as well.
These are going to be the abilities we can really use to build out her routine, on top of taking into consideration her overall aesthetic and physique!
Here’s how they break it down:
Immense Speed and Reflexes: Tatsumaki possesses extreme levels of speed and reflexes. She was fast enough to react to and save the other S-Class heroes from multiple missiles fired from Boros’s spaceship. She was also able to dodge multiple energy attacks from the fusion of Psykos and Orochi, an extremely powerful monster that can shoot energy beams that can cut through the Earth’s surface in seconds.
Enhanced Stamina and Endurance: Tatsumaki possesses a high level of stamina and high pain tolerance. She was able to remain conscious and continue fighting even after having exerted herself from using too much power. Against the fusion of Psykos and Orochi, she managed to create a massive psychic barrier that its size seemingly almost enveloped the entire Z-City as well as maintain it while still suffering injuries from the battle. Additionally, the exhaustion only left her unconscious for a very short time before being able to rejoin her battle against the fusion monster. Even while severely weakened and injured, she was strong enough to break free of Fubuki’s grip and stop Fuhrer Ugly, an executive of the Monster Association with her psychokinesis, requiring a great deal of effort from the monster to break free.
So we need to train for aesthetics, speed, and endurance!
Looks like we’ll have some high intensity interval training, long distance training, and some calisthenics thrown in to build our core and tone our muscles for the overall aesthetics.
Think you’re ready for it?
