The next addition to our Classroom of The Elite Inspired Workouts was actually pretty hard to choose.
So, I left it to our Plus Ultra members who quickly chose Kazuomi as the next male to join our database.
If I’m being honest, I thought it might have been one or two of the other male characters – but I do get why Kazuomi takes a slot above them as one of the fan favorite males after a season or so.
That said, he is also yet another great character for us to build a routine around, so I’m definitely not complaining about it.
He’ll definitely make it that much harder to have a quiz for COTE among our Anime Workout Placement Quizzes.
Kazuomi Hōsen Stats:
Real Name: Kazuomi Hōsen
Height: N/A
Weight: N/A
Anime: Classroom of The Elite
Powers: No
We don’t have a specific height and weight listed for Kazuomi, but he is described as “a tall man” which generally means he’s pushing or over six feet tall when it comes to Wiki standards.
He also is described and shown having a muscular physique, which would have us guessing his weight anywhere from 165 to 195 at that height range.
Wolverine was the shortest spot among comic characters we’ve seen at 5’3, prior to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles coming in at 5’2, (and Gimli even shorter) – but Damian Wayne (Robin) is only 5’4. Goku isn’t that tall either, though, standing only 5’7, with Miles Morales only an inch above him.
One Punch Man falls in at 5’9 right there with Ryu, Nightwing at 5’10, and then Spider-Man, Daredevil, and Green Arrow coming in around 5’11 and Beast joining them.
We’ve had Superman and Eddie Brock’s Venom at 6’3, and Captain America, Scorpion and Batman at 6’2, and Carnage at 6’1. Thor and Cyborg are towering over them at 6’6, Thanos and King right there with them at 6’7, Bane at 6’8, and Deathstroke right below at 6’5, and Black Manta at 6’4.
Ronan and Sagat are 7’5, and Doomsday came in at 8’10, and I doubt any characters are touching that anytime soon.
But, don’t worry if you’re not the same height or weight range.
We write these routines to be utilized by anyone and everyone.

Kazuomi Hōsen Diet and Nutrition
**Keep in mind: this section will be nearly identical for each hero.**
Every hero needs to still have a good diet.
Unfortunately we can train like them, but I don’t think any of us are suddenly getting their powers, or the ability to magically stop caring about nutrition.
You can’t out train your diet, so I want to still give some pillars for nutrition.
You can start by checking out The Nutrition Pillars on the site, but I’ll break down some more information for you guys as well.
Guys like Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Tom Hopper, Benedict Cumberbatch and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting (something I use daily as well), Ariana Grande, Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
It’s all about sustainability.
AND, there are a thousand different ways to reach your goals, so finding the most sustainable way is what’s important.
Which is why our Academy utilizes multiple different Nutrition Classes (Greek Gods, Vikings, Spartans, Hunter Gatherers, Monks, Samurais, Minimalists, SuperHumans) to allow people to choose what is right for YOU!
Curious where over a hundred celebs fall in their dietary choices ranging from High Protein and Keto to Vegetarian, Vegan and Intermittent Fasting? Want exclusive celeb meal plans? Check this out.

Kazuomi Hōsen Routine Research
We’ve made it to “the fun part”.
And, if you don’t know by now, I say that every single time we get to the workout routine research section for character workouts.
We don’t have as much information for Kazuomi as we are used to having for other characters within our Anime Workouts Database, but we’re going to make due with what we have nonetheless.
That said, we’ll be pulling right from his Wiki Fandom, just like we’re used to doing, to use any and all information we can get.
Here’s how they start us off:
Kazuomi Hōsen is one of the first-year students of Advanced Nurturing High School and a student of Class 1-D.
So not much…
BUT, it gets a bit better, albeit not great.
I discussed his height and physique a bit above, but I’ll give you guys the full description of what they tell us about his appearance here as well considering this will also be fairly cosplay oriented, training around his muscular physique as well:
Kazuomi is a tall man with short spiky silver-blonde hair, blue eyes and a rough, muscular physique that can be intimidating to others.
From there they also give a pretty good description of his personality, but we’ll move right into his abilities considering that’s what we’ll be using the most for this one.
Here’s how they break it down for us:
Kazuomi is extremely strong as he was able to easily beat Ken Sudo who is considered one of the strongest 2nd years when it comes to physical strength. Contrary to his appearance and actions Kazuomi also has the high academic ability as his OAA is rated as B+ in the Academic Ability section. As the D-Class leader for the 1st years he leads his class with violence and intelligence much like Kakeru Ryūen.
Now we get a pretty good idea of what we’re going to have to look to accomplish with our workout.
Especially being that we’ve already seen both Ken Sudo and Kakeru Ryuen inside our Classroom Of The Elite Inspired Workouts.
That said, the goals of our Kazuomi Hosen Inspired Workout are:
- Kazuomi’s Immense Strength
- Kazuomi’s Fighter Endurance and Speed
- Kauomi’s Muscular Physique
The top priority for this one is going to be strength and a toned muscular physique, so we’ll be training with weights in a way that does that the most efficient way possible.
You shouldn’t have to scale this one down or start with our Beginner Behemoth Workout being that this one will be fairly beginner friendly, but you always have the option to if you’d like to.

Kazuomi Hōsen Workout Routine
Training Volume:
4+ days per week
Explanation:
The perfect split for Kazuomi is going to be a Bro Split. Not only does it fit his character lore but it works well with the fact that our goals are strength and muscle as well. For that reason we’ll be training 4 days a week revolving around our “big four” lifts, and then I’ll also have 2 days of optional training that you can throw in with one devoted entirely to endurance work and another day devoted to a Class 1-D Circuit Test which you can do weekly, biweekly or monthly.
Want To Upgrade This Workout?
The Superhero Academy now comes with an Upgrade Your Workout Tool that allows Academy members to turn any SHJ workout into a 4-8 week fully planned regime detailing exact weights to lift and including reverse & traditional pyramid training, straight sets, super sets, progressive overload and more.
