It’s time to bring even more power into our Naruto Inspired Workouts Database.
Our Naruto Inspired Workouts are some of the most popular characters on the site, AND some of the most powerful.
We have so many incredibly strong Naruto characters here to go through that Killer B didn’t even make it onto list of the most powerful Naruto characters – and couldn’t even get a spot among our list of fifteen most popular Naruto characters.
The amount of awesome characters is just endless – with even the villains (and anti-heroes) being some of the most popular.
Nevertheless, Killer B is going to make a great addition to our Naruto Workout Placement Quiz.
Killer B Stats:
Real Name: Killer B
Height: 6’3
Weight: 191 lbs.
Anime: Marvel
Powers: Yes
Killer B is actually pretty tall; especially compared to the average male anime character we see at SHJ.
Although he’s definitely still dwarfed by some of the behemoths within our Anime Workout Database.
Wolverine was the shortest spot among comic characters we’ve seen at 5’3, prior to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles coming in at 5’2, (and Gimli even shorter) – but Damian Wayne (Robin) is only 5’4. Goku isn’t that tall either, though, standing only 5’7, with Miles Morales only an inch above him.
One Punch Man falls in at 5’9 right there with Ryu, Nightwing at 5’10, and then Spider-Man, Daredevil, and Green Arrow coming in around 5’11 and Beast joining them.
We’ve had Superman and Eddie Brock’s Venom at 6’3, and Captain America, Scorpion and Batman at 6’2, and Carnage at 6’1. Thor and Cyborg are towering over them at 6’6, Thanos and King right there with them at 6’7, Bane at 6’8, and Deathstroke right below at 6’5, and Black Manta at 6’4.
Ronan and Sagat are 7’5, and Doomsday came in at 8’10, and I doubt any characters are touching that anytime soon.
But, don’t worry if you’re not the same height or weight range.
We write these routines to be utilized by anyone and everyone.

Killer B Diet and Nutrition
**Keep in mind: this section will be nearly identical for each hero.**
Every hero needs to still have a good diet.
Unfortunately we can train like them, but I don’t think any of us are suddenly getting their powers, or the ability to magically stop caring about nutrition.
You can’t out train your diet, so I want to still give some pillars for nutrition.
You can start by checking out The Nutrition Pillars on the site, but I’ll break down some more information for you guys as well.
Guys like Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Tom Hopper, Benedict Cumberbatch and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting (something I use daily as well), Ariana Grande, Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
It’s all about sustainability.
AND, there are a thousand different ways to reach your goals, so finding the most sustainable way is what’s important.
Which is why our Academy utilizes multiple different Nutrition Classes (Greek Gods, Vikings, Spartans, Hunter Gatherers, Monks, Samurais, Minimalists, SuperHumans) to allow people to choose what is right for YOU!
Curious where over a hundred celebs fall in their dietary choices ranging from High Protein and Keto to Vegetarian, Vegan and Intermittent Fasting? Want exclusive celeb meal plans? Check this out.

Killer B Workout Routine Research
We’ve made it to “the fun part”.
And, if you don’t know by now, I say that every single time we get to the workout routine research section for character workouts.
To learn more about Killer B we’re going to be pulling right from his Wiki Fandom page.
They lead us off with a brief bio section that we’re going to take a look at before moving into his powers and abilities:
Killer B is a shinobi from Kumogakure. He is the most recent jinchūriki of the Eight-Tails, though, unlike his predecessors, he was able to befriend it and hone its power for Kumo’s benefit. Despite being responsible for the village’s protection, B aspires to be the world’s greatest rapper.
Not only is B a super powerful character, but he’s also extremely unique.
When we move on to discuss his powers and abilities they lead us off with a bit about his overall power level here:
As the guardian of Kumo and having long-since mastered his unique powers, Killer B is an extremely powerful shinobi, able to single-handedly overwhelm the entire team Taka consisting of other dangerous fighters. As a child, he accomplished missions by himself that were meant to be executed as a team with his partner A, causing him to note that his younger brother has more talent than he did. Even Minato Namikaze stated that B was a ninja with a great power rather than simply a jinchūriki. B could hold his own against Kisame Hoshigaki of Akatsuki, and later two tailed beasts during the Fourth Shinobi World War.
From there they go on to talk about his transformations, intelligence and overall ninjutsu, but what we’re really going to focus on here is his physical strength and abilities to be able to build out this routine.
Here’s what they give us for that:
As a jinchūriki, Killer B possesses a massive quantity of strong chakra and stamina, enough to fight throughout an entire day, even while fully transformed. He could quickly recover and return to battle with no ill effects shortly after being hit by his own Tailed Beast Ball. His tantalising chakra even caused Samehada to betray its master Kisame to join B. Even the Shinju was attracted to B’s reserves and chased him with far more roots and branches than other shinobi in the area.
B’s fighting style consists of fast unpredictable movement, aptly named, Disturbance Taijutsu. Like his brother, B generally makes use of wrestling moves, instead of standard taijutsu, which is supplemented by his immense strength. He could successfully perform a Lightning Release: Double Lariat with A as a child, and defeat a giant bear in a sumō match as an adult. During the Fourth Shinobi World War, B’s natural raw strength had surpassed his brother’s, even in his fully-powered state. He is also durable enough to withstand being electrocuted by Sasuke, punched hard by Jūgo, and even hit by A with no visible damage. He has also shown remarkable speed and reflexes, able to surprise the Yellow Flash when they fought.
If it’s not obvious from this breakdown we’ll be training around:
- Immense Strength
- Insane Endurance and Stamina
- Remarkable Speed and Reflexes
- Killer B Aesthetic and Physique
For that we’ll be using weight training mixed with some endurance and even a high intensity ninja inspired circuit in there.
Keep in mind that you can scale this routine very easily, but we’re also training around an extremely powerful ninja in hopes to not only build his muscular physique (one of the best in the anime, actually), but also achieve his power level (in our own capacity).
