You guys are loving the characters from Viral Hit, so we’re going to keep them coming.
We have so requests for characters coming in so quickly that I actually already went ahead and created our Viral Hit Workouts Database to continue to grow as we bring in more each week.
So far all of our workouts for Viral Hit characters have landed in our calisthenics workouts, but most of our SHJ Army seem to be pretty happy about that.
Oh, and just to be clear, our Seongjun Baek will also revolve around bodyweight training to achieve his shredded physique and abilities.
Seongjun Baek Stats:
Real Name: Seongjun Baek
Height: 6’3
Weight: 189 lbs.
Anime: Viral Hit
Powers: No
Seongjun Baek is actually pretty dang tall compared to male anime characters we’ve seen inside our Anime Workouts Database.
That said, he is about three inches or so off what we’d consider a behemoth among them.
Wolverine was the shortest spot among comic characters we’ve seen at 5’3, prior to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles coming in at 5’2, (and Gimli even shorter) – but Damian Wayne (Robin) is only 5’4. Goku isn’t that tall either, though, standing only 5’7, with Miles Morales only an inch above him.
One Punch Man falls in at 5’9 right there with Ryu, Nightwing at 5’10, and then Spider-Man, Daredevil, and Green Arrow coming in around 5’11 and Beast joining them.
We’ve had Superman and Eddie Brock’s Venom at 6’3, and Captain America, Scorpion and Batman at 6’2, and Carnage at 6’1. Thor and Cyborg are towering over them at 6’6, Thanos and King right there with them at 6’7, Bane at 6’8, and Deathstroke right below at 6’5, and Black Manta at 6’4.
Ronan and Sagat are 7’5, and Doomsday came in at 8’10, and I doubt any characters are touching that anytime soon.
But, don’t worry if you’re not the same height or weight range.
We write these routines to be utilized by anyone and everyone.

Seongjun Baek Diet and Nutrition
**Keep in mind: this section will be nearly identical for each hero.**
Every hero needs to still have a good diet.
Unfortunately we can train like them, but I don’t think any of us are suddenly getting their powers, or the ability to magically stop caring about nutrition.
You can’t out train your diet, so I want to still give some pillars for nutrition.
You can start by checking out The Nutrition Pillars on the site, but I’ll break down some more information for you guys as well.
Guys like Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Tom Hopper, Benedict Cumberbatch and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting (something I use daily as well), Ariana Grande, Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
It’s all about sustainability.
AND, there are a thousand different ways to reach your goals, so finding the most sustainable way is what’s important.
Which is why our Academy utilizes multiple different Nutrition Classes (Greek Gods, Vikings, Spartans, Hunter Gatherers, Monks, Samurais, Minimalists, SuperHumans) to allow people to choose what is right for YOU!
Curious where over a hundred celebs fall in their dietary choices ranging from High Protein and Keto to Vegetarian, Vegan and Intermittent Fasting? Want exclusive celeb meal plans? Check this out.

Seongjun Baek Workout Routine Research
We’ve made it to “the fun part”.
And, if you don’t know by now, I say that every single time we get to the workout routine research section for character workouts.
To learn more about Seongjun Baek I’m going to be pulling right from his Wiki Fandom page, starting with his bio section here:
Baek Seongjun is a main antagonist of How to Fight/Viral Hit. He is a widely known cooking NewTuber who had starred in many television shows and made Japanese cuisine immensely popular in South Korea with his restaraunt Omakase June. He was the president of XJ Company, a Company recruiting NewTube content creators with the motive of using them for money laundering. Before starting his career as a Newtuber in Seoul, South Korea, he used to reside in Tokyo, Japan, where he became the leader of the Blue Dragon Train of Kantō which later integrated with the Kawaguchi Clan. As a Yakuza, he earned the nickname Waraioni.
From there I do want to share a bit about his appearance section as well considering that is going to play a large role in the way we build out our workout routine.
Here’s how they break down Seongjun Baek’s appearance:
Baek Seongjun has a tall, muscular build, and also cauliflower ears, seemingly as a result of the training and fighting he has been through. He is noted to be very good looking, having blue eyes with long eyelashes, thin arched eyebrows and slightly tinted lips.
He has dark blue hair that reaches below his chin, which is tied at the back in a half bun, with a few side fringes. After getting exposed by Yoo Hobin for his lies and the illegal activities he was involved in, Seongjun ended up cutting his long hair in order to appease his subscribers. He is currently donning the short undercut hairstyle he had before.
We’re not going to be focused on Baek’s cauliflower ear or tattoos, but we are going to focus on the muscular build that is extremely obvious.
Next up we’re going to be taking a look at Seongjun Baek’s fighting prowess, which is the section we’re used to calling “powers and abilities”.
We’ll skip the actual specific techniques he uses considering they won’t be a factor in our training, but here’s how they break down his abilities:
Living a harsh life ever since he was born turned him into a ruthless and proficient fighter who wouldn’t shy away from using underhanded tactics to win fights. Seongjun says that he does not like combat sports, because they teach people rules that are useless in the real world and restrict them. Based on his experiences, he believes that the point of fighting is to kill. Back when he was working with the Yakuza, he was said to have a talent for killing, sometimes even facing large groups of people and getting through them with stab wounds like it was nothing.
His fighting style is primarily focused on effectiveness, ignoring honor and basic morals. This means that Seongjun does not think twice before attacking vulnerable spots like the eyes and crotch, which is commonly considered cowardly to do. His fighting style incorporates practical environment use, often using the nearest object and weaponizing it.
Seongjun has an impressive amount of strength, endurance and stamina, going through individual fights with martial artists, and then going against a large group of armed mercenaries, ruthlessly killing them with a metallic pipe, while being covered in multiple stab wounds.
We see here that we’re definitely going to have to focus on our strength, endurance and stamina as well as our core strength and body control which we know is huge when training around fighters.
That means the goals for our Seongjun Baek Inspired Workout are:
- Seongjun Baek’s Shredded Muscular Physique
- Seongjun Baek’s Strength and Endurance
- Seonjun Baek’s Fighter Speed and Core Strength
Seongjun Baek’s physique is very aesthetic, coming in shredded and muscular, but also slim like a fighter’s build and not too bulky and jacked.
That said, we will be focused on progressive overload to build strength and muscle, but this will be paired with intensity and endurance work to make it an extremely well rounded routine.
This one will also be a bit high in volume and intensity, so if you’re a beginner I recommend starting with one of our Beginner Workouts, the best options being either our Beginner Ninja Workout or our Beginner Speedster Workout.

Seongjun Baek Workout Routine
Training Volume:
3-5 days per week
For this one we’re going to be using our tri-set calisthenics training 3 days a week with a fighter warm up and a Kawaguchi Clan Circuit Test made just for Seongjun Baek so we can put our training to the test. It’s super high volume, but if you’re looking to train like a fighter then this test is for you, and the intensity of the calisthenics training should get you there, so keep trying to improve on your scores each week.
