Our Blue Lock Inspired Workouts Database continues to grow, and we’re finally getting Julian Loki among our other characters.
Although I wanted to build this one out with weight training, you guys insisted that Julian end up inside our Calisthenics Workouts – so that’s what we’re doing!
We’ll still be aiming for speed and his overall aesthetic (among other abilities), but we’ll be doing it with bodyweight training.
And who knows; if you guys like it enough Julian may be one of the handful of characters that gets a second variation of his training inside our database.
Julian Loki Stats:
Real Name: Julian Loki
Height: N/A
Weight: N/A
Anime: Blue Lock
Powers: Yes
We don’t have an exact height and weight for Julian, but that’s okay considering what we’re going to be basing this one on.
His skills, and overall appearance!
Wolverine was the shortest spot among comic characters we’ve seen at 5’3, prior to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles coming in at 5’2, (and Gimli even shorter) – but Damian Wayne (Robin) is only 5’4. Goku isn’t that tall either, though, standing only 5’7, with Miles Morales only an inch above him.
One Punch Man falls in at 5’9 right there with Ryu, Nightwing at 5’10, and then Spider-Man, Daredevil, and Green Arrow coming in around 5’11 and Beast joining them.
We’ve had Superman and Eddie Brock’s Venom at 6’3, and Captain America, Scorpion and Batman at 6’2, and Carnage at 6’1. Thor and Cyborg are towering over them at 6’6, Thanos and King right there with them at 6’7, Bane at 6’8, and Deathstroke right below at 6’5, and Black Manta at 6’4.
Ronan and Sagat are 7’5, and Doomsday came in at 8’10, and I doubt any characters are touching that anytime soon.
But, don’t worry if you’re not the same height or weight range.
We write these routines to be utilized by anyone and everyone.

Julian Loki Diet and Nutrition
**Keep in mind: this section will be nearly identical for each hero.**
Every hero needs to still have a good diet.
Unfortunately we can train like them, but I don’t think any of us are suddenly getting their powers, or the ability to magically stop caring about nutrition.
You can’t out train your diet, so I want to still give some pillars for nutrition.
You can start by checking out The Nutrition Pillars on the site, but I’ll break down some more information for you guys as well.
Guys like Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Tom Hopper, Benedict Cumberbatch and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting (something I use daily as well), Ariana Grande, Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
It’s all about sustainability.
AND, there are a thousand different ways to reach your goals, so finding the most sustainable way is what’s important.
Which is why our Academy utilizes multiple different Nutrition Classes (Greek Gods, Vikings, Spartans, Hunter Gatherers, Monks, Samurais, Minimalists, SuperHumans) to allow people to choose what is right for YOU!
Curious where over a hundred celebs fall in their dietary choices ranging from High Protein and Keto to Vegetarian, Vegan and Intermittent Fasting? Want exclusive celeb meal plans? Check this out.

Julian Loki Workout Routine Research
We’ve made it to “the fun part”.
And, if you don’t know by now, I say that every single time we get to the workout routine research section for character workouts.
To learn more about Julian Loki we’ll be pulling right from his Wiki Fandom page starting with this brief bio section:
Julian Loki is a young French prodigy football player, who is a member of Paris X Gen and the France National Team regarded as a supernova in the French league.
Introduced during Third Selection, as a member of Team World 5, he is initially at Blue Lock to analyze and rate the last string of Blue Lock players. He later returns to help train Blue Lock and participate in the Neo Egoist League as the master striker/coach of the France Stratum, all in order to train his protégé, Charles Chevalier into becoming his personal passer so they may become the best in the world together.
As we’re used to by now with our Blue Lock characters, it doesn’t give us that much to build on – but just enough to know what we’re dealing with.
I also want to note that Julian’s alias is also “The God Sprinter” and they list his weapons as “Godspeed” and “Agility”.
Which should give you an idea of what we’re building this one around.
When we move down to the rest of his abilities, they give us this breakdown:
- Professional Football Technique: Julian is considered one of the best strikers in the world, being handpicked by Ego to play as one of the World Select. Despite only being 17, he is already a rising star and is considered a prodigy in the world of football, having been selected for France’s National Team already and playing professional-level football in the French League. His skill was demonstrated in the Third Selection, where he was able to easily bypass the First Clear Team’s defense, scoring on Team Blue Lock with little effort.
- Explosive Speed: Loki’s speed is his defining weapon, being able to explosively take off from a neutral position and reach top speed very quickly. This speed is so devastating that Isagi had no chance to react despite Loki being directly in front of him. In addition to this acceleration, he has the endurance to maintain this speed for an extended duration. Since Julian can angle his dribble, he is able to dribble as wide as his stride, which combined with his speed makes him almost impossible to react to or stop. His speed is by far the best in Blue Lock, far surpassing that of Hyoma Chigiri, Ryusei Shido, and Zantetsu Tsurugi, as he was able to effortlessly overcome all of the Cleared One Team by his lonesome.
- Godspeed: When Loki is confronted with someone who can read his direction, he is able to shift into an even higher gear of speed to burst past them before they can stop him. He used this to completely evade Rin when he was intercepted.
Again, it makes it pretty clear what we’re dealing with here.
The goals for our Julian Loki Inspired Workout are going to be:
- Julian Loki’s Slim and Toned Aesthetic
- Julian Loki’s Explosive Speed (Godspeed)
- Julian Loki’s Incredible Endurance
This one definitely won’t be good for beginners.
But the good news is you can start with one of our other Beginner Workouts, the best being The Beginner Speedster, and then work your way up to this one when you’re ready.
