It’s time to bring in another character into our Blue Lock Inspired Workouts Database.
And this time we’re adding Chris Prince.
The Blue Lock Database quickly grew, becoming one of the most popular inside the entire Anime Workouts Database VERY quickly, and we continue getting more and more requests for characters weekly.
But Chris Prince was at the top of the list, and there was no denying he was the one who needed to take priority.
For this one we’re actually going to be training with weights, so if you were hoping for a bodyweight workout you’ll want to hop into Calisthenics Workouts, or sort the Blue Lock Database by calisthenics.
Chris Prince Stats:
Real Name: Chris Prince
Height: N/A (Fan Guesstimate 6’2)
Weight: N/A
Anime: Blue Lock
Powers: No
Chris Prince is actually fairly tall, but I don’t have an exact height and weight for him, other than a fan guesstimate.
That said, he is a handful of inches off what we’d consider a behemoth compared to our other male anime characters.
Wolverine was the shortest spot among comic characters we’ve seen at 5’3, prior to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles coming in at 5’2, (and Gimli even shorter) – but Damian Wayne (Robin) is only 5’4. Goku isn’t that tall either, though, standing only 5’7, with Miles Morales only an inch above him.
One Punch Man falls in at 5’9 right there with Ryu, Nightwing at 5’10, and then Spider-Man, Daredevil, and Green Arrow coming in around 5’11 and Beast joining them.
We’ve had Superman and Eddie Brock’s Venom at 6’3, and Captain America, Scorpion and Batman at 6’2, and Carnage at 6’1. Thor and Cyborg are towering over them at 6’6, Thanos and King right there with them at 6’7, Bane at 6’8, and Deathstroke right below at 6’5, and Black Manta at 6’4.
Ronan and Sagat are 7’5, and Doomsday came in at 8’10, and I doubt any characters are touching that anytime soon.
But, don’t worry if you’re not the same height or weight range.
We write these routines to be utilized by anyone and everyone.

Chris Prince Diet and Nutrition
**Keep in mind: this section will be nearly identical for each hero.**
Every hero needs to still have a good diet.
Unfortunately we can train like them, but I don’t think any of us are suddenly getting their powers, or the ability to magically stop caring about nutrition.
You can’t out train your diet, so I want to still give some pillars for nutrition.
You can start by checking out The Nutrition Pillars on the site, but I’ll break down some more information for you guys as well.
Guys like Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Tom Hopper, Benedict Cumberbatch and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting (something I use daily as well), Ariana Grande, Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
It’s all about sustainability.
AND, there are a thousand different ways to reach your goals, so finding the most sustainable way is what’s important.
Which is why our Academy utilizes multiple different Nutrition Classes (Greek Gods, Vikings, Spartans, Hunter Gatherers, Monks, Samurais, Minimalists, SuperHumans) to allow people to choose what is right for YOU!
Curious where over a hundred celebs fall in their dietary choices ranging from High Protein and Keto to Vegetarian, Vegan and Intermittent Fasting? Want exclusive celeb meal plans? Check this out.

Chris Prince Workout Routine Research
We’ve made it to “the fun part”.
And, if you don’t know by now, I say that every single time we get to the workout routine research section for character workouts.
To learn more about Chris Prince I’ll be pulling right from his Wiki Fandom page, starting with his bio section here:
Chris Prince is a professional footballer who plays as a forward for Manshine City. He is considered to be just behind Noel Noa in terms of ability. He arrives at Blue Lock during the Neo Egoist League as the master striker/coach of the England stratum.
We can get a pretty good idea right off the bat at how skilled a player we’re dealing with here.
From there we also can share a bit about his appearance section, which will also be a big factor for our workout:
Chris has long blonde hair and blue eyes. He is quite tall, being taller than Yukimiya, and is also considered handsome. Chris is also extremely muscular, and is said to have the perfect physicality.
“The perfect physicality”, and extremely muscular.
So be ready to work hard to achieve that.
When we move onto his abilities we learn a bit more.
Here’s how they break it down for us:
Target Man: Target men are strikers or central forwards that generally have a high degree of physical strength and are usually tall in height. They are able to make space, score goals, or hold up play with the ball waiting for support no matter how much pressure defenders are putting on them. They specialize in taking and controlling the ball in the air or along the ground often from long passes, strength to hold off defenders when receiving long passes and sometimes volleying the ball.
Being a tall player with a perfect physical body and the confidence and awareness to do whatever he wants with it, Chris is able to expertly mark even the best players into a corner, receive the ball in a pressured situation, and still be able to make space for a shot and take one while being pressured by Noel Noa himself and Bastard Munchen’s rationality.
Perfect Physicality: With the personalized training he developed himself in order to strengthen his strongest attributes, Chris acquired a body of high caliber reaching the maximum stats in everything in the parameters of Blue Lock. His physical prowess is so great that during the match against Bastard München he easily kept up with Kaiser even pressuring him when getting serious, something nobody else has done yet.
Knuckle Ball: A move he made to surpass Noel Noa, Chris does a knuckle ball that is so random that neither he or the goal keeper know where the shot will land in.
The perfect physicality is going to play a big role for us here.
The goals for our Chris Prince Inspired Workout are:
- Chris Prince’s Shredded Aesthetic
- Chris Prince’s Perfect Physicality
- Chris Prince’s Strength and Speed
I knew exactly what workout style we were going to be using as soon as I saw Chris Prince, and it involves a ton of volume, and training like one of the best athletes in the entire world.
Which means you better be ready to work hard.
If not, you can start with any of our Beginner Workouts, all of them being capable of scaling you up to the amount of volume you need for this one (and two of them being built around calisthenics, if you need that option to get started).
