We’re keeping the Undead Unluck characters rolling, this time with Nico Vorgeil coming in.
We have been getting so many characters rolling in so quickly that I even built our Undead Unluck Inspired Workouts mini database for you guys to find all the characters.
This time we’re going to be training with bodyweight training, and Nico will be landing in the Calisthenics Workouts Database – putting our Undead Unluck characters at an even split of calisthenics and weight training.

Nico is right around average height compared to male anime characters we’ve seen inside our Anime Workouts Database.
And he still comes in about 8-9 inches shorter than what we’d consider a behemoth among them.
Vegeta were tied Wolverine for the shortest spot among comic characters we’ve seen at 5’3, prior to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles coming in at 5’2, (and Gimli even shorter) – but Damian Wayne (Robin) is only 5’4. Goku isn’t that tall either, though, standing only 5’7, with Miles Morales only an inch above him.
One Punch Man falls in at 5’9 right there with Ryu, Nightwing at 5’10, and then Spider-Man, Daredevil, and Green Arrow coming in around 5’11 and Beast joining them.
We’ve had Superman and Eddie Brock’s Venom at 6’3, and Captain America, Scorpion and Batman at 6’2, and Carnage at 6’1. Thor and Cyborg are towering over them at 6’6, Thanos and King right there with them at 6’7, Bane at 6’8, and Deathstroke right below at 6’5, and Black Manta at 6’4.
Ronan and Sagat are 7’5, and Doomsday came in at 8’10, and I doubt any characters are touching that anytime soon.
But, don’t worry if you’re not the same height or weight range.

Nico Vorgeil Diet and Nutrition
**Keep in mind: this section will be nearly identical for each hero, unless I mentioned differently (for example someone like Hulk may get something specifically different)**
Every hero needs to still have a good diet.
Unfortunately we can train like them, but I don’t think any of us are suddenly getting their powers, or the ability to magically stop caring about nutrition.
You can’t out train your diet, so I want to still give some pillars for nutrition.
You can start by checking out The Nutrition Pillars on the site, but I’ll break down some more information for you guys as well.
Guys like Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Tom Hopper, Benedict Cumberbatch and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting (something I use daily as well), Ariana Grande, Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
It’s all about sustainability.
AND, there are a thousand different ways to reach your goals, so finding the most sustainable way is what’s important.

Nico Vorgeil Workout Routine Research
We’ve made it to “the fun part”.
And, if you don’t know by now, I say that every single time we get to the workout routine research section for character workouts.
To learn more about Nico Vorgeil we’ll be pulling right from his Wiki Fandom page starting with his bio section:
Nico Vorgeil is former member no. 8 of the Round Table. He was a Negator in the Previous Loop, and acts as Fuuko’s right hand following the start of the 101st Saga.
Which doesn’t tell us much, but we’ll expand on it.
I’m not going to add much about his appearance section, but I do want to make note that the majority of our focus will be revolving around his shredded aesthetic.
That said, we definitely still have to move down to his abilities as well.
Here’s how they break it down:
Unforgettable: Unforgettable negates Nico’s ability to forget any and all information following its manifestation. He is forced to remember everything he learns and experiences, down to the minutest of details, such as the temperature of the room he is in at any given moment, the exact words he speaks and hears in a conversation, to the exact look on someone’s face as they die. While useful in some aspects, since it means he never forgets anything he learns, it also means his mind is constantly being crushed under the memories of all his past experiences.
Fighting Style Replication: Unforgettable allows Nico to replicate fighting styles simply by copying the stances and movements with precise accuracy, allowing him to overcome seasoned fighters like Shen, Mui, and even Andy.
High Intelligence: Nico is the most intelligent member of the Union, having created most of the devices and mechanisms used by the organization over time, being a great inventor.
They also add a bit about his tools that is worth mentioning as well:
Psycho Pods: The Psycho Pods are a multifunctional tool of Nico’s that allow him to perform a variety of tasks. They are capable of levitation, and are powerful enough that Nico can balance himself and move around on a single one. The Psycho Pods can fire laser beams as a projectile, or form invisible barriers between them for containment. They are also capable of linking directly to Nico’s brain and transmitting data to and from the Union’s mainframe. The Psycho Pods are integral to forming Nico’s ultimate weapon, the Astral Dolls, recreating other Union members and copying their abilities.
Not much about what we actually need to rain around, but we’ll make due.

4 days per week of calisthenics and 1-2 days a week of endurance training
Explanation:
For this one we’re going to be utilizing four days of calisthenics training that will be based on hitting fatigue and using progressive overload to focus on hypertrophy and building muscle, but the scaling up will be on you. I won’t be there to tell you went to increase the volume/workload.
