Victor is going to be our fifth character landing inside our Anime Workouts Database from Undead Unluck, and I have more requests coming in from you guys for other characters.
So you know what that means…
We’re on our way to having enough characters to have a full workout booklet – and for the time being I put together our Undead Unluck Inspired Workouts mini-database for you guys to find all of the characters.
We’ve had a pretty good mix of both weight training and calisthenics workouts so far, but Victor is going to be (if it’s not obvious) training with weights!
Victor Stats:
Real Name: Victor
Height: 6’2
Weight: N/A
Anime: Undead Unluck
Powers: Yes
Victor is tall, especially compared to most male anime characters we’ve seen at SHJ thus far.
But he does miss being considered a behemoth among them by about 4 inches.
Wolverine was the shortest spot among comic characters we’ve seen at 5’3, prior to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles coming in at 5’2, (and Gimli even shorter) – but Damian Wayne (Robin) is only 5’4. Goku isn’t that tall either, though, standing only 5’7, with Miles Morales only an inch above him.
One Punch Man falls in at 5’9 right there with Ryu, Nightwing at 5’10, and then Spider-Man, Daredevil, and Green Arrow coming in around 5’11 and Beast joining them.
We’ve had Superman and Eddie Brock’s Venom at 6’3, and Captain America, Scorpion and Batman at 6’2, and Carnage at 6’1. Thor and Cyborg are towering over them at 6’6, Thanos and King right there with them at 6’7, Bane at 6’8, and Deathstroke right below at 6’5, and Black Manta at 6’4.
Ronan and Sagat are 7’5, and Doomsday came in at 8’10, and I doubt any characters are touching that anytime soon.
But, don’t worry if you’re not the same height or weight range.
We write these routines to be utilized by anyone and everyone.

Victor Diet and Nutrition
**Keep in mind: this section will be nearly identical for each hero, unless I mentioned differently (for example someone like Hulk may get something specifically different)**
Every hero needs to still have a good diet.
Unfortunately we can train like them, but I don’t think any of us are suddenly getting their powers, or the ability to magically stop caring about nutrition.
You can’t out train your diet, so I want to still give some pillars for nutrition.
You can start by checking out The Nutrition Pillars on the site, but I’ll break down some more information for you guys as well.
Guys like Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Tom Hopper, Benedict Cumberbatch and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting (something I use daily as well), Ariana Grande, Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
It’s all about sustainability.
AND, there are a thousand different ways to reach your goals, so finding the most sustainable way is what’s important.
Which is why our Academy utilizes multiple different Nutrition Classes (Greek Gods, Vikings, Spartans, Hunter Gatherers, Monks, Samurais, Minimalists, SuperHumans) to allow people to choose what is right for YOU!
Curious where over a hundred celebs fall in their dietary choices ranging from High Protein and Keto to Vegetarian, Vegan and Intermittent Fasting? Want exclusive celeb meal plans? Check this out.

Victor Workout Routine Research
We’ve made it to “the fun part”.
And, if you don’t know by now, I say that every single time we get to the workout routine research section for character workouts.
To learn more about Victor I will be pulling right from his Wiki Fandom page starting with this:
Victor is shrouded in mystery. He claims to be the original personality of Andy. The Union refers to him as Victhor. He is also known by the epithet Divine Conqueror. He served as a major antagonist near the end of the Spoil Arc to the Autumn Arc before abandoning his quest to kill the Union’s leader, Juiz, as well as Fuuko.
This doesn’t tell us much about how we’ll be training (or what we need to build our workout around), but we have a lot more to cover.
If not obvious, I do want to still share this section about his appearance:
Victor looks like Andy but with longer black hair, more scars, and bulging muscles.
We’ll be focusing on the bulging muscles for this one.
When we move down into his abilities section we learn a lot more:
Undead: Victor can negate death allowing him to regenerate at high speed from any lethal injury. He has more control over it then Andy as he can choose where he regenerates and create multiple pseudo-clones out of regenerated pieces of severed flesh. The strength of Victor’s regeneration is so great that he can effortlessly burst out of a containment sphere that was originally meant to imprison Andy’s head.
High Pain Tolerance: Victor even regenerating can still feel pain, but he has great resistance to pain, not even caring about getting hurt or self-injuring himself, neither shows reaction when fatally injured or dismembered nor caring about the pain.
Without Limiter: Victor has strength and speed beyond human limits, ignoring the natural limiter that the human body has for self-preservation, with his blows having so much force that they break his limbs upon contact but thanks to his rapid regeneration he recovers instantly.
The main focus of this one is going to be Victor’s physical appearance, but we will also be building around his fighting/swordsmanship abilities as well.
That means the main goals for our Victor Inspired Workout are:
- Victor’s Muscular Shredded Aesthetic
- Victor’s Strength and Speed
- Victor’s Endurance and Mobility
We’ll be using a similar split to how we trained for Andy (for obvious reasons), but I will be switching it up for you to make it a fun shift to Victor.
There will be a bit more intensity, so you can also start with our Beginner Behemoth Workout, then level up to our Andy Workout and then level up to this one.
