We’re coming back in with another monster, this time joining our Solo Leveling Inspired Workouts.
We started off with two of our Sung Jin Woo Inspired Workouts, because we obviously needed to have a weight training variation AND a calisthenics training variation for him; but now we’re making our way into some more of the insanely strong characters.
Oh, and if it’s not clear right off the bat: we’re going to be training to become Thomas Andre using weights. Heavy lifting. No exceptions for this one.
Thomas Andre is massive, and there’s no way we’re achieving that kind of mass with just bodyweight training.
There’s not enough progressive overload even possible to the Thomas Andre size!
Thomas Andre Stats:
Real Name: Thomas Andre
Height: N/A
Weight: N/A
Anime/Manga: Solo Leveling
Powers: Yes
Thomas Andre is another behemoth landing within our Anime Workouts Database.
We don’t have a specific height range for him, but based on fan guesstimates we’re going to assume he comes in somewhere around 6’4-6’6.
Wolverine was the shortest spot among comic characters we’ve seen at 5’3, prior to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles coming in at 5’2, (and Gimli even shorter) – but Damian Wayne (Robin) is only 5’4. Goku isn’t that tall either, though, standing only 5’7, with Miles Morales only an inch above him.
One Punch Man falls in at 5’9 right there with Ryu, Nightwing at 5’10, and then Spider-Man, Daredevil, and Green Arrow coming in around 5’11 and Beast joining them.
We’ve had Superman and Eddie Brock’s Venom at 6’3, and Captain America, Scorpion and Batman at 6’2, and Carnage at 6’1. Thor and Cyborg are towering over them at 6’6, Thanos and King right there with them at 6’7, Bane at 6’8, and Deathstroke right below at 6’5, and Black Manta at 6’4.
Ronan and Sagat are 7’5, and Doomsday came in at 8’10, and I doubt any characters are touching that anytime soon.
But, don’t worry if you’re not the same height or weight range.
We write these routines to be utilized by anyone and everyone.

Thomas Andre Diet and Nutrition
**Keep in mind: this section will be nearly identical for each hero.**
Every hero needs to still have a good diet.
Unfortunately we can train like them, but I don’t think any of us are suddenly getting their powers, or the ability to magically stop caring about nutrition.
You can’t out train your diet, so I want to still give some pillars for nutrition.
You can start by checking out The Nutrition Pillars on the site, but I’ll break down some more information for you guys as well.
Guys like Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Tom Hopper, Benedict Cumberbatch and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting (something I use daily as well), Ariana Grande, Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
It’s all about sustainability.
AND, there are a thousand different ways to reach your goals, so finding the most sustainable way is what’s important.
Which is why our Academy utilizes multiple different Nutrition Classes (Greek Gods, Vikings, Spartans, Hunter Gatherers, Monks, Samurais, Minimalists, SuperHumans) to allow people to choose what is right for YOU!
Curious where over a hundred celebs fall in their dietary choices ranging from High Protein and Keto to Vegetarian, Vegan and Intermittent Fasting? Want exclusive celeb meal plans? Check this out.

Thomas Andre Workout Routine Research
We’ve made it to “the fun part”.
And, if you don’t know by now, I say that every single time we get to the workout routine research section for character workouts.
To learn more about Thomas Andre I’ll be pulling right from his Wiki Fandom page starting with this:
Thomas Andre is the strongest hunter in America and one of the five National Level Hunters, ranking 1st in the world.
I know eventually we’re going to need to get tons of our Monarchs on the site, so I wanted to make sure we had two of our strongest hunters, and Thomas Andre definitely makes the cut.
When we move into his abilities we can start by discussing his overall abilities before going into more depth with the full breakdown:
As the vessel of a Ruler and a National Level Hunter, Thomas is one of the strongest hunters in the world and his immense power earns him both great fear and respect from his fellow S-Ranks and the American government.
We are clearly dealing with an insanely strong character and will have our work cut out for us upon building our workout.
When we move into his specific abilities we can start with this:
Superhuman Strength: Thomas possesses immense superhuman strength. As a testament to this, he was able to send Jinwoo flying with one punch, bring down buildings just from the wind pressure generated from his attacks, and fight evenly against the Beast Monarch.
Superhuman Durability: Thomas possesses immense superhuman durability and is able to withstand a ridiculous amount of punishment, even from opponents far stronger than himself, without slowing down in combat. He was able to continue fighting against Jinwoo even after the latter broke his arm and threw him through several buildings, and was completely unharmed when the Beast Monarch tried to slash him with his claws.
Superhuman Speed: Thomas possesses immense superhuman speed. He was able to keep up with Jinwoo in their battle and eject himself out of his armor with such speed that the Beast Monarch didn’t notice that he was gone until it was almost too late.
This gives us some more depth to the individual abilities we’ll be looking to work on in our own routine.
Although we have plenty of information already, I also want to finish up the section of Thomas Andre’s abilities here:
Reinforcement: Thomas dramatically buffs both his defense and attack power, covering him from head to toe in golden armor with black horns and giving his hair a glowing flame-like quality. The defense that Thomas gets from this move is so great that Jinwoo bruised his hands from punching him so many times in their fight.
Capture: Thomas telekinetically pulls in objects towards himself. According to Jinwoo, with Reinforcement activated this attack is almost like a black hole in potency and he would would have been sucked in had he not been able to use Ruler’s Authority himself. As a further testament to the sheer might of this attack, it was able to pull Kamish out of the sky.
Collapse: Thomas smashes his fists into the ground, creating a massive shockwave that demolishes anyone unfortunate enough to get caught in its blast radius.
Power Smash: Thomas infuses his mana into a single arm and throws an extremely powerful punch.
None of this really enhances the way we’ll be building our workout, but it does give us a deeper background into Andre’s character as a whole. We like being able to say we did the character justice when giving them their breakdown on the site.
That means the goals for our Thomas Andre Inspired Workout are going to be:
- Thomas Andre’s Insanely Massive Aesthetic
- Thomas Andre’s Superhuman Strength
- Thomas Andre’s Superhuman Speed
If your goal is not to get big and strong, then this probably isn’t the right workout for you.
This one will be for intermediate to advanced lifters – so if you’re looking to work your way up you’ll probably want to start off with our Beginner Behemoth Workout.
If you aren’t even ready to hop into the weights just yet, that’s fine too; you can get started with one of our other Beginner Workouts.
Check out all The SHJ Programs and start unleashing your inner SuperHuman.
