If we’re going to be starting a Black Clover kick with Fuegoleon Vermillion because he’s both powerful and popular – you have to expect Julius as well.
Julius, as we’ll learn more about in our research section below, is our Wizard King!

Height: 5’9

Julius is right around an average height range if compared to other anime male characters we’ve seen thus far.
He also has an average build, but massive power behind it.
Wolverine was the shortest spot among comic characters we’ve seen at 5’3, prior to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles coming in at 5’2, (and Gimli even shorter) – but Damian Wayne (Robin) is only 5’4. Goku isn’t that tall either, though, standing only 5’7, with Miles Morales only an inch above him.
One Punch Man falls in at 5’9 right there with Ryu, Nightwing at 5’10, and then Spider-Man, Daredevil, and Green Arrow coming in around 5’11 and Beast joining them.
We’ve had Superman and Eddie Brock’s Venom at 6’3, and Captain America, Scorpion and Batman at 6’2, and Carnage at 6’1. Thor and Cyborg are towering over them at 6’6, Thanos and King right there with them at 6’7, Bane at 6’8, and Deathstroke right below at 6’5, and Black Manta at 6’4.
Ronan and Sagat are 7’5, and Doomsday came in at 8’10, and I doubt any characters are touching that anytime soon.
But, don’t worry if you’re not the same height or weight range.

Julius Novachrono Diet and Nutrition
**Keep in mind: this section will be nearly identical for each hero.**
Every hero needs to still have a good diet.
Unfortunately we can train like them, but I don’t think any of us are suddenly getting their powers, or the ability to magically stop caring about nutrition.
You can’t out train your diet, so I want to still give some pillars for nutrition.
You can start by checking out The Nutrition Pillars on the site, but I’ll break down some more information for you guys as well.
Guys like Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Tom Hopper, Benedict Cumberbatch and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting (something I use daily as well), Ariana Grande, Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
It’s all about sustainability.
AND, there are a thousand different ways to reach your goals, so finding the most sustainable way is what’s important.

Julius Novachrono Workout Routine Research
We’ve made it to “the fun part”.
And, if you don’t know by now, I say that every single time we get to the workout routine research section for character workouts.
Getting started with our research into Julius Novachrono we’ll be pulling right from his Wiki Fandom page.
Here’s how they start us off:
Julius Novachrono is the 28th Magic Emperor of the Clover Kingdom’s Magic Knights.He is also a former captain of the Grey Deer squad.
Julius’ overwhelming power comes from multiple types of magic.
His Wiki Fandom gives us descriptions of them here:
- Time Magic: Julius uses this magic attribute to manipulate time. He can accelerate, decelerate, stop, or even reverse the flow of time. He is also able to “heal” injuries by reversing the time on his and other people’s wounds. Due to the irregular nature of Time Magic, Julius has the potential to defeat a devil; however, following his loss in power, his Magic Stage ranking is unclear.
- Restraining Magic: Julius uses this form of magic to restrain his opponents in time, trapping them in a time loop.
- Transformation Magic: Julius uses this form of magic to take the form of another human being. He usually uses it to walk among the commoners without being recognized.
On top of his magic abilities he also has a list of other abilities that will help us with our research phase.
They break down that section as such:
- Immense Speed: Julius is extremely fast, as shown when he instantaneously appears between two Eye of the Midnight Sun mages killing them before they can even react, and dodges attacks from Sally and George with ease. He is also able to outmaneuver Patolli, a Light Magic user, and dodge the elf’s attacks.
- Immense Magic Power: As the Magic Emperor and the strongest Magic Knight of the Clover Kingdom, Julius possesses an immense amount of magic power. The true nature of his magic is “stealing time” from those he targets. The time he has stolen is stored away as reserves and he can use that power anytime he desires. His vast levels of magic power allows him to perform a spell that covers the entirety of the Clover Kingdom. Before his death, Julius had thirteen years worth of time saved up.
- Mana Zone: Julius can control all the mana in an area around him to increase his spell’s power and range. By combining it with his Time Magic, he can age the flow of mana around him and foresee from where attacks are coming. However, even if the enemy’s next step is foreseen, physical limitations can limit proper reaction time.
So for this one we’re going to be focusing in on Julius’ speed and overall power.
For that we’ll still be working with full body weight training and then also tacking in some endurance and circuit work.
This will involve a mixture of our Academy 90 Day System and our Superhuman System, with a touch of Assassin Calisthenics (which has even been used to train new U.S. Marines).
This will give us a perfect mixup to emphasize speed, power and overall ability.

To train to become The Wizard King we’re going to be utilizing 3 days of full body training to bring out his strength and power and then we’ll also tack on two days devoted to either endurance work or HIIT training – which I recommend going back and forth on.

I’ll break it down in that order:
Option One – Run Based on Overall Fitness Level:
Beginner: 1-3 Miles
Intermediate: 3-5 Miles
Advanced: 5+ Miles
