Last week was the launch of our Unofficial JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure Workout Booklet, and you guys asked if we can continue the fun with Yoma Hashimoto.
Well, it’s hard to not prioritize him here at SHJ when he clearly fits the bill in terms of aesthetics The SHJ Army strives for.
He’s going to be a great additional to our JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure Inspired Workouts within our Anime Workouts Database and definitely will be added to our JoJo Workout Placement Quiz as well.
He is quite different than some of our other characters in terms of powers, abilities and how they stack up and how we weigh them in with aesthetics – but it will definitely still be a really fun one to write, and we’ll talk more about that within our workout routine research section.
Yoma Hashimoto Stats:
Real Name: Yomo Hashimoto
Height: 5’10
Weight: N/A
Anime: JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure
Powers: Yes
They surprisingly don’t list Yoma’s weight, but we do have him coming in at a very average height range among male characters at SHJ.
Although he does come in a bit taller than a lot of the anime male characters we’ve seen, but much shorter than those anime behemoths that pop up sometimes.
Wolverine was the shortest spot among comic characters we’ve seen at 5’3, prior to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles coming in at 5’2, (and Gimli even shorter) – but Damian Wayne (Robin) is only 5’4. Goku isn’t that tall either, though, standing only 5’7, with Miles Morales only an inch above him.
One Punch Man falls in at 5’9 right there with Ryu, Nightwing at 5’10, and then Spider-Man, Daredevil, and Green Arrow coming in around 5’11 and Beast joining them.
We’ve had Superman and Eddie Brock’s Venom at 6’3, and Captain America, Scorpion and Batman at 6’2, and Carnage at 6’1. Thor and Cyborg are towering over them at 6’6, Thanos and King right there with them at 6’7, Bane at 6’8, and Deathstroke right below at 6’5, and Black Manta at 6’4.
Ronan and Sagat are 7’5, and Doomsday came in at 8’10, and I doubt any characters are touching that anytime soon.
But, don’t worry if you’re not the same height or weight range.
We write these routines to be utilized by anyone and everyone.

Yoma Hashimoto Diet and Nutrition
**Keep in mind: this section will be nearly identical for each hero.**
Every hero needs to still have a good diet.
Unfortunately we can train like them, but I don’t think any of us are suddenly getting their powers, or the ability to magically stop caring about nutrition.
You can’t out train your diet, so I want to still give some pillars for nutrition.
You can start by checking out The Nutrition Pillars on the site, but I’ll break down some more information for you guys as well.
Guys like Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Tom Hopper, Benedict Cumberbatch and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting (something I use daily as well), Ariana Grande, Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
It’s all about sustainability.
AND, there are a thousand different ways to reach your goals, so finding the most sustainable way is what’s important.
Which is why our Academy utilizes multiple different Nutrition Classes (Greek Gods, Vikings, Spartans, Hunter Gatherers, Monks, Samurais, Minimalists, SuperHumans) to allow people to choose what is right for YOU!
Curious where over a hundred celebs fall in their dietary choices ranging from High Protein and Keto to Vegetarian, Vegan and Intermittent Fasting? Want exclusive celeb meal plans? Check this out.

Yoma Hashimoto Workout Routine Research
We’ve made it to “the fun part”.
And, if you don’t know by now, I say that every single time we get to the workout routine research section for character workouts.
If you didn’t already know, Yoma Hashimoto is a character we’re going to primarily be training to create a duplication in his aesthetic – almost like we were building out a cosplay oriented routine.
To kickstart some background information on him to make that more clear we’ll be pulling right from his Wiki Fandom page.
They give us a one sentence opener which tells us this:
Yoma Hashimoto is the antagonist of the one-shot Thus Spoke Kishibe Rohan – Episode 9: The Run.
Which they continue into his appearance and abilities section which thankfully tell us more.
Here’s how they break down his appearance:
Yoma is a young Japanese man, of athletic build. He has light hair and a regular haircut, with several unidentified dark strands peeking out of it. Yoma is attractive enough to be scouted as a model. After beginning to train his body, Yoma becomes very muscular, his every muscle developing rapidly and becoming defined. His muscles progressively take the shapes of wings.
Although, truthfully, his ability “Avatar of Hermes” is going to be what really helps us the most.
They describe that as such:
Avatar of Hermes: As the Avatar of Hermes, among other gods of athletes, Yoma Hashimoto is blessed with a supernaturally fit body, which allows him to become very muscled in a short amount of time. Thanks to his muscles, Yoma was shown to be able to perform casual feats such as running backwards at 20 kmph or easily throw a 20 kg dumbbell with one hand while running, without breaking a sweat. When he muscles up, he gains wing-like muscles on his body, symbolizing Hermes. Furthermore, this ability gives Yoma the power to see Stands, shown when he sees the pages of his life revealed by Rohan’s Stand Heaven’s Door (non-Stand Users can’t see Heaven’s Door’s books). This makes it highly possible that this ability is a Stand whose name and effects have never been documented.
So basically Yoma Hashimoto is not only JACKED, but he’s also superhuman because he is the Avatar of Hermes.
Which means as much as I said we’ll be training around his aesthetic, we’ll also be training around his performance level AND how he would be training to unlock his “very muscled supernaturally fit body” as well.
For this we’re going to be training pulling aspects from our own Superhuman System 90 Day System – which is made to become just that: Superhuman.
It was built specifically to unleash “The Superhero Physique” while also focusing on superhuman physical abilities.
Our 90 Day Systems have even been used to train new U.S. Marines – so we’ll be working with the real deal.
Which means you need to get ready for a mixture of weightlifting, circuit training, endurance work, and intensity!
