The next jacked character we’re bringing in from League of Legends (and have within our Riot Games Inspired Workouts) is none other than the Noxus leader: Darius!
It’s a dang crime that we haven’t had him on the site just yet…
But we’re fixing that today; with a lot of weights!
Which also means if you’re looking for a bodyweight workout you’ll want to head into the Calisthenics Workouts Database and choose from there.
Because for this one we’re getting BIG!

Darius is massive.
He even makes it in right around what we’d consider a behemoth among our Anime Workouts Database as well!
Wolverineย was the shortest spot among comic characters weโve seen at 5โ3, prior to theย Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtlesย coming in at 5โ2, (andย Gimliย even shorter) โ butย Damian Wayneย (Robin) is only 5โ4.ย ย Gokuย isnโt that tall either, though, standing only 5โ7, withย Miles Moralesย only an inch above him.
One Punch Manย falls in at 5โ9 right there withย Ryu,ย Nightwingย at 5โ10, and thenย Spider-Man,ย Daredevil, andย Green Arrowย coming in around 5โ11 andย Beastย joining them.
Weโve hadย Supermanย and Eddie Brockโsย Venomย at 6โ3, andย Captain America,ย Scorpionย andย Batmanย at 6โ2, and Carnage at 6โ1.ย Thorย andย Cyborgย are towering over them at 6โ6,ย Thanosย andย Kingย right there with them at 6โ7,ย Baneย at 6โ8, andย Deathstrokeย right below at 6โ5, andย Black Mantaย at 6โ4.

Darius Diet and Nutrition
**Keep in mind: this section will be nearly identical for each hero.**
Every hero needs to still have a good diet.
Unfortunately we can train like them, but I donโt think any of us are suddenly getting their powers, or the ability to magically stop caring about nutrition.
You canโt out train your diet, so I want to still give some pillars for nutrition.

Darius Inspired Workout Routine Research
Weโve made it to โthe fun partโ.
And, if you donโt know by now, I say that every single time we get to the workout routine research section for character workouts.
To learn more about Darius we’ll be pulling right from his Wiki Fandom and some other sources, starting with his bio section here:
There is no greater symbol of Noxian might than
, the nation’s most feared and battle-hardened leader. Rising from humble origins to become the Hand of Noxus, he cleaves through the empire’s enemiesโmany of them Noxians themselves. Knowing that he never doubts his cause is just, and never hesitates once his axe is raised, those who stand against the commander of the Trifarian Legion can expect no mercy.
Since a lot of our workout will also be built around his physique I’ll also be including what they tell us for his appearance section.
Although it might be obvious, it’s always good to have extra information:
Darius is a large, bulky man with a serious, intense face and middle-aged features. He has fair skin and swept-back black hair with a white streak. His eyes are variously portrayed as either red, green or gray. He also has a long, straight scar over his left eye.
It doesn’t give us THAT much information, but his Wiki even includes some information about his abilities.
Here’s how they break it down:
:ย Through his countless battles within the Noxian campaigns, Darius became very adept at using his battle axe in combat. He became so feared that he would make cities surrender by the mere sight of his banners as well as grant him the miltary title of Hand of Noxus.
Extreme Resilience:ย From a young age, Darius exhibited remarkable resilience to injury and pain. His body bears the visible scars of numerous battles, a testament to his enduring strength. Born an urchin inย Basilichย and the elder brother toย
, Darius had to fight not only to survive but also to provide for his sibling. This innate toughness became even more apparent during his military campaigns.Charisma:ย Darius is very charismatic in the eyes of the Noxian troops. After a general ordered a retreat, Darius saw him as a coward and beheaded him out of defiance, rallying the fearful troops and securing a victory. He is also known to accept anyone who is willing and able to fight for their ideals, no matter the cost.
This helps a bit, but we really already know what we’re dealing with for this one.

This one will be around intermediate to advanced fitness level; but you should be able to scale down fairly easily by cutting some movements and/or dropping the weight.
