It’s about time we got Senior Manager Kim into our Lookism Inspired Workouts.
Manager Kim came in at number six among our strongest Lookism characters, and an argument could have even been made to put him into the top five.
Senior Manager Kim is in both Lookism and also in the spin-off Manager Kim, and, as we’ll discuss below, he is an extremely powerful character.
This one will be built around bodyweight training and ending up inside our calisthenics workouts but it’s going to be extremely intense.
Senior Manager Kim Stats:
Real Name: Manager Kim, Mr. Kim, Sergeant Kim
Height: 5’9
Weight: N/A
Anime/Manga: Lookism / Manager Kim
Powers: No
Manager Kim is just above average height among male anime characters, but he would be considered below average if compared to male celebrities and superheroes.
He’s far off from being a behemoth among our character within the Anime Workouts Database, but he does slightly move that average height up.
Wolverine was the shortest spot among comic characters we’ve seen at 5’3, prior to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles coming in at 5’2, (and Gimli even shorter) – but Damian Wayne (Robin) is only 5’4. Goku isn’t that tall either, though, standing only 5’7, with Miles Morales only an inch above him.
One Punch Man falls in at 5’9 right there with Ryu, Nightwing at 5’10, and then Spider-Man, Daredevil, and Green Arrow coming in around 5’11 and Beast joining them.
We’ve had Superman and Eddie Brock’s Venom at 6’3, and Captain America, Scorpion and Batman at 6’2, and Carnage at 6’1. Thor and Cyborg are towering over them at 6’6, Thanos and King right there with them at 6’7, Bane at 6’8, and Deathstroke right below at 6’5, and Black Manta at 6’4.
Ronan and Sagat are 7’5, and Doomsday came in at 8’10, and I doubt any characters are touching that anytime soon.
But, don’t worry if you’re not the same height or weight range.
We write these routines to be utilized by anyone and everyone.

Senior Manager Kim Diet and Nutrition
**Keep in mind: this section will be nearly identical for each hero.**
Every hero needs to still have a good diet.
Unfortunately we can train like them, but I don’t think any of us are suddenly getting their powers, or the ability to magically stop caring about nutrition.
You can’t out train your diet, so I want to still give some pillars for nutrition.
You can start by checking out The Nutrition Pillars on the site, but I’ll break down some more information for you guys as well.
Guys like Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Tom Hopper, Benedict Cumberbatch and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting (something I use daily as well), Ariana Grande, Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
It’s all about sustainability.
AND, there are a thousand different ways to reach your goals, so finding the most sustainable way is what’s important.
Which is why our Academy utilizes multiple different Nutrition Classes (Greek Gods, Vikings, Spartans, Hunter Gatherers, Monks, Samurais, Minimalists, SuperHumans) to allow people to choose what is right for YOU!
Curious where over a hundred celebs fall in their dietary choices ranging from High Protein and Keto to Vegetarian, Vegan and Intermittent Fasting? Want exclusive celeb meal plans? Check this out.

Senior Manager Kim Workout Routine Research
We’ve made it to “the fun part”.
And, if you don’t know by now, I say that every single time we get to the workout routine research section for character workouts.
To learn more about Senior Manager Kim we’ll be pulling right from his Wiki Fandom page starting with his brief bio here:
Senior Manager Kim is a member of the White Tiger Job Centre, currently employed by Tom Lee. He was contracted to Workers before being pulled out. He is the protagonist of his own spinoff manhwa, titled Manager Kim.
We just saw Tom Lee before this, which is a nice double whammy for this week, and although this doesn’t necessarily help us build a routine at all – it does give us some solid background information to move forward with our research.
I also want to discuss his appearance section because he looks much different in Lookism compared to the spin-off Manager Kim webcomic.
Here’s how they break it down:
Senior Manager Kim at first appears to be an average Korean man of unknown height and black hair. Although he appears old in Lookism, he is shown to be extremely fit and muscular in his own manhwa, Manager Kim. He has numerous bullet wounds and cuts around his body from his time serving in the South Korean Special Forces. When he is angry, excessive veins emerge from his body and his eyes become bloodshot.
For this one we’re actually going to be training to get shredded like Mr. Kim in his younger years.
That’s one of the reasons I mentioned above that this routine is going to be extremely intense.
Here’s what they tell us about his fighting abilities:
Manager Kim’s fighting style is CQC (Close Quarter Combat), a modern and realistic self-defense system that combines many different martial arts, military and police tactics. CQC consists of strikes, kicks, takedowns, joint locks, weapon defense ground fighting and more.
Manager Kim most likely learned CQC within the military as part of his training, likely using it many times to kill or subdue enemy combatants.
We’ve even had US Marines utilize our 90 Day Programs within our Plus Ultra membership (specifically Assassin Calisthenics and Superhuman System), so we’re going to be modeling some of our training off of those systems being that Manager Kim has also had military style training.
The goals for our Senior Manager Kim Inspired Workout are:
- Senior Manager Kim’s Shredded Muscular Aesthetic
- Senior Manager Kim’s Immense Strength and Speed
- Senior Manager Kim’s Fighter Endurance and Military Training
This one is going to be built around an intermediate to advanced level, but you guys can also start with one of our Beginner Workouts, which would likely be best to start with The Beginner Ninja Workout) and then work your way into this one, or one of the other calisthenics workouts we have within our databases.
Check out all The SHJ Programs and start unleashing your inner SuperHuman.

Want To Upgrade This Workout?
The Superhero Academy now comes with an Upgrade Your Workout Tool that allows Academy members to turn any SHJ workout into a 4-8 week fully planned regime detailing exact weights to lift and including reverse & traditional pyramid training, straight sets, super sets, progressive overload and more.

Not sure if he is next, I base it on popularity among requests of subscribed emails (request form in the footer of the site), but his routine will be calisthenics when it come (though I don’t based calisthenics or weight training on the requests I base it on the physique and what makes the most sense for the character).
When are you going to post more lookism workouts?
Depends on the request, but we currently have enough to last someone over a year if you run them for a month or more each lol
