Our Dr. Stone Inspired Workouts are getting another awesome character added.
Kaseki is to Dr. Stone what Master Roshi is to DBZ and what Netero is to HxH for me.
He didn’t quite make it onto our list of the top ten most popular Dr. Stone characters, but he was our first runner up – so he’s clearly still a fan favorite.
After seeing so many behemoths come into our Anime Workouts Database, he’s also a fun character to show someone even shorter than other jacked characters like Vegeta and Baki.
You guys seem to be loving Dr. Stone characters here at SHJ, so I’m sure they’ll be getting their own quiz soon – but for now Kaseki will live within our other Workout Placement Quizzes.
Kaseki Stats:
Real Name: Kaseki
Height: 5’1
Weight: 125 lbs.
Anime: Dr. Stone
Powers: No
Kaseki comes in just under 5’1, which makes him one of the shortest male characters we’ve seen at SHJ to date.
He’s even shorter than the Ninja Turtles!
Wolverine was the shortest spot among comic characters we’ve seen at 5’3, prior to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles coming in at 5’2, (and Gimli even shorter) – but Damian Wayne (Robin) is only 5’4. Goku isn’t that tall either, though, standing only 5’7, with Miles Morales only an inch above him.
One Punch Man falls in at 5’9 right there with Ryu, Nightwing at 5’10, and then Spider-Man, Daredevil, and Green Arrow coming in around 5’11 and Beast joining them.
We’ve had Superman and Eddie Brock’s Venom at 6’3, and Captain America, Scorpion and Batman at 6’2, and Carnage at 6’1. Thor and Cyborg are towering over them at 6’6, Thanos and King right there with them at 6’7, Bane at 6’8, and Deathstroke right below at 6’5, and Black Manta at 6’4.
Ronan and Sagat are 7’5, and Doomsday came in at 8’10, and I doubt any characters are touching that anytime soon.
But, don’t worry if you’re not the same height or weight range.
We write these routines to be utilized by anyone and everyone.

Kaseki Diet and Nutrition
**Keep in mind: this section will be nearly identical for each hero.**
Every hero needs to still have a good diet.
Unfortunately we can train like them, but I don’t think any of us are suddenly getting their powers, or the ability to magically stop caring about nutrition.
You can’t out train your diet, so I want to still give some pillars for nutrition.
You can start by checking out The Nutrition Pillars on the site, but I’ll break down some more information for you guys as well.
Guys like Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Tom Hopper, Benedict Cumberbatch and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting (something I use daily as well), Ariana Grande, Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
It’s all about sustainability.
AND, there are a thousand different ways to reach your goals, so finding the most sustainable way is what’s important.
Which is why our Academy utilizes multiple different Nutrition Classes (Greek Gods, Vikings, Spartans, Hunter Gatherers, Monks, Samurais, Minimalists, SuperHumans) to allow people to choose what is right for YOU!
Curious where over a hundred celebs fall in their dietary choices ranging from High Protein and Keto to Vegetarian, Vegan and Intermittent Fasting? Want exclusive celeb meal plans? Check this out.

Kaseki Workout Routine Research
We’ve made it to “the fun part”.
And, if you don’t know by now, I say that every single time we get to the workout routine research section for character workouts.
To learn more about Kaseki and build out this routine we’ll be pulling right from his Wiki Fandom page, starting with his brief bio section:
Kaseki is the artisan of Ishigami Village. With expert skill and precision formed by his numerous years of experience as a craftsman, he is a key member of the Kingdom of Science, responsible for creating many of their scientific inventions.
While normally I wouldn’t include any of our characters appearance sections (except in specific instances like this one) a snippet from Kaseki’s reminds me of Master Roshi, and has me wanting to share it:
Although initially appearing to be frail, when fired up, he bursts through his clothes, revealing a muscular body. This transformation usually results in him wearing only the lower half of his outfit and showing off the village rope that is tied around his neck. During this transformation, his eyebrows furrow and tilt upwards, flaring at the ends, and leaving at least one eye visible.
When we move down into his abilities and skills there isn’t a ton of information that’s going to directly help us build out a workout, but I’ll still be including the parts of his artisan work and intelligence with the section of his physical abilities.
Here’s how they break it down for us:
- Master Artisan: Kaseki is a master artisan with over fifty years of experience. He designed and built much of Ishigami Village, including the island’s bridges. He also made Kohaku’s shield, originally for her father Kokuyo as a reward for winning the village tournament and becoming chieftain. Kaseki picks up new techniques extremely quickly, inherently understanding how to use materials he’s never seen before just from observing their physical properties. He can craft objects solely from Senku’s diagrams with little practice. He’s even able to create extremely complex structures, including engines and vacuum tubes. Senku admits that Kaseki’s skills far surpass his own.
- Intelligence: Along with Chrome, Kaseki is one of the original two members of Ishigami Village with scientific knowledge. He’s shown to be extremely knowledgeable, particularly about crafting techniques.
- Physical Abilities: Kaseki’s physical abilities are high, despite his old age, due to his physically-demanding work, and they were further heightened after Kaseki was revived thanks to the healing properties of the petrifaction process. He is strong enough to tear through ropes. However, he has limited combat experience.
This makes the things we’ll need to prioritize quite easy to figure out.
Here are the goals of this workout routine:
- Kaseki’s Lean and Muscular Physique
- Kaseki’s Enhanced Strength
For that we’ll be using weight lifting to replicate the training he got from his “physically-demanding work”, as they put it.
