We already have all our main characters, including Anya, inside our Spy X Family Inspired Workouts, but now it’s time for Bill Watkins!
I want to make this really clear right off the bat: we are not going to be treating Bill Watkin’s training regime as though it’s that of a 6 year old. We will be training as though Bill is much older – which is what his strength level (and even appearance) is similar to.
If we were training around a 6 year old we definitely wouldn’t be training anything like this, but since we’re training around his strength level instead we’ll be training with weights and looking to prioritize strength and mass.
Bill Watkins Stats:
Real Name: Bill Watkins
Height: N/A
Weight: N/A
Anime: Spy X Family
Powers: No
We don’t have any specific height and weight listed for Bill Watkins but we can have a decent portrayal of what we’re working with.
He definitely wouldn’t be considered a behemoth among our Anime Workouts Database, but if he’s already this big at 6 years old I’m sure he’d make his way into that category when he’s older.
Wolverine was the shortest spot among comic characters we’ve seen at 5’3, prior to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles coming in at 5’2, (and Gimli even shorter) – but Damian Wayne (Robin) is only 5’4. Goku isn’t that tall either, though, standing only 5’7, with Miles Morales only an inch above him.
One Punch Man falls in at 5’9 right there with Ryu, Nightwing at 5’10, and then Spider-Man, Daredevil, and Green Arrow coming in around 5’11 and Beast joining them.
We’ve had Superman and Eddie Brock’s Venom at 6’3, and Captain America, Scorpion and Batman at 6’2, and Carnage at 6’1. Thor and Cyborg are towering over them at 6’6, Thanos and King right there with them at 6’7, Bane at 6’8, and Deathstroke right below at 6’5, and Black Manta at 6’4.
Ronan and Sagat are 7’5, and Doomsday came in at 8’10, and I doubt any characters are touching that anytime soon.
But, don’t worry if you’re not the same height or weight range.
We write these routines to be utilized by anyone and everyone.

Bill Watkins Diet and Nutrition
**Keep in mind: this section will be nearly identical for each hero.**
Every hero needs to still have a good diet.
Unfortunately we can train like them, but I don’t think any of us are suddenly getting their powers, or the ability to magically stop caring about nutrition.
You can’t out train your diet, so I want to still give some pillars for nutrition.
You can start by checking out The Nutrition Pillars on the site, but I’ll break down some more information for you guys as well.
Guys like Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Tom Hopper, Benedict Cumberbatch and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting (something I use daily as well), Ariana Grande, Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
It’s all about sustainability.
AND, there are a thousand different ways to reach your goals, so finding the most sustainable way is what’s important.
Which is why our Academy utilizes multiple different Nutrition Classes (Greek Gods, Vikings, Spartans, Hunter Gatherers, Monks, Samurais, Minimalists, SuperHumans) to allow people to choose what is right for YOU!
Curious where over a hundred celebs fall in their dietary choices ranging from High Protein and Keto to Vegetarian, Vegan and Intermittent Fasting? Want exclusive celeb meal plans? Check this out.

Bill Watkins Workout Routine Research
We’ve made it to “the fun part”.
And, if you don’t know by now, I say that every single time we get to the workout routine research section for character workouts.
To learn more about Bill Watkins I’ll be pulling right from Wiki Fandom starting with a super brief bio section they give here:
Bill Watkins is the son of a major in the national army who attends Eden Academy as part of Wald Hall.
As I mentioned above Bill Watkins’ appearance is not one of a regular six year old. Actually far from it.
That said, here’s how they break down his appearance:
Bill is a young boy who is incredibly tall and muscular for his age. He wears glasses and has short brown hair.
We’re obviously going to be keeping this in mind when we build the routine out, but what we’ll also be utilizing is Bill’s strength.
His Wiki Fandom breaks down his Abilities and Skills section like this:
Strength: Despite only being a child, Bill is incredibly strong after enduring lots of training from his father. He is able to throw a ball with enough force to demolish standard military training targets and even bend a metal lamp post.
Analytical Mind: Bill can make very complicated calculations very quickly after lots of studying. He uses this to his advantage during the inter-class dodgeball match where he is able to eliminate several opponents with a single throw.
We won’t be specifically using the grueling training style that we see him use for dodgeball like we did for Anya when we replicated her training.
Instead we’re going to be building the routine based on a massive physique and incredible strength.
That means the goals for our Bill Watkins Inspired Workout are:
- Bill Watkins’ Massive Aesthetic
- Bill Watkins’ Incredible Strength
- Bill Watkins’ Speed and Intensity
If you’re training specifically for dodgeball, don’t worry – this one will still be helping your throwing strength.
This one shouldn’t be too intense to start with considering we’re going to be building it out with a fairly basic four day split that allows us to split up the lifting volume a bit – but if it seems a bit too much, you also have the option to start with our Beginner Behemoth Workout as well.
