We’ve seen a couple Jujutsu Kaisen inspired workouts thus far at SHJ but the request for more have been flooding in.
It’s safe to say Jujutsu Kaisen is quickly growing to be one of the most popular new anime.
We’ve seen our Satoru Gojo Workout and our Yuji Itadori Workout in our Anime Workouts Database already, but now we’re going to be getting two more this week, and definitely more to come.
Aoi Todo’s Workout is exciting to build by drawing inspiration from his character because he’ll definitely allow us to build around a big physique a lift weight for those of you looking to bulk up in a gym!
But we’ll talk more about that in his workout research section!

Real Name: Aoi Todo
Height: 6’3
Weight: 202 lbs.
Anime: Jujutsu Kaisen
Powers: Yes
Aoi Todo is 6’3 and massive.
Although 6’3 and 202 lbs. might not seem big compared to some characters we’ve seen, he actually has a TON of mass.
Wolverine was the shortest spot among comic characters we’ve seen at 5’3, prior to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles coming in at 5’2, (and Gimli even shorter) – but Damian Wayne (Robin) is only 5’4. Goku isn’t that tall either, though, standing only 5’7, with Miles Morales only an inch above him.
One Punch Man falls in at 5’9 right there with Ryu, Nightwing at 5’10, and then Spider-Man, Daredevil, and Green Arrow coming in around 5’11 and Beast joining them.
We’ve had Superman and Eddie Brock’s Venom at 6’3, and Captain America, Scorpion and Batman at 6’2, and Carnage at 6’1. Thor and Cyborg are towering over them at 6’6, Thanos and King right there with them at 6’7, Bane at 6’8, and Deathstroke right below at 6’5, and Black Manta at 6’4.
Ronan and Sagat are 7’5, and Doomsday came in at 8’10, and I doubt any characters are touching that anytime soon.
But, don’t worry if you’re not the same height or weight range.

Aoi Todo Diet and Nutrition
**Keep in mind: this section will be nearly identical for each hero, unless I mentioned differently (for example someone like Hulk may get something specifically different)**
Every hero needs to still have a good diet.
Unfortunately we can train like them, but I don’t think any of us are suddenly getting their powers, or the ability to magically stop caring about nutrition.
You can’t out train your diet, so I want to still give some pillars for nutrition.
You can start by checking out The Nutrition Pillars on the site, but I’ll break down some more information for you guys as well.
Guys like Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Tom Hopper, Benedict Cumberbatch and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting (something I use daily as well), Ariana Grande, Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
It’s all about sustainability.
AND, there are a thousand different ways to reach your goals, so finding the most sustainable way is what’s important.

Aoi Todo Workout Routine Research
We’ve made it to “the fun part”.
And, if you don’t know by now, I say that every single time we get to the workout routine research section for character workouts.
To start us off for this one we’ll be pulling directly from Aoi Todo’s Wiki Fandom with a very brief bio:
Aoi Todo is a supporting character in the Jujutsu Kaisen series. He is a third-year at Kyoto Jujutsu High School and a Grade 1 sorcerer.
Todo is definitely a character that we’ll not only be building based on his abilities, but also his physique.
Here’s what his Wiki Fandom tells us about his appearance:
Aoi is an extremely eccentric individual who at first appears to be nothing more than a battle-crazed meathead to all his peers. He enjoys posing, showing off his muscles, and the thrill of battle.
Aoi Todo’s Wiki also tells us a TON about his powers and abilities.
Here’s what they say about his overall skill level:
Overall Skill Level: Aoi is an exceptionally powerful sorcerer, undoubtedly one of Jujutsu High’s strongest students. He obtained the rank of a Grade 1 jujutsu sorcerer as a student despite coming from a non-sorcerer family.
Aoi single-handily defeated five Grade 1 cursed spirits and 1 special grade during Geto’s Night Line attack in Kyoto. He only used his cursed technique to defeat the special grade. This feat became well known around the jujutsu community and caused the rumor that Aoi defeated all six curses without his cursed technique.
Aoi possesses physical strength that surpasses Maki and Panda’s by rivaling Yuji’s prowess. Using brute force and fierce martial arts, Aoi was able to easily overwhelm Megumi as well as pummel Yuji in the early stages of their bout. Even after beginning to guide Yuji on how to become stronger, Aoi maintained the upper hand while fighting due to his experience and cleverness. Aoi using his cursed technique while working together with Yuji to fend off Hanami.
Aoi and Yuji turned out to be a good match and Aoi showcased his intelligence and knowledge surrounding jujutsu sorcery and battles. Aoi’s understanding of cursed energy allowed him to teach Yuji how to properly use it alongside his superhuman speed and strength. While fighting alongside Yuji, Aoi was very nearly able to defeat Hanami, one of the most powerful special grade cursed spirits to have appeared.
During the heat of battle against Hanami, Aoi was able to analyze all his moves and instantly create ways to counter them using his own cursed technique. Hanami initially analyzed Aoi to be weaker than himself, but the careful planning and precise teamwork with Yuji allowed Aoi to dominate the fight.
They also go on to get much more specific, but for that section I’ll be breaking it up a bit and won’t include each breakdown.
