I’m so excited to be building out our Assassination Classroom Inspired Workouts enough for them to have their own mini database.
It’s also a ton of fun to be able to have not only students but also the “teachers” join the database to really mix it up and have a good variety of training styles.
We won’t be able to be as diverse of a student to teacher relationship as we see in our My Hero Academia Inspired Workouts, but Assassination Classroom comes in with different vibes all around and is going to still make a lot of the SHJ Army pretty happy.
That said, before you go any further, you should know that in order to get JACKED like Tadaomi Karasuma we will be training with weights – so any of my bodyweight members out there: you’ll have to head back into the calisthenics workouts instead of scrolling down.
Tadaomi Karasuma Stats:
Real Name: Tadaomi Karasuma
Height:5’11
Weight: 187 lbs.
Anime: Assassination Classroom
Powers: Yes/No
Tadaomi Karasuma is actually fairly tall compared to male anime characters we’ve seen at SHJ.
He’s still about a half a foot or more off of being considered a behemoth within our Anime Workouts Database, but we’ll consider him “tall” nonetheless.
Wolverine was the shortest spot among comic characters we’ve seen at 5’3, prior to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles coming in at 5’2, (and Gimli even shorter) – but Damian Wayne (Robin) is only 5’4. Goku isn’t that tall either, though, standing only 5’7, with Miles Morales only an inch above him.
One Punch Man falls in at 5’9 right there with Ryu, Nightwing at 5’10, and then Spider-Man, Daredevil, and Green Arrow coming in around 5’11 and Beast joining them.
We’ve had Superman and Eddie Brock’s Venom at 6’3, and Captain America, Scorpion and Batman at 6’2, and Carnage at 6’1. Thor and Cyborg are towering over them at 6’6, Thanos and King right there with them at 6’7, Bane at 6’8, and Deathstroke right below at 6’5, and Black Manta at 6’4.
Ronan and Sagat are 7’5, and Doomsday came in at 8’10, and I doubt any characters are touching that anytime soon.
But, don’t worry if you’re not the same height or weight range.
We write these routines to be utilized by anyone and everyone.

Tadaomi Karasuma Diet and Nutrition
**Keep in mind: this section will be nearly identical for each hero.**
Every hero needs to still have a good diet.
Unfortunately we can train like them, but I don’t think any of us are suddenly getting their powers, or the ability to magically stop caring about nutrition.
You can’t out train your diet, so I want to still give some pillars for nutrition.
You can start by checking out The Nutrition Pillars on the site, but I’ll break down some more information for you guys as well.
Guys like Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Tom Hopper, Benedict Cumberbatch and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting (something I use daily as well), Ariana Grande, Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
It’s all about sustainability.
AND, there are a thousand different ways to reach your goals, so finding the most sustainable way is what’s important.
Which is why our Academy utilizes multiple different Nutrition Classes (Greek Gods, Vikings, Spartans, Hunter Gatherers, Monks, Samurais, Minimalists, SuperHumans) to allow people to choose what is right for YOU!
Curious where over a hundred celebs fall in their dietary choices ranging from High Protein and Keto to Vegetarian, Vegan and Intermittent Fasting? Want exclusive celeb meal plans? Check this out.

Tadaomi Karasuma Routine Research
We’ve made it to “the fun part”.
And, if you don’t know by now, I say that every single time we get to the workout routine research section for character workouts.
To learn more about Tadaomi Karasuma we’ll be pulling right from his Wiki Fandom page which starts us off with this:
Tadaomi Karasuma is an agent sent from Japan’s Ministry of Defense to supervise Korosensei. In Kunugigaoka Junior High School, he was admitted as an assistant teacher and as the physical education teacher in Class 3-E.
This doesn’t tell us all that much that can translate to a workout routine, but when we move down into his abilities we learn just who we’re dealing with here.
Here’s how they start us off:
Karasuma has monstrous physical ability, almost counted as inhuman, and can go toe-to-toe with the 2nd God of Death himself. Because of such abilities, he can teach his skills to 3-E to assist their mission in assassinating Korosensei. Behind his calm demeanor, he desires to fight, as shown when he rarely smiles because he is on the offensive, be it hunting down the class in a game of cops and robbers or battling the God of Death. As revealed by Korosensei, the true reason for his strength is the “deep rage hidden in his heart”, but the meaning behind this statement is unknown. He’s widely considered the strongest human alive by both allies and foes alike.
Oh yeah, we have our work cut out for us.
They even move on to discuss a few more specific abilities, although there is only one or two that help us more than what we already know:
- Master Hand-to Hand Combatant: Karasuma is at the peak of his physical ability, being able to combat armed amateurs, his former comrade, and even the God of Death.
- Expert Weapons Specialist: Karasuma is well-versed in numerous weapons, from melee to ranged weapons, he is able to use it to the fullest, even against powerful enemies.
- Endurance: Karasuma has immense endurance, able to withstand a gas potent enough to bring down an elephant and could recover from its effects faster than its intended time.
- Intimidation: Although used only once, since he doesn’t normally smile, his smile often frightens those who have never seen it before, including Class 3-E, Korosensei and Irina. His smile was even able to tame trained Doberman Dogs, making them submit without any resistance.
The main point that we need to consider here is his “monstrous physical ability, almost counted as inhuman” and “widely considered the strongest human alive”.
Which means we’re going to need to get STRONG, but also stay nimble, agile and work on our endurance as well.
So the goals for our Tadaomi Karasuma Inspired Workout are:
- Karasuma’s Peak Physical Abilities
- Karasuma’s Immense Strength and Endurance
- Karasuma’s Muscular Shredded Physique
In order to accomplish our goals of building tons of strength while also working on our endurance, but most importantly also staying lean, nimble and agile with a muscular but still somewhat slim assassin-fighter physique we’ll be using a full body training split.
This will also make it easy to program at an intermediate level while still enabling beginners to be able to scale down as needed and jump right in.
Check out all The SHJ Programs and start unleashing your inner SuperHuman.
