We’re back with another My Hero Academia favorite, and this time it’s a student that doesn’t even go to U.A. High School!
We’ve seen our list of The Most Popular My Hero Academia Characters, and while Camie doesn’t rank in with the initial 10-15, she is loved by fans – and is one of the most popular non-main characters we’ve seen.
Camie goes to Shiketsu High School and we meet her (kind of) during the Provisional Hero License Exam – but we’ll discuss more about that in her workout research section.
We see a lot of cosplayers get out there and take on Camie’s aesthetic, so this is going to be a perfect addition to our My Hero Academia Inspired Workouts and even our My Hero Academia Workout Placement Quiz.
I’m curious: where does Camie rank up among your favorite characters?
Camie didn’t quite make our list of The Most Powerful My Hero Academia Female Characters of All Time – but I’m sure we have more to see from her!
Camie Utsushimi Stats:
Real Name: Camie Utsushimi
Height: 5’3 1/2
Weight: N/A
Anime: My Hero Academia
Powers: Yes
Camie is quite short – even among female characters we’ve seen.
And surprisingly enough, we’ve even seen a few female behemoths in our Anime Workouts Database as well.
Supergirl and Erza Scarlet were our shortest at 5’5 before Wasp came in at 5’4 and Kale, Anna and Nina Williams matching her there. BUT, now we have Caulifla at 4’8 and Sailor Moon at 4’11! Katana is just behind her at 5’2.
We had Wonder Woman come in standing 6’0 tall, Mockingbird and Hawkgirl at 5’9, Mystique, Miss Martian, and Sonya Blade at 5’10, and Storm 5’11.
But the average height for female celebrities on the site is generally more-so ranging from 5’4-5’6 – and our Black Widow is just above that at 5’7 with Spider-Gwen, Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy at 5’8.
And, the tallest we’d seen before She-Hulk was Starfire at 6’4!
But don’t worry, either way.
Not only are these routines for all shapes and sizes – they also work for both men and women – regardless of the gender of the hero.

Camie Utsushimi Diet and Nutrition
**Keep in mind: this section will be nearly identical for each hero.**
Every hero needs to still have a good diet.
Unfortunately we can train like them, but I don’t think any of us are suddenly getting their powers, or the ability to magically stop caring about nutrition.
You can’t out train your diet, so I want to still give some pillars for nutrition.
You can start by checking out The Nutrition Pillars on the site, but I’ll break down some more information for you guys as well.
Guys like Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Tom Hopper, Benedict Cumberbatch and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting (something I use daily as well), Ariana Grande, Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
It’s all about sustainability.
AND, there are a thousand different ways to reach your goals, so finding the most sustainable way is what’s important.
Which is why our Academy utilizes multiple different Nutrition Classes (Greek Gods, Vikings, Spartans, Hunter Gatherers, Monks, Samurais, Minimalists, SuperHumans) to allow people to choose what is right for YOU!
Curious where over a hundred celebs fall in their dietary choices ranging from High Protein and Keto to Vegetarian, Vegan and Intermittent Fasting? Want exclusive celeb meal plans? Check this out.

Camie Utsushimi Workout Routine Research
We’ve made it to “the fun part”.
And, if you don’t know by now, I say that every single time we get to the workout routine research section for character workouts.
To start our research into Camie Utsushimi we’re going to be pulling right from her Wiki Fandom page.
Here’s how they lead us off:
Camie Utsushimi, also known as Illus-o-Camie, is a second-year student at Shiketsu High School training to become a Pro Hero. During the Provisional Hero License Exam, she was impersonated by Himiko Toga.
Toga is another fan-favorite female character – possibly even more than Camie – and we’ve had thousands of members of The SHJ Army take on her routine already as well.
The main reasons for Camie’s popularity are her appearance and personality – with little actually known about her tactical ability other than the fact that she’s at one of the most prestigious schools for future heroes.
For that reason we’re going to be taking an inside look into what they share for those sections as well.
Here’s how they lead off about her appearance, which is what we’ll see coming from all the Camie cosplayers out there:
Camie is a young woman with straight, fawn-colored hair that reaches just below her shoulders and large, dark brown eyes. She has noticeably full, plump, and glossy lips as well as a quite curvaceous figure.
In her school uniform, Camie has the same traditional white-collared shirt and dark skirt every female Shiketsu High students wear. She also sports Shiketsu’s signature hat, whether she be in her school uniform or in her hero costume.
Her hero costume consists of a simple black catsuit with blending patterned lines and a zipper running down the middle, left slightly down to reveal her cleavage. She wears white cuffs around her wrists and white heeled knee-high boots, patterned with gray lines, as well as a loose black collar lined with metallic plates.
They also move into her personality, stating:
Camie is a normal teenage girl who comes off far less serious than most of her Shiketsu peers, easily brushing off the fact that she had been targeted by the League of Villains who impersonated her to infiltrate the Provisional Hero License Exam. Seiji Shishikura believes she’s an utter fool, but their teacher describes her as simply being bubbly. She is very laid back, straightforward, and tends to be quite talkative. Befitting her easy-going demeanour, she prefers others calling her by her first name rather than her family name.
Camie can also be very flirtatious and Inasa Yoarashi believes she has magnificent “interaction techniques.” Camie speaks using very trendy slang terms that make her difficult to understand for a lot of people. Apparently, she also likes children and thinks a guy that’s good with them is attractive.
And as for her Quirk and abilities section, we don’t have much to go on – but we will discuss what little we do have:
Overall Abilities: Little is known about Camie’s combat or analytical skills. However, she is a seasoned second-year student at one of the most prestigious hero institutions in Japan.
Glamour: Camie’s Quirk allows her to emit a smoke-like substance from her mouth which can form visual and auditory illusions over a large area. The illusions only last a short time.
With this in mind we can’t specifically train around her Quirk, but we can train around everything else we know about Camie.
So what do we specifically know?
We know she goes to Shiketsu High School, which will be training her similar to what we’ve seen our favorite U.A. students go through, and we also know she struts and thin and a “curvaceous figure” – which we’ll be focusing in on achieving with this routine.
For this one we’ll be building it around calisthenics training that will be beginner to intermediate levels – with endurance and intensity work to help tone up and get slim and lean like Camie.
