We’re back with another addition to our Black Clover Inspired Workouts.
There was no way we could continue building out our Anime Workouts Database with Black Clover characters without adding Noelle Silva to the list.
The ladies in The SHJ Army requested her almost as much as the guys requested Asta and Yami!
And while Noelle didn’t quote make it onto our list of The Most Powerful Black Clover Characters of All Time, she did crush it and come it at number THREE among our Most Popular Black Clover Characters!
There’s no denying Noelle’s growth and charm throughout the series, putting her just behind Asta and Yami in the fan-favorite category as well.
She’s also going to make a great addition to our Black Clover Workout Quiz once it’s added to our Workout Placement Quizzes.

Noelle comes in quite short compared to both female characters and celebrities we’ve seen at SHJ.
Another inch or two and she might have made the average range, but she’s roughly 5’2-5’3 range.
Supergirl and Erza Scarlet were our shortest at 5’5 before Wasp came in at 5’4 and Kale, Anna and Nina Williams matching her there. BUT, now we have Caulifla at 4’8 and Sailor Moon at 4’11! Katana is just behind her at 5’2.
We had Wonder Woman come in standing 6’0 tall, Mockingbird and Hawkgirl at 5’9, Mystique, Miss Martian, and Sonya Blade at 5’10, and Storm 5’11.
But the average height for female celebrities on the site is generally more-so ranging from 5’4-5’6 – and our Black Widow is just above that at 5’7 with Spider-Gwen, Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy at 5’8.
And, the tallest we’d seen before She-Hulk was Starfire at 6’4!
But don’t worry, either way.
Not only are these routines for all shapes and sizes – they also work for both men and women – regardless of the gender of the hero.

Noelle Silva Diet and Nutrition
**Keep in mind: this section will be nearly identical for each hero.**
Every hero needs to still have a good diet.
Unfortunately we can train like them, but I don’t think any of us are suddenly getting their powers, or the ability to magically stop caring about nutrition.
You can’t out train your diet, so I want to still give some pillars for nutrition.
You can start by checking out The Nutrition Pillars on the site, but I’ll break down some more information for you guys as well.
Guys like Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Tom Hopper, Benedict Cumberbatch and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting (something I use daily as well), Ariana Grande, Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
It’s all about sustainability.
AND, there are a thousand different ways to reach your goals, so finding the most sustainable way is what’s important.

Noelle Silva Workout Routine Research
We’ve made it to “the fun part”.
And, if you don’t know by now, I say that every single time we get to the workout routine research section for character workouts.
To get us started with our research into Noelle we’re going to be pulling right from her Wiki Fandom page.
Her initial bio leads with this:
Noelle Silva is a noblewoman and the second daughter of the Clover Kingdom’s House Silva, one of its royal families. She is also a 3rd Class Junior Magic Knight of the Black Bull and Royal Knights squads.
Undine, the spirit of water, chooses to serve Noelle after her contract with Princess Lolopechka is temporarily weakened.
And when we move down into her battle prowess they begin to tell us all about her magical abilities.
To go a bit backwards, though, I want to skip the specifics of her magic and talk about the overall power level – which they share:
- Immense Magic Power: As a royal, Noelle possesses an immense amount of magic power. It is large enough to create a giant sphere of water and waterspout and to shake the whole Seabed Temple. Channeling this power into her offensive spells, she can even challenge elves. She has difficulty controlling her magic power, which is shown from her attacks’ lack of accuracy. She has begun learning better control and can restrain her power at will. Noelle is ranked as a First Stage mage.
- Mana Method: After training in the Heart Kingdom, Noelle has learned to use the country’s unique magic technique to increase the size and power of her Water Magic spells.
Jumping back, they break down the specifics as such:
- Water Magic: Noelle uses this magic attribute to generate and manipulate water. She primarily uses this magic to shoot waterballs toward her opponents.
- True Water Magic: Noelle uses the Heart Kingdom’s magic technique and natural mana to generate and manipulate real water.
- Creation Magic: Noelle uses this form of magic to shape objects and entities from water.
- Reinforcement Magic: Noelle uses this form of magic to increase her physical abilities.
- Spirit Magic: Noelle uses this form of magic to summon a spirit that can assist her in battle. She uses this magic to summon Undine, the water spirit. With this magic, she is a Saint Stage mage.
While we may not have reinforcement magic to increase our physical abilities, we’re going to train like we do in order to become a powerful Magic Knight.
We’re going to be training with calisthenics, endurance and even some HIIT in order to revolve this one around both overall stamina and muscle endurance while also shredding down fat and toning up to get the Noelle Silva aesthetic as well.
For that I’m going to be pulling some tactics from our Assassin Calisthenics 90 Day System, which has even been used to help train new U.S. Marines, but then I’ll cut it back and scale it down a bit to fit a more beginner->intermediate level range.
So get ready to start unleashing your inner Magic Knight.

For this one we’re going to be training with endurance, high intensity interval training and calisthenics. This will help us with overall aesthetic, muscle toning and fat burn while also working up to the speed and stamina we’ll need to become Noelle Silva.
