Jack The Ripper might be the fourth round rep, but he’s coming in as our seventh member within our Record of Ragnarok Inspired Workouts.
The next addition was between Jack The Ripper and Kojiro Sasaki, but Jack felt the most fitting considering we just saw his opponent Heracles last week.
Which also means you can expect to see Kojiro hit the site soon as well.
We’ll learn more about Jack The Ripper below, in our workout research section, but I do really love the idea of having a character come in that we’re training around both stealth-like-assassin tactics while also being insanely strong.
It’s the mix of two areas we normally don’t get combined.
We’ll have our ROR Quiz up when we hit ten characters, but for now Jack The Ripper will grace us within our Anime Workout Placement Quizzes.
Jack The Ripper Stats:
Real Name: Jack The Ripper
Height: N/A
Weight: N/A
Anime: Record Of Ragnarok
Powers: Yes
There is no height and weight listed for Jack The Ripper as a character in ROR, or even the real Jack considering he was never caught.
That said, we do get to see that Jack comes in around average height and build.
Wolverine was the shortest spot among comic characters we’ve seen at 5’3, prior to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles coming in at 5’2, (and Gimli even shorter) – but Damian Wayne (Robin) is only 5’4. Goku isn’t that tall either, though, standing only 5’7, with Miles Morales only an inch above him.
One Punch Man falls in at 5’9 right there with Ryu, Nightwing at 5’10, and then Spider-Man, Daredevil, and Green Arrow coming in around 5’11 and Beast joining them.
We’ve had Superman and Eddie Brock’s Venom at 6’3, and Captain America, Scorpion and Batman at 6’2, and Carnage at 6’1. Thor and Cyborg are towering over them at 6’6, Thanos and King right there with them at 6’7, Bane at 6’8, and Deathstroke right below at 6’5, and Black Manta at 6’4.
Ronan and Sagat are 7’5, and Doomsday came in at 8’10, and I doubt any characters are touching that anytime soon.
But, don’t worry if you’re not the same height or weight range.
We write these routines to be utilized by anyone and everyone.

Jack The Ripper Diet and Nutrition
**Keep in mind: this section will be nearly identical for each hero.**
Every hero needs to still have a good diet.
Unfortunately we can train like them, but I don’t think any of us are suddenly getting their powers, or the ability to magically stop caring about nutrition.
You can’t out train your diet, so I want to still give some pillars for nutrition.
You can start by checking out The Nutrition Pillars on the site, but I’ll break down some more information for you guys as well.
Guys like Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Tom Hopper, Benedict Cumberbatch and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting (something I use daily as well), Ariana Grande, Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
It’s all about sustainability.
AND, there are a thousand different ways to reach your goals, so finding the most sustainable way is what’s important.
Which is why our Academy utilizes multiple different Nutrition Classes (Greek Gods, Vikings, Spartans, Hunter Gatherers, Monks, Samurais, Minimalists, SuperHumans) to allow people to choose what is right for YOU!
Curious where over a hundred celebs fall in their dietary choices ranging from High Protein and Keto to Vegetarian, Vegan and Intermittent Fasting? Want exclusive celeb meal plans? Check this out.

Jack The Ripper Workout Routine Research
We’ve made it to “the fun part”.
And, if you don’t know by now, I say that every single time we get to the workout routine research section for character workouts.
To learn more about Jack The Ripper I’ll be pulling right from his Wiki Fandom page, leading with his brief bio section:
Jack the Ripper is Humanity’s representative in the fourth round of Ragnarok, going up against Heracles.
Jack is a serial killer hailing from late 19th century Britain and is a very important figure in the history of London, being considered “Humanity’s Most Infamous Serial Killer”.
From there we can immediately go on to discuss Jack’s overall abilities.
They start off his powers and abilities section with an overview for us:
Overall Abilities: Jack the Ripper is a master assassin and combatant who prefers to win through genius tactics rather than raw power. In battle, Jack is willing to use any means necessary to take down his prey, using his warped and creative mind to come up with a plan of action so as to kill is targets as efficiently and sadistically as possible. By using any and all items available to him, Jack can adapt effortlessly to his surroundings, quickly setting up complex traps and improvising to fool his opponent even when in the heat of battle.
Right off the bat we know we’ll be working with assassin-like calisthenics and core work for our stealthy mischievous endeavors.
But, as we continue into his abilities section we learn much more:
Godlike Strength: Despite possibly being the weakest of the Einherjar when it comes to physical strength, Jack still is far more powerful than the average human being. He was able to overpower the Valkyrie and demigoddess Hlökk, rip off and throw the clockface of the Big Ben and even briefly trade blows with the likes of Heracles.
Godlike Speed & Reflexes: Being an expert assassin and talented killer, Jack can move at superhuman speeds, although not at the same caliber as individuals like Adam or Kojiro Sasaki. Despite that, he was still able to keep up with the extremely swift attacks from Heracles.
Godlike Durability: Despite being just a mortal, Jack was able to take multiple hits from Heracles, who’s been stated to possess a caliber of strength on par with Zeus himself, and survive, however, he was heavily injured in the process.
Godlike Endurance & Stamina: Jack has displayed incredible endurance and stamina, able to keep up with the God of Fortitude himself without showing any signs of fatigue, even after receiving multiple injuries he was still able to keep fighting.
For this one we’re going to be using a mix of what is almost a calisthenics style routine, but tacks on weight training in the form of full body workouts mixed with the calisthenics, core and cardio we’ll need to be doing to become Jack The Ripper.
It’s also relevant to add some information about Jack’s stealth-like abilities, being that a portion of our routine will be geared to working around them:
Stealth Master: When he was still an active serial killer in London, Jack was able to elude capture and always remain one step ahead, despite the whole of London’s police force searching for him. While fighting Heracles in the fourth round, Jack was able to quickly set up traps and footing beforehand without being seen by the cameras or his opponent.
When he was alive on Earth, Jack killed multiple people without the police ever knowing about them, causing them to never be recorded in the pages of history. He was also capable of approaching Hlökk without her even noticing his presence.
So here are the main priorities of this routine:
- Jack’s Slim and Toned Physique
- Jack’s Stealth-Like Body Control
- Jack’s Strength, Speed & Stamina
Which is why we’ll be using a mixture of weights, calisthenics and cardio to complete this one.
So be ready for a fun mix, and a decent amount of volume – but don’t be afraid to scale as needed.
