We’re back to bring in some more Invincible Inspired Workouts.
I even went ahead and made sure to have our mini database (linked to above) ready for you guys so you can check out all of our Invincible characters.
And, based on the requests I have, we have a handful more coming, and you guys seemed very receptive to the idea of eventually getting an Unofficial Invincible Workout Booklet.
I definitely have some more calisthenics workouts planned to be added among our Invincible characters as well, considering right now we only have Red Rush with a calisthenics running workout – but Titan’s physique is perfect for all our behemoths out there in The SHJ Army, so I needed to prioritize him for you guys.
Stone Skin or not, Titan is a beast!
Titan Stats:
Real Name: Unknown
Height: 6’2
Weight: 250 lbs.
Comics: Image
Powers: Yes
Stone Skin is moderately tall, but he’s definitely not a behemoth.
He would be considered around average height if compared to superhero and male celebrities.
Wolverine was the shortest spot among comic characters we’ve seen at 5’3, prior to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles coming in at 5’2, (and Gimli even shorter) – but Damian Wayne (Robin) is only 5’4. Goku isn’t that tall either, though, standing only 5’7, with Miles Morales only an inch above him.
One Punch Man falls in at 5’9 right there with Ryu, Nightwing at 5’10, and then Spider-Man, Daredevil, and Green Arrow coming in around 5’11 and Beast joining them.
We’ve had Superman and Eddie Brock’s Venom at 6’3, and Captain America, Scorpion and Batman at 6’2, and Carnage at 6’1. Thor and Cyborg are towering over them at 6’6, Thanos and King right there with them at 6’7, Bane at 6’8, and Deathstroke right below at 6’5, and Black Manta at 6’4.
Ronan and Sagat are 7’5, and Doomsday came in at 8’10, and I doubt any characters are touching that anytime soon.
But, don’t worry if you’re not the same height or weight range.
We write these routines to be utilized by anyone and everyone.

Titan Diet and Nutrition
**Keep in mind: this section will be nearly identical for each hero, unless I mentioned differently (for example someone like Hulk may get something specifically different)**
Every hero needs to still have a good diet.
Unfortunately we can train like them, but I don’t think any of us are suddenly getting their powers, or the ability to magically stop caring about nutrition.
You can’t out train your diet, so I want to still give some pillars for nutrition.
You can start by checking out The Nutrition Pillars on the site, but I’ll break down some more information for you guys as well.
Guys like Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Tom Hopper, Benedict Cumberbatch and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting (something I use daily as well), Ariana Grande, Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
It’s all about sustainability.
AND, there are a thousand different ways to reach your goals, so finding the most sustainable way is what’s important.
Which is why our Academy utilizes multiple different Nutrition Classes (Greek Gods, Vikings, Spartans, Hunter Gatherers, Monks, Samurais, Minimalists, SuperHumans) to allow people to choose what is right for YOU!
Curious where over a hundred celebs fall in their dietary choices ranging from High Protein and Keto to Vegetarian, Vegan and Intermittent Fasting? Want exclusive celeb meal plans? Check this out.

Titan Workout Routine Research
We’ve made it to “the fun part”.
And, if you don’t know by now, I say that every single time we get to the workout routine research section for character workouts.
To learn more about Titan, whose real name is unknown, I’ll be pulling from his Wiki Fandom pages, starting with a brief bio section:
Titan is a criminal enforcer who generates a stone skin armor at will. He was robbing a bank with two other non-powered criminals when he encountered the super-powered Mark Grayson in a makeshift costume. After asking who Mark was, Mark said that he hadn’t chosen a superhero name yet and was open to suggestions. An angered Titan fought him, but was soon overpowered and defeated by Mark.
If we pull from his comics Wiki Fandom they tell us a bit more here:
Titan was a supervillain who was robbing a jewelry store, when he was stopped by the super-powered Mark Grayson.
Later, after Mark donned his costume, fought his father, and stopped an alien invasion, Titan tried to help out with the clean-up, but was attacked by Invincible who mistakenly assumed that Titan was going to cause trouble. After the misunderstanding was cleared up, Titan helped Invincible and Atom Eve.
Titan later reveals that he is a thug who formerly worked for Machine Head. He then helped Invincible defeat Machine Head, but secretly took control of the crime organization.
In later years, he witnessed the death of Invincible on live television and following Rex’s campaign of the death a small majority of the super heroes, began a new world order scenario and went after Titan and Isotope, apprehended them both, and perhaps ending Titan’s criminal empire too.
But, what we’re really here for is his powers, abilities and physique.
Here’s how they break down his powers:
- Unique Physiology: Titan can encase his body in rock.
- Superhuman Endurance: His unique constitution allows him to surpass the endurance limits of a human being.
- Superhuman Speed: Despite his rocky exterior, he hasn’t slowed down at all in speed and is able to move at great speeds during a fight.
- Superhuman Strength: Titan has superhuman strength enough to break concrete and face similar empowered beings with ease. His strength also extends to his lower legs allowing him to jump to an unknown extent.
- Superhuman Dense Tissue: His powerful shell of rock allows him immunity to small gunfire, higher temperature and pressure.
The cool part about Titan is even though we will be focusing on strength and mass gain to adhere to his large physique, he’s also extremely fast and has high endurance, which makes him more of a well rounded superhuman.
So the goals of our Titan Inspired Workout are:
- Titan’s Massive Physique
- Titan’s Superhuman Strength
- Titan’s Superhuman Speed & Endurance
In that order.
The speed will come from the strength training to an extent, but we’ll also put it to the test with our endurance work and some higher intensity training as well.
Be ready for heavy weightlifting but also some running and circuit training as well.
If you want to start a bit more beginner oriented you can check out the Beginner Behemoth Workout instead.
