If you’ve already seen Demon Slayer: Mugen Train, you likely know how strong Akaza is.
We’ve been on an absolute tear getting our Demon Slayer Inspired Workouts up on the site, and Akaza has made it onto multiple lists discussing the most powerful characters.
First he made his entrance with the Most Powerful Demon Slayer Characters of All Time, and then he also hopped into our list covering The Most Powerful Demons in Demon Slayer as well.
Behind Muzan he was even one of the most requested demons in Demon Slayer to hit the site.
But now they’re both in our Anime Workouts Database and within our Demon Slayer Workout Placement Quiz for you guys, so The SHJ Army is happy.
Akaza Stats:
Real Name: Akaza
Height: 5’8
Weight: 163 lbs.
Anime: Demon Slayer
Powers: Yes
Akaza is definitely not one of the taller male characters we’ve seen here at SHJ, but he also just misses the shorter range among characters.
I suppose that’s because we have certain characters coming in who would be considered “REALLY” short.
Wolverine was the shortest spot among comic characters we’ve seen at 5’3, prior to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles coming in at 5’2, (and Gimli even shorter) – but Damian Wayne (Robin) is only 5’4. Goku isn’t that tall either, though, standing only 5’7, with Miles Morales only an inch above him.
One Punch Man falls in at 5’9 right there with Ryu, Nightwing at 5’10, and then Spider-Man, Daredevil, and Green Arrow coming in around 5’11 and Beast joining them.
We’ve had Superman and Eddie Brock’s Venom at 6’3, and Captain America, Scorpion and Batman at 6’2, and Carnage at 6’1. Thor and Cyborg are towering over them at 6’6, Thanos and King right there with them at 6’7, Bane at 6’8, and Deathstroke right below at 6’5, and Black Manta at 6’4.
Ronan and Sagat are 7’5, and Doomsday came in at 8’10, and I doubt any characters are touching that anytime soon.
But, don’t worry if you’re not the same height or weight range.
We write these routines to be utilized by anyone and everyone.

Akaza Diet and Nutrition
**Keep in mind: this section will be nearly identical for each hero.**
Every hero needs to still have a good diet.
Unfortunately we can train like them, but I don’t think any of us are suddenly getting their powers, or the ability to magically stop caring about nutrition.
You can’t out train your diet, so I want to still give some pillars for nutrition.
You can start by checking out The Nutrition Pillars on the site, but I’ll break down some more information for you guys as well.
Guys like Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Tom Hopper, Benedict Cumberbatch and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting (something I use daily as well), Ariana Grande, Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
It’s all about sustainability.
AND, there are a thousand different ways to reach your goals, so finding the most sustainable way is what’s important.
Which is why our Academy utilizes multiple different Nutrition Classes (Greek Gods, Vikings, Spartans, Hunter Gatherers, Monks, Samurais, Minimalists, SuperHumans) to allow people to choose what is right for YOU!
Curious where over a hundred celebs fall in their dietary choices ranging from High Protein and Keto to Vegetarian, Vegan and Intermittent Fasting? Want exclusive celeb meal plans? Check this out.

Akaza Workout Routine Research
We’ve made it to “the fun part”.
And, if you don’t know by now, I say that every single time we get to the workout routine research section for character workouts.
We already know Akaza is extremely powerful, and if you’ve read our other lists discussing his power you also know even more about him, but we’re going to break it down in this section even with some overlap by pulling from his Wiki Fandom for any newbies here.
Here’s how they start us off:
Akaza is a major supporting antagonist of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. He is a Demon affiliated with the Twelve Kizuki, holding the position of Upper Rank Three.
Over a century ago, Akaza was a human by the name of Hakuji before being turned into a Demon personally by Muzan Kibutsuji.
So while that doesn’t seem to tell us all that much, just knowing and rehashing the fact that Akaza is an Upper Rank Three Demon within the Twelve Kizuki tells us a TON as Demon Slayer fans.
When we continue deeper into his Wiki Fandom and eventually make our way into his powers and abilities section they break down a bit about his overall abilities as such:
Overall Abilities: As the holder of the ‘Upper Rank 3’ title, Akaza possessed a tremendous amount of power, having been able to defeat Kyojuro Rengoku, the Flame Hashira, and also several past Hashira, according to what he stated. Later, he is able to fight and overwhelm both Tanjiro and Giyu, even when they were both Hashira-level swordsman were using their Demon Slayer Marks and Tanjiro had access the “Transparent World”. If not for Akaza losing his will to continue fighting, he would have certainly killed both of them. In a further testament to his might, he is capable of becoming the holder of the Upper Rank 3 title and the fourth-strongest Demon in the series without killing or eating any women, which would’ve hindered his growth as a Demon drastically.
And with all that power they also go on to break down each individual section (although I’ll be cutting each into strictly bullet points for the sake of space here):
- Extrasensory Perception
- Immense Durability
- Immense Speed & Reflexes
- Immense Strength
- Immense Regeneration
- Indomitable Will:
- Tactical Intellect
- Unlimited Stamina & Endurance
On top of all this he’s a master hand to hand fighter, literally blocking sword slashes with his limbs, and uses Blood Demon Art: Destructive Disc (which immediately made me think of Krillin, by the way), broken down like this:
Destructive Death: Akaza’s Blood Demon Art takes the form of a martial arts style that combines shockwave-like blasts and attacks and his Soryu Style when he mastered when he was human. The shockwaves appear to be the same shade of blue as his tattoos and can be unleashed in both close and far range. Destructive Death, similar to the Soryu Style, is a martial arts style that utilizes both a user’s arms and legs to unleash swift and powerful strikes that target an opponent’s neck and weapon. This Blood Demon Art combined with his superhuman strength and speed makes him a formidable opponent in both close and ranged combat.
I will not be teaching you how to do that.
BUT, we will be training to unlock immense strength, stamina and endurance.
For this we’ll be utilizing training similar to our Superhuman System and Core 90 Day Systems, which have literally be utilized to help train new U.S. Marines.
So get ready for some intensity – because we’re about to train to become an insanely strong character!
