Not only have we been stepping it up a notch with our listicles, but we’ve also been doing a really good job diversifying where our characters come from.
We recently saw our Yami Inspired Workout and now Mereoleona will join him and our Asta Inspired Workout from Black Clover.
These additions will get them (them being Black Clover) one step closer to their own Workout Placement Quiz and even mini-database within our Anime Workouts Database.
But it’s worth noting that Mereoleona isn’t just be prioritized because of Black Clover.
She also recently made the list of our Most Powerful Female Characters of All Time, coming in at number eleven!
So we have our work cut out for us with this one.

Height: 5’8

Powers: Yes
Mereoleona is actually quite tall.
She even comes in above the average height we’ve seen among male anime characters – although that’s thankfully increasing over time.
Supergirl and Erza Scarlet were our shortest at 5’5 before Wasp came in at 5’4 and Kale, Anna and Nina Williams matching her there. BUT, now we have Caulifla at 4’8 and Sailor Moon at 4’11! Katana is just behind her at 5’2.
We had Wonder Woman come in standing 6’0 tall, Mockingbird and Hawkgirl at 5’9, Mystique, Miss Martian, and Sonya Blade at 5’10, and Storm 5’11.
But the average height for female celebrities on the site is generally more-so ranging from 5’4-5’6 – and our Black Widow is just above that at 5’7 with Spider-Gwen, Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy at 5’8.
And, the tallest we’d seen before She-Hulk was Starfire at 6’4!
But don’t worry, either way.
Not only are these routines for all shapes and sizes – they also work for both men and women – regardless of the gender of the hero.

Mereoleona Vermillion Diet and Nutrition
**Keep in mind: this section will be nearly identical for each hero.**
Every hero needs to still have a good diet.
Unfortunately we can train like them, but I don’t think any of us are suddenly getting their powers, or the ability to magically stop caring about nutrition.
You can’t out train your diet, so I want to still give some pillars for nutrition.
You can start by checking out The Nutrition Pillars on the site, but I’ll break down some more information for you guys as well.
Guys like Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Tom Hopper, Benedict Cumberbatch and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting (something I use daily as well), Ariana Grande, Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
It’s all about sustainability.
AND, there are a thousand different ways to reach your goals, so finding the most sustainable way is what’s important.

Mereoleona Vermillion Workout Routine Research
We’ve made it to “the fun part”.
And, if you don’t know by now, I say that every single time we get to the workout routine research section for character workouts.
To get us started with our Mereroleona Vermillion research we’ll be pulling right from her Wiki Fandom page:
Mereoleona Vermillion is a noblewoman and the first daughter of the Clover Kingdom’s House Vermillion, one of its royal families. She is also the temporary captain of the Crimson Lion squad and the Royal Knights squad.
While this doesn’t tell us much about her overall power, especially the abilities we’ll be able to train around, it does give us an idea of her stature.
In this case her Wiki Fandom doesn’t actually give us a section describing a broad overview of her powers and abilities, so I’m going to share the entirety of her ability section since it will give us a breakdown of each individual part:
- Master Hand-to-Hand Combatant: Mereoleona is extremely skilled in hand-to-hand combat, easily able to overpower any opponent she encounters. Zora Ideale notes that she is more of a fighter than a mage. She employs it as her main style of fighting, and also uses her magic in conjunction with her hand-to-hand prowess for more deadly strikes.
- Immense Strength: Mereoleona possesses tremendous physical strength, as shown when she sends Asta flying into a rock with a single punch despite him being in his Black Asta form. Her physical strength is great enough to fight on par with Vetto. While using Hellfire Incarnate, she is strong enough to knock aside the arms of a giant demon and push the demon onto its back.
- Immense Speed: Mereoleona possesses tremendous raw speed, as shown when she outmaneuvers Asta in midair while he is in his Black Asta form. She is so fast that she is able to parry Rhya’s spells with great ease, with him stating that her reactions are on par with Vetto. Zora states that her speed is monstrous.
- Immense Endurance: Mereoleona possesses extraordinary endurance, as shown when she takes the combined assault from five elves with no signs of being in pain and continues to fight. Even after using up all her mana to use her ultimate attack, she remains standing and wanting to continue fighting.
- Enhanced Mana Sensory: Mereoleona is extremely skilled in sensing mana, as shown when she instantly realizes that Rhya cannot copy Asta’s Anti Magic and punches straight through his copy of the Demon-Slayer Sword with no hesitation.
- Immense Magic Power: As a royal and captain of a Magic Knights squad, Mereoleona possesses an immense amount of magic power. Her magic power is so massive that Rhya states that it is not just from her being a royal, but because it is a completely unknown human strength. According to Vetto, Mereoleona is probably the strongest human in the Clover Kingdom.
- Mana Zone: Mereoleona can control all the mana in an area around her to increase her spells’ power and range, to predict opponents’ attacks, and to maneuver in mid-air.
And this is all on top of them telling us initially about her Fire Magic.
They give us a short description of that here:
- Fire Magic: Mereoleona uses this magic attribute to generate and manipulate the element of fire. She usually shapes the fire into a lion’s paw.
I wasn’t kidding when I said we have our work cut out for us!
So for the main focus of this one we’re going to be building our training around:
- Strength
- Speed
- Endurance
Sounds like the perfect superhuman routine for us!

We’re going to be training 2 days a week with upper and lower weight training, 2 days a week with full body HIIT calisthenics and weight training, and then one day per week devoted to endurance work with a long distance run.
