After countless requests, we’re finally getting Fudo Aikawa here at SHJ!
Between Fudo Aikawa and Love After World Domination and Classroom of The Elite I had to decide which to prioritize this week as both have been crushing the request forms.
So yes, that also means, for all my Classroom of The Elite fans out there: Kiyotaka Ayanokōji will be coming next week to join Fudo!
Fudo Aikawa felt like the obvious first choice, just based on the fact that we get to see him training with weights in the gym and he has a lean and muscular physique that a lot of The SHJ Army is aiming for.
For that reason he got first dibs and will be currently taking his slot with other characters in our Workout Placement Quizzes as well.
Fudo Aikawa Stats:
Real Name: Fudo Aikawa
Height: 5’10
Weight: N/A
Anime: Love After World Domination
Powers: Yes
Fudo Aikawa is actually fairly tall if we compare him to other male anime characters we’ve seen at SHJ.
Although, coming in under 6’0, he comes in WAY below some of the behemoths we have within our Anime Workouts Database.
Wolverine was the shortest spot among comic characters we’ve seen at 5’3, prior to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles coming in at 5’2, (and Gimli even shorter) – but Damian Wayne (Robin) is only 5’4. Goku isn’t that tall either, though, standing only 5’7, with Miles Morales only an inch above him.
One Punch Man falls in at 5’9 right there with Ryu, Nightwing at 5’10, and then Spider-Man, Daredevil, and Green Arrow coming in around 5’11 and Beast joining them.
We’ve had Superman and Eddie Brock’s Venom at 6’3, and Captain America, Scorpion and Batman at 6’2, and Carnage at 6’1. Thor and Cyborg are towering over them at 6’6, Thanos and King right there with them at 6’7, Bane at 6’8, and Deathstroke right below at 6’5, and Black Manta at 6’4.
Ronan and Sagat are 7’5, and Doomsday came in at 8’10, and I doubt any characters are touching that anytime soon.
But, don’t worry if you’re not the same height or weight range.
We write these routines to be utilized by anyone and everyone.

Fudo Aikawa Diet and Nutrition
**Keep in mind: this section will be nearly identical for each hero.**
Every hero needs to still have a good diet.
Unfortunately we can train like them, but I don’t think any of us are suddenly getting their powers, or the ability to magically stop caring about nutrition.
You can’t out train your diet, so I want to still give some pillars for nutrition.
You can start by checking out The Nutrition Pillars on the site, but I’ll break down some more information for you guys as well.
Guys like Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Tom Hopper, Benedict Cumberbatch and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting (something I use daily as well), Ariana Grande, Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
It’s all about sustainability.
AND, there are a thousand different ways to reach your goals, so finding the most sustainable way is what’s important.
Which is why our Academy utilizes multiple different Nutrition Classes (Greek Gods, Vikings, Spartans, Hunter Gatherers, Monks, Samurais, Minimalists, SuperHumans) to allow people to choose what is right for YOU!
Curious where over a hundred celebs fall in their dietary choices ranging from High Protein and Keto to Vegetarian, Vegan and Intermittent Fasting? Want exclusive celeb meal plans? Check this out.

Fudo Aikawa Workout Routine Research
We’ve made it to “the fun part”.
And, if you don’t know by now, I say that every single time we get to the workout routine research section for character workouts.
To learn more about Fudo Aikawa we’ll be pulling right from his Wiki Fandom page, which tells us this about him [to start]:
Fudo Aikawa is the main character of the manga Love After World Domination. He can transform into Red Gelato, the leader and strongest member of the hero squad Gelato 5.
That short bio section isn’t a ton of information, but it’s enough to let us know that we’re building around a strong character.
When we move into his powers and abilities we learn just how strong he is:
High Durability: Befitting his muscular build, Fudo is able to take considerable punishment. He is able to regularly brush off blows from Desumi, who even as a child was strong enough to utterly decimate grown men and now can effortlessly shatter concrete with her bare hands. Similarly he can immediately recover even after being sent through both concrete and metal walls.
Superhuman Strength: He can deliver powerful blows against his foes thanks to his daily training and diet. His limits are currently unknown though it seems to be on a level comparable to Desumi considering he’s regularly able to match her physically.
Swordsmanship: Fudo’s primary weapon in battle is a sword and he’s shown to be sufficiently proficient in wielding it. Whether he’s actually had any proper sword training is currently unknown.
We have also seen (as I mentioned earlier) Fudo workout with weights on multiple occasions, and I’ll be taking the movements we’ve seen him do and making sure they make it right into our workout.
That said, we can break down the priorities of this routine quite easily.
Here are the main goals for this workout:
- Fudo Aikawa’s Muscular Physique
- Fudo Aikawa’s Superhuman Strength
- Fudo Aikawa’s Training Style
To be specific about just a few of the movements we get to see Fudo Aikawa perform, we see him doing bench press, behind the head cable pulldowns, and barbell bent over rows.
So expect to see those within our workout routine – and be ready to train with weights for this one!
