Jujutsu Kaisen is going to be the next mini-database to get added to our Anime Workouts Database alongside One Piece and Demon Slayer.
And by that I mean it’s one of the most popular on the site!
We’ve already obviously added some mini-databases (DBZ, MHA, Naruto, and ATLA) with all our anime inspired routines, but you guys are on a tear for new shows and I’m making it happen.
So far we’ve seen our Yuji Itadori Workout, Aoi Todo Workout, Maki Zenin Workout and Satoru Gojo Workout!
But I can tell you right now that our request box if full of more from Jujutsu Kaisen…so I’m sure you won’t have to wait long for more!
Megumi Fushiguro Stats:
Real Name: Megumi Fushiguro
Height: 5’9
Weight: N/A
Anime: Jujutsu Kaisen
Powers: Yes
Megumi Fushiguro is slightly above average height compared to what we’ve seen THUS FAR among anime characters, but technically below average when compared to male celebrities we’ve seen.
But it also should be said that a lot of the anime characters we’ve seen are younger or at the very least portrayed to be that way at some stage.
Wolverine was the shortest spot among comic characters we’ve seen at 5’3, prior to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles coming in at 5’2, (and Gimli even shorter) – but Damian Wayne (Robin) is only 5’4. Goku isn’t that tall either, though, standing only 5’7, with Miles Morales only an inch above him.
One Punch Man falls in at 5’9 right there with Ryu, Nightwing at 5’10, and then Spider-Man, Daredevil, and Green Arrow coming in around 5’11 and Beast joining them.
We’ve had Superman and Eddie Brock’s Venom at 6’3, and Captain America, Scorpion and Batman at 6’2, and Carnage at 6’1. Thor and Cyborg are towering over them at 6’6, Thanos and King right there with them at 6’7, Bane at 6’8, and Deathstroke right below at 6’5, and Black Manta at 6’4.
Ronan and Sagat are 7’5, and Doomsday came in at 8’10, and I doubt any characters are touching that anytime soon.
But, don’t worry if you’re not the same height or weight range.
We write these routines to be utilized by anyone and everyone.

Megumi Fushiguro Diet and Nutrition
**Keep in mind: this section will be nearly identical for each hero, unless I mentioned differently (for example someone like Hulk may get something specifically different)**
Every hero needs to still have a good diet.
Unfortunately we can train like them, but I don’t think any of us are suddenly getting their powers, or the ability to magically stop caring about nutrition.
You can’t out train your diet, so I want to still give some pillars for nutrition.
You can start by checking out The Nutrition Pillars on the site, but I’ll break down some more information for you guys as well.
Guys like Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Tom Hopper, Benedict Cumberbatch and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting (something I use daily as well), Ariana Grande, Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
It’s all about sustainability.
AND, there are a thousand different ways to reach your goals, so finding the most sustainable way is what’s important.
Which is why our Academy utilizes multiple different Nutrition Classes (Greek Gods, Vikings, Spartans, Hunter Gatherers, Monks, Samurais, Minimalists, SuperHumans) to allow people to choose what is right for YOU!
Curious where over a hundred celebs fall in their dietary choices ranging from High Protein and Keto to Vegetarian, Vegan and Intermittent Fasting? Want exclusive celeb meal plans? Check this out.

Megumi Fushiguro Workout Routine Research
We’ve made it to “the fun part”.
And, if you don’t know by now, I say that every single time we get to the workout routine research section for character workouts.
To start us off I’ll be pulling right from Megumi Fushiguro’s Wiki Fandom with a brief bio:
Megumi Fushiguro is the deuteragonist of the Jujutsu Kaisen series. He is a first-year student at the Jujutsu High and also a descendant of the Zenin family.
From there they also go on to tell us a bunch about his abilities.
They start with his overall abilities (which is always nice because it gives us a quick overall breakdown before we have to break it up into bullet points):
Overall Skill Level: Megumi entered Jujutsu High as a Grade 2 sorcerer and is considered to have high potential by Noritoshi Kamo, Mai Zenin, Satoru Gojo and even Sukuna. The King of Curses notes that Megumi’s willingness to use hand-to-hand combat makes him different from other shikigami users, as he is able to use his physical attacks in combination with his shikigami to entrap his opponent. According to Satoru, Megumi has equal or even more potential and skill than Yuji and later implies that Megumi could even be on par with Gojo himself someday.
His Wiki then goes on into the rest of his powers and abilities, stating:
Enhanced Strength: While not as strong as Yuji, Megumi has been shown to possess a high level of physical proficiency, and when he was in junior high, he beat up half the punks in the area.
Enhanced Speed: Although not as naturally fast as Yuji and Maki, he has been shown being able to follow their moves and fight along side them effectively.
Weapon Mastery: Although Megumi’s technique makes it difficult for him to wield weapons at the same time, as his shikigami need both hands to be summoned, he has started to train with polearms under Maki Zenin. He also once used tonfa to confront Noritoshi Kamo.
Great Tactical Intellect: Megumi has showcased a high level of tactical thinking. He is capable of quickly spotting various weaknesses his opponents may have, being the person to recognize Hanami’s branches as his weak spot. Megumi is also capable of determining cursed techniques his opponents may have, shown during the fight him and Yuji had against Jiro Awasaka.
So for this one we’re going to be specifically training for strength and speed!
Thankfully the speed will mostly come from the strength as long as we’re staying nice and lean and going for the Megumi aesthetic at the same time.
Get ready.
